  • In the 21st century, the Korean university education system is focused on innovation and change, including cooperation between industry and universities. It should be a goal to foster an industry-university ecosystem through interactions between universities and industry. Therefore, it is important to measure their relationships and to find advisable ways to measure the final results of industry-university cooperation. This paper sets out the achievements in cooperation and the satisfaction from such enterprises and measures mutual relationships influencing satisfaction from industry-university cooperation as to adherence and cooperation. Therefore, this research focuses on regression equation analysis in order to analyze the influence from satisfaction with industry-university cooperation based on factors in the relations between industry and universities. Also, as we examined the multicollinearity problem, before analyzing multiple regression, the multicollinearity problem appeared to be relatively irrelevant. In particular, the satisfaction variable, which can also be set as a subordinate variable, was in this research constructed as a high-dimensional subordinate variable composed of five individual variables. We then analyzed how the adherence construct factor and degree of cooperation construct factor influences the respective and subordinate satisfaction variables. As a result, the degree of realization of local customized programs was shown by the most significant variables. The biggest factor influencing satisfaction with industry-university cooperation proves the degree of realization for appropriate programs under local conditions, such as education, research, and technique guidance.

  • Patients' satisfaction while receiving medical service is affected by whether or not their preferences can be met, including time and physician preference. Due to scarcity of medical resource in China, efficient use of available resources is urgently required. To guarantee the utilization ratio, the scheduling decisions are made after all booking information is received. Two integer models with different objectives are formulated separately, maximizing the degree of satisfaction and revenue. The optimal value of the two models can be considered as the bound of corresponding objectives. However, it is improper to implement any of the extreme policies. Because revenue is a key element to keep the hospital running and satisfaction degree is related to the hospital's reputation, neither the revenue nor the satisfaction can be missed. Therefore, hospitals should make a balance. An integrated model is developed to find out the tradeoff between the two objectives. The whole degree of mismatching that is related to patient satisfaction and other separate mismatching degree are considered. Through a computational study, it is concluded that based on the proposed model hospitals can make their decisions according to service requirement.

The more the number of internet connection per day, the less the capability of using computer, and searching for information when required, internet can be utilized for study and work. 3. The difference in the degree of information satisfaction, depending on the individual characteristic of students and the features related to computer, was shown in the difference of major, school year, opportunity to take computer-related course, frequency of searching information, and etc. More positive and satisfactory response was derived from these not majoring in clothing rather than those majoring, those taking computer course related to clothing, and those searching for clothing information periodically. 4. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, many residents were dissatisfied with the quality of managerial service, but they thought that managerial services were very important. For example, they thought that safety inspection of the playground was very important, yet the current level of service was not satisfactory. Second, the characteristics of residents that determined the degree of residential satisfaction were income the location of the residence, and degree of participation in the community events. Third, the residents generally did not want to participate in the managerial services and community programs through such activities as participation in resident committee. In order to improve the housing management efficiency, residents' participation is critical.
