It is interesting to locate homogeneous segments within a DNA sequence. Suppose that the DNA sequence has segments within which the observations follow the same residue frequency distribution, and between which observations have different distributions. In this setting, change points correspond to the end points of these segments. This article explores the use of a binary segmentation procedure in detecting the change points in the DNA sequence. The change points are determined using a sequence of nested hypothesis tests of whether a change point exists. At each test, we compare no change-point model with a single change-point model by using the Bayesian information criterion. Thus, the method circumvents the computational complexity one would normally face in problems with an unknown number of change points. We illustrate the procedure by analyzing the genome of the bacteriophage lambda.

This study was designed to assess the developmental sequence of children's understanding of social interaction and to test the effects of support conditions and behavioral domains on the understanding of social interaction. The subjects were one hundred 4- to 8-year-old children. The method was a doll play situation, composed of three different support conditions. Scalogram analysis was used to test the developmental sequence, and ANOVA and paired t-test were used to test the significance of differences in stages. The results of this study evidenced a sequential pattern in the 4- to 8-year-old children's understanding of social interaction. There were also significant differences between stages in the understanding of social interaction according to support conditions and behavioral domains. Higher levels of support produced higher stages of understanding and the understanding of positive social interactions were higher than those of negative social interactions at ages 4 and 5.

대용량의 텍스트 문서가 매일 만들어지는 빅데이터 환경에서 제목은 문서의 핵심 아이디어를 빠르게 집어내는데 매우 중요한 단서가 된다. 그러나 블로그 기사나 소셜 미디어 메시지와 같은 많은 종류의 문서들은 제목을 갖고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 주의집중 및 복사 작용을 가진 sequence-to-sequence 순환신경망을 사용한 제목 생성 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 양방향 GRU(Gated Recurrent Unit) 네트워크에 기반 하여 입력 문장을 인코딩(encoding)하고, 입력 문장에서 자동 선별된 키워드와 함께 인코딩된 문장을 디코딩함으로써 제목 단어들을 생성한다. 93,631문서의 학습 데이터와 500문서의 평가 데이터를 가진 실험에서 주의집중 작용방법이 복사 작용방법보다 높은 어휘 일치율(ROUGE-1: 0.1935, ROUGE-2: 0.0364, ROUGE-L: 0.1555)을 보였고 사람이 정성평가한 지표는 복사 작용방법이 높은 성능을 보였다.

A vertical test stand based on launcher propulsion system was constructed and several tests for the determination of cyclogram were carried out. To make an accurate estimation, static and dynamic pressures were measured and analyzed. Especially, static pressure measurements using fast response sensors without extension tubes were used to determine operation sequence more evidently. The standard operation times of final valves were determined in cold flow tests with an engine head, and fire formation time in combustion chamber was checked in an ignition test with an ignitor only. On the basis of these tests, ignition sequence was established and combustion test cyclogram was finally determined. According to combustion test, test results were well matched with the determined cyclogram within 0.05 sec.

본 연구는 과산화수소/케로신을 추진제로 사용하는 액체로켓엔진의 연소시험설비 개발에 관한 연구이다. 새로운 연소시험설비 위하여 추력 측정 장치, 추진제 공급라인, 제어 및 계측시스템을 구축하였다. 그리고 연소시험 운용을 위한 시나리오 및 Sequence를 설계하였고 연소시험설비의 안정성을 확인하기 위하여 200N급 액체로켓엔진으로 연소시험을 수행하였다. 연소시험 수행 결과 안정적인 유량공급을 확인 하였고 과산화수소/케로신을 추진제로 사용하는 액체로켓엔진의 연소시험설비 개발이 잘 이루어 졌음을 확인 할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 30톤급 액체로켓엔진의 TP-GG-CC의 시동특성에 관한 연구로써, 기수행한 TP-GG 연계시험의 결과 및 예측에 바탕을 두고 있다. CC가 장착됨에 따라 주밸브의 개방시간을 결정하여야 하며 그에따라 시동특성을 살펴보았고, 다양한 밸브 개방시간을 적용하여 적절한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

고체추진기관의 지상연소시험시 점화통제시스템은 추진기관의 점화를 위해 착화기에 점화전류를 공급하여 추진기관을 연소시키는 것이 기존의 주요기능이었다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 방식의 점화 이벤트와 비행 시퀀스를 제어하고 검증할 수 있는 지상연소시험용 점화통제시스템에 대한 설계 및 구현에 대해 기술하였다.

In this paper, we design the memory tester chip playing an important role in the memory tester as central parts. Memory tester has the sixteen inner instructions to control the test sequence and the address and data signals to DUT. These instructions are saved in memory with each block such as sequencer and pattern generator. Sequencer controls the test sequence according to instructions saved in the memory. And Pattern generator generates the address and data signals according to instructions saved in the memory, too. We can use these chips for various functional test of memory.

This paper considers the likelihood ratio test statistic based on nonlinear regression quantiles estimators in order to test of hypothesis about the regression parameter $\theta_o$ and derives asymptotic distribution of proposed test statistic under the null hypothesis and a sequence of local alternative hypothesis. The paper also investigates asymptotic relative efficiency of the proposed test to the test based on the least squares estimators or the least absolute deviation estimators and gives some examples to illustrate the application of the main result.

비유물의 개수, 출처 및 제시 순서가 중학생들의 과학 개념 회상 및 응용에 미치는 효과를 조사하였다. 비유물의 개수(1개/2개)와 출처(일상/과학)에 따라 네 종류의 학습 교재를 제작하여 예비 연구를 통해 수정하였다. 수업 처치 이전에 장의존성/독립성 검사를 실시하여 구획 변인으로 사용하였다. 88명의 중학생들에게 네 가지 유형의 학습 교재를 무선 배포하여 읽게 한 직후 과학 개념 회상 및 응용 검사를 실시하고, 4주 후에 개념의 파지 검사를 실시하였다. 비유물의 개수, 출처 및 제시 순서가 과학 개념 회상 및 응용에 미치는 주효과는 없었다. 파지 개념 응용 검사에서 학습자의 장의존성/독립성에 따라 비유물의 개수 및 비유물의 제시 순서가 과학 개념 회상 및 응용에 미치는 상호작용 효과가 나타났다. 즉, 장독립적인 학습자는 비유물을 한 개 사용하였을 때보다 두 개 사용하였을 때 더 높았고, 비유물을 두 개 사용할 경우 장의존적 학습자는 과학 일상 비유물의 순서보다 일상-과학 비유물의 순서로 제시했을 때 더 높았다.
