  • 해상에서의 화재로부터 사람의 목숨과 재산을 보호하는 것은 대단히 중요하다. 따라서, "격벽, 천장, 갑판 마감재의 표면 연소성에 대한 개선된 화재시험절차에 관한 권고"는 선박의 격벽, 천정, 갑판 마감재의 연소특성을 결정짓기 위한 근거로써 화재 특성 및 그 재료들을 해상구조물에 사용함에 있어서 적합성을 측정하기 위한 절차를 규정하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 선박의 격벽, 천정, 내장재 및 표면바닥재의 화재안정성 평가방법을 제시하고 그 적정성을 평가하고자 한다. 또한 특이한 거동을 보이는 물질을 조사하고, 그 물질들의 적합한 시험방법을 제시하고자 한다.

A Tentative Methodology for Quality Control of Trackbed Fills Using Field and Laboratory P-Wave Measurements

  • The quality of track-bed fills of railways has been controlled by field measurements of density $({\gamma}_d)$ and the results of plate-load tests. The control measures are compatible with the design procedures whose design parameter is $k_{30}$ for both ordinary-speed railways and high-speed railways. However, one of fatal flaws of the design procedures that there are no simple laboratory measurement procedures for the design parameters ($k_{30}$ or, $E_{v2}$ and $E_{v2}/E_{v1}$) in design stage. A new quality control procedure, in parallel with the advent of the new design procedure, is being proposed. This procedure is based upon P-wave velocity involving consistently the evaluation of design parameters in design stage and the field measurements during construction. The Key concept of the procedure is that the target value for field compaction control is the P-wave velocity determined at OMC using modified compaction test, and direct-arrival method is used for the field measurements during construction. The procedure was verified at a test site and the p-wave velocity turned out to be an excellent control measure. The specifications for the control also include field compaction water content of OMC${\pm}$2% as well as the p-wave velocity.

C# 프로그래밍 무기체계 소프트웨어에 대한 신뢰성 시험 기준 연구 (A Study of Criteria of the Reliability Test for C# programming software in Weapon System)

  • Defense Acquisition Program Administration's weapon system software development and management guideline specifies the criteria of software reliability tests including static and dynamic tests mainly on C/C++ languages. Recently, Defense Acquisition Program Administration expanded the scope of software reliability test for the various languages including C#, java etc. but specific criteria for them are not established. This study suggests the reliability test procedures and standards on C# programming software in weapon system. For the static test, considering the nature of the C# which depends on .NET framework, this paper introduces applying coding rules recommended by Microsoft Corp. Visual Studio 2012. Block coverage provided by Visual Studio is applied on dynamic tests and the achievement objectives for block coverage according to the software levels(A, B, C) are suggested. Also, the software reliability test procedures and standards proposed by this paper are properly verified through the case study. The result of this study can be used for establishing the specific criteria of the software reliability test for C# programming software in weapon system.

  • 디지털 제어기 적용의 확대로 원자력 시설에 대한 사이버보안 이슈가 대두되었다. 이에 대처하기 위해 공표된 국내 원자력 시설에 대한 사이버보안 기술기준 RS-015에서는 원자력 시스템 개발자에게 보안 기능의 적용과 아울러 알려진 취약점 분석, 보안 기능에 대한 시험 및 평가를 요구하고 있다. 이를 위해서는 원자력 사이버보안 기술기준에 따른 보안 기능 적합성 시험 절차 및 방법 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 RS-015의 기술적, 운영적, 관리적 보안조치에 대한 세부항목을 분류하여 기기 수준에서 요구되는 보안 요건을 도출하고 기기에 구현되는 보안 기능이 보안 요건을 만족하는지를 시험하는 절차와 방법을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 보안 기능 적합성 시험 절차 및 방법 개발을 위한 과정을 설명하고 개발된 시험사례를 제시한다.

환자의 프로세스 로그 정보를 이용한 진단 분석 (Diagnosis Analysis of Patient Process Log Data)

  • Nowadays, since there are so many big data available everywhere, those big data can be used to find useful information to improve design and operation by using various analysis methods such as data mining. Especially if we have event log data that has execution history data of an organization such as case_id, event_time, event (activity), performer, etc., then we can apply process mining to discover the main process model in the organization. Once we can find the main process from process mining, we can utilize it to improve current working environment. In this paper we developed a new method to find a final diagnosis of a patient, who needs several procedures (medical test and examination) to diagnose disease of the patient by using process mining approach. Some patients can be diagnosed by only one procedure, but there are certainly some patients who are very difficult to diagnose and need to take several procedures to find exact disease name. We used 2 million procedure log data and there are 397 thousands patients who took 2 and more procedures to find a final disease. These multi-procedure patients are not frequent case, but it is very critical to prevent wrong diagnosis. From those multi-procedure taken patients, 4 procedures were discovered to be a main process model in the hospital. Using this main process model, we can understand the sequence of procedures in the hospital and furthermore the relationship between diagnosis and corresponding procedures.

  • TSI(Technical Specification for Interoperability) is the highest technical specification in the Europe Railway and is composed by assessment items and essential requirements included by safety, reliability, availability, health, environment protection and technical compatibility. It is used on the research and development in the next generation railway technical. Currently, TSI procedures have been asked to bid for high speed rail business in Europe and Brazil. Also, all the railway systems such as infrastructure, signaling, electric and rolling stock system corresponding with standard of TSI procedures are exported and imported. Recently, Safety Critical System which has been studied on future railway R&D business in Korea is the state of the art train control system. And it is needed for system assessment of TSI procedures before system test and operation. In this paper, basic research is performed for analyzing TSI procedures suitable for the state of the art train control system in Korean railway.

Also, pros and cons, applicable test conditions, test procedures and required test parameters of each flight test techniques are reviewed on this study.

  • 항공기 유압펌프의 인증시험 항목 및 절차에 대하여 조사하였다. 항공기용 유압펌프는 설계 최적화를 통한 중량 최소화와 인증시험 절차가 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 통상의 항공용 유압펌프의 기초 성능자료를 가정하고, 이를 토대로 인증시험을 실시할 경우 중요 인증시험의 절차를 제시하였다.

Analysis of Microbiological Contamination in the Chosun Dynasty Textiles Exhumed from Hwasung Kupori Burial

  • The purpose of this research was first to analyse and compare the types of microbes inherent among the unwashed and washed Kupori textiles, and second to investigate whether there is a difference between unwashed and washed Kupori textiles on the susceptibility of contamination by microorganism when exposed to the same microbial environment. Microbial identification procedure and the Shake Flask Test for investigating the effect of exposure to microbial environment were carried out separately. The result of microbial identification procedure indicated that a variety of bacteria and fungi were inherent in both unwashed and washed textiles and that the population of contaminated microorganism became more diverse after washing. The result of Shake Flask Test indicated that given the same exposure condition, the unwashed textiles tend to be more susceptible to bacterial contamination than the washed textiles. The results of the present study supported the current conservation procedures adopted in Korean museums which include washing and humigation procedures before long-term storage or display of exhumed textiles.

사회극화놀이에서 교사개입이 유아의 사회극화놀이 수준, 사회적 기술 및 언어능력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Teacher Intervention in Sociodramatic Play on Social Play Levels, Social Skills and Language Abilities of Young Children)

  • The subjects of this study on the effects of teacher intervention in sociodramatic plays were 54 five-year-old children from 2 public kindergartens in C city. Socioeconomic stasus and, aside from teacher interventions, educational procedures were the same for both the experimental group(28 subjects) and the control (26 subjects) groups in both schools. Instruments were the Social Play Rating Scale(Smilansky & Shefatya, 1990), Social Situations Measure(McGinnis & Goldstein, 1990), and Language Ability Test(Chang, 1981). Procedures included pretest, 14 weeks treatments and post-test. Data were analyzed by t-test. Results indicated significant differences in social play levels between the experimental and control groups, (b) including differences in such general social skills as emotional control and relationships with others. There were also differences in language ability, including such subordinates as language understanding and expressive abilities.
