  • The main purpose of this study is to achieve the effective port works by using of container-crane, to disposer of many containers rapidly by using of vision sensor in order to control the swing of spreader. It is examined the possibility of automation in container-crane through a test in the field.

  • The implementation of MAP(Manufacturing Automation Protocol) NIU(network interface uint) is studied and presented in this paper. Hardwares and system softwares for network management, user interface, and medium access control are developed. Also LLC(Logical Link Control) protocol is implemented. Afterwards, The operations of NIU using self-test functions are tested. Compatibility between interfaces according to IEEE 802.4 standard is also tested.

  • Planetary gearheads are widely used in the transmissions of samll precision mechanism, automation, robotics, heavy machinery and marine vehicle . Planetary gearheads have advantages that same-axle structure, high torque transmission, low noise in comparison with spur gearheads. And, planetary gearheads are typically specified in application where space is limited. In till study included planetary type gearheads design, manufacture, efficiency test. Especially, this time performed gear mesh stiffness simulation and vibration analysis for planetary gearheads.

  • Techniques related to railroad industry have progressed rapidly and the automation of work is prevailing. Since the railroad accidents due to the human error occupy considerable proportion among the railroad accidents, it is necessary to study the propriety of the physical examination system for the railroad workers. In this paper, we perform a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign physical examination systems for railroad workers. Through the comparative analysis, we suggest that test of the sleep-disorder be included in the physical examination.

  • Creep of metals has been explained conventionally by dislocation climb and grain boundary sliding indiffusion controlled process. The reorienations of the atoms in the grain by three dimensional crystallizing $\pi$-bondings are visualized as grain rotatins during slow deformation, fold formatin at triple point, increased crevice dspace between grains. grain boundary sliding, grain boundary micration and formation of cracks at the grain boundaries . And also the rupture time and average creep strain rate are explained by the three-dimensional crystallizing $\pi$- bondings and they can be determined by uniaxial tensile test.

  • In this paper an advanced algorithm for selecting a seam line automatically, which used to be selected by human operator for mosaicked images is presented. In addition to four factors proposed by automation theory, the FOM(Figure Of Merit) of tie point were taken into account to suggest the method to select a seam line applicatively and the algorithm was applied to mosaic test images.

An Experimental Study on Swirling Flow behind a Round Cylinder in the Horizontal Circular Tube

  • An experimental study is performed for turbulent swirling flow behind a circular cylinder using 2-D PIV technique. The Reynolds number investigated are 10,000, 15,000, 20,000 and 25,000. The mean velocity vector, time mean axial velocity, turbulence intensity, kinetic energy and Reynolds shear stress behind the cylinder are measured before and behind the round cylinder along the test tube. A comparison is included with non swirl flow behind a circular and square cylinder. The recirculation zones are showed asymmetric profiles.

  • Modern society is prevailed a lot of allergies. So, the allergy test is very important. There are many kinds of allergy test. A doctor usually uses skin allergy test among many allergy tests. However, little standadization and objectivity of grading-standard has been established in the skin allergy test. A measurement of the reaction area has been a major objective to perform skin allergy test. Recently, a doctor's method is to measure the reaction area after drawing a line that represents the reaction area on the skin. But this method differs slightly from the real reaction area and individual doctor's measurement is different, because the edge of the reaction area is obscure. In this paper, we propose a algorithm which is able to detect vague edges using the fuzzy set. The algorithm that detects the line and curve is proposed first. Here, the maximum value is calculated by comparing the membership function of the line and curve seperately. We also encode the direction of the line and curve by using 8-direction code. Then, we calculate the reaction area by measuring the pixels which are inside the reaction area. And finally the Allergy grade is decided by grading-standard, and we accomplish faster, the 80re accurate and objective allergy grade decision.

  • 웹 기반 서비스의 수요가 급속히 증가함에 따라, 다양한 분야의 웹 어플리케이션이 개발되고 있으며 기능 요구 사항도 복잡해 지고 있다. 이에 따라, 구현된 소프트웨어의 복잡도가 증가되어 기능 검증을 위한 시험의 중요성이 대두되고 있으나, GUI를 기반으로 하는 웹 어플리케이션의 특성 때문에 사용자 관점에서 다양한 기능시험을 수행하기 위해서는 많은 노력과 시간이 필요하다. 특히 최근에는 과거와 달리 다양한 브라우저가 사용됨에 따라, 다양한 브라우저 상에서의 웹 어플리케이션 기능시험을 필수적으로 해야 하기 때문에 시험 수행 시간을 줄일 수 있는 시험방안이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공개 소프트웨어인 GUI 시험 자동화 도구를 활용하고, 테스트 자동화를 위한 테스트 케이스를 생성하여 다수의 브라우저 환경에서 동시에 자동으로 기능시험을 수행할 수 있게 함으로써, 시험 효율성을 극대화하기 위한 웹 어플리케이션 시험 자동화 방안을 제안한다. 실제 사례적용을 통하여, 시험 시간을 획기적으로 단축시키고, 4개의 브라우저에 대하여 동시 시험 수행이 가능함을 확인하였다.
