With the spread of COVID-19, non-face-to-face social exchanges around the world have increased, leading to a rise in the demand for telework. The recent advancement in technology has facilitated the emergence of metaverse platforms, with telework utilizing the metaverse gaining significant popularity. Such metaverse telework is signaling innovative changes in the business environment, yet sufficient research has not been conducted. This study analyzed the factors affecting the perceived work productivity, job performance, and job satisfaction of metaverse telework users. To achieve this, an online survey was conducted, focusing on individual factors (self-management tactics, sense of belonging, social presence, IT complexity) and situational factors (perceived workload, organizational support, metaverse telework environment, and flexible work arrangements). Out of the total responses, 358 valid questionnaires were used for the analysis, excluding any insincere responses. The SPSS 27.0 software was employed to verify the research hypotheses. This study proposed effective strategies to enhance the efficiency of telework within the metaverse.

A new paradigm, 'telework' and 'distant education' is a product of the tremendous technological changes driving the disabled vocational rehabilitation. In the computer and information communication technology areas related with web-based telework?distant education, the disabled expect vocational rehabilitation. Therefore nowadays, the disabled effort to adapt to the new information era by web-based telework and distant education. This study attempts to suggest developmental framework of web-based telework?distant education center to vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.

마트폰 등 스마트기기의 확산으로 촉발된 스마트워크는 국내에서는 근로 시간 대비 낮은 노동 생산성 및 일과 삶의 조화, 저탄소 녹색성장 등의 사회적 논의와 맞물려 이슈화가 되고 있으며 모바일, 보안 및 클라우드 컴퓨팅 관련 IT기술의 발전으로 인한 업무 방식의 변화 또한 스마트워크에 대한 논의의 활성화를 뒷받침하고 있다. 그러나 일부 연구에서는 스마트워크에 대한 막연한 기대와 달리 기대하는 수준의 효과가 없을 것이라 지적하고 있다. 본 연구는 스마트워크 유형 중 홈오피스 방식의 스마트워크 도입 시 직원만족도와 생산성 증대에 미치는 요인들이 무엇인지 고찰하기 위해 실증연구를 실시하였다. 실제 홈오피스 도입 기업의 사용자 인터뷰와 사회-기술적 체계(socio-technical system) 접근기법을 기반 하여, 영향요인을 도출하고 홈오피스 근무자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면, 일과 삶의 균형, 홈오피스 업무-시스템적합도, 홈오피스-직무적합도가 홈오피스 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미침을 확인하였고, 홈오피스-직무적합도와 홈오피스 만족도, 홈오피스 환경품질이 홈오피스 생산성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

스마트폰을 비롯한 다양한 스마트 정보기술의 진보와 더불어 스마트워크가 가져올 업무 효율성과 일과 삶의 균형에 대한 기대가 커져가고 있다. 그러나 많은 경우 스마트워크에 대한 기대는 피상적인 수준에 그치고 있으며 스마트워크의 정의를 비롯한 관련 연구의 기반도 아직 견고하지 않다. 본 연구는 기존 원격근무 연구 문헌에 대한 검토를 기반으로 원격근무와 스마트워크의 개념 차이에 대해 고찰하고, 이를 통해 스마트워크의 개념을 정리하는데 일차 목적이 있다. 더불어, 원격 근무 연구의 틀을 기초로 스마트워크 연구의 차별적 요소들을 반영하여 스마트워크 연구의 주요한 구성요소들을 구조화한 연구 프레임워크를 제시한다. 제시된 스마트워크 연구 프레임워크에 입각하여 기존 원격근무 연구의 한계를 논하고 IS 연구자들이 주목할 만한 연구주제들을 제시하는 한편, 현재 국내 공공부문에서 추진되고 있는 스마트워크 정책을 중심으로 아직 미진한 부분들을 돌아봄으로써 향후 스마트워크 연구의 발전과 관련 정책 기획에 학술적으로 그리고 실용적으로 기여하고자 한다.

예전 기업 그룹웨어 환경은 기업 소유의 기기을 활용하는 사내에 출근한 직원들 대상으로만 서비스 하였다. 그러나, 스마트폰 보급이 확대되면서 사외에서 기업내부로 접근하여 그룹웨어 등을 활용할 수 있는 스마트워크 서비스가 발전하였다. 또한 사내로 반입된 개인 소유 단말 기기가 그룹웨어 서비스를 접속할 수 있는 BYOD 도입 기업들이 증가하고 있다. BYOD, 스마트워크 환경에서 기기 접속 위치, 시간 등 다양한 접속 상황을 활용한 보안정책 관리 구조를 연구하였다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 접속 이후 보안에 취약한 서비스 접근 상황정보 중심 보안정책의 한계를 개선하기 위하여 서비스 웹/DB 서비스 이용 상황정보 기반 보안정책 구조를 제안한다.

Since the global spread of COVID-19, social distancing and untact service implementation have spread rapidly. With the transition to a non-face-to-face environment such as telework and remote classes, cyber security threats have increased, and a lot of cyber compromises have also occurred. In this study, cyber-attacks and response cases related to COVID-19 are summarized in four aspects: cyber fraud, cyber-attacks on companies related to COVID-19 and healthcare sector, cyber-attacks on untact services such as telework, and preparation of untact services security for post-covid 19. After the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, related events such as vaccination information and payment of national disaster aid continued to be used as bait for smishing and phishing. In the aspect of cyber-attacks on companies related to COVID-19 and healthcare sector, we can see that the damage was rapidly increasing as state-supported hackers attack those companies to obtain research results related to the COVID-19, and hackers chose medical institutions as targets with an efficient ransomware attack approach by changing 'spray and pray' strategy to 'big-game hunting'. Companies using untact services such as telework are experiencing cyber breaches due to insufficient security settings, non-installation of security patches, and vulnerabilities in systems constituting untact services such as VPN. In response to these cyber incidents, as a case of cyber fraud countermeasures, security notices to preventing cyber fraud damage to the public was announced, and security guidelines and ransomware countermeasures were provided to organizations related to COVID-19 and medical institutions. In addition, for companies that use and provide untact services, security vulnerability finding and system development environment security inspection service were provided by Government funding programs. We also looked at the differences in the role of the government and the target of security notices between domestic and overseas response cases. Lastly, considering the development of untact services by industry in preparation for post-COVID-19, supply chain security, cloud security, development security, and IoT security were suggested as common security reinforcement measures.

정보화가 급속하게 진전되고있는 가운데 Telework(정보통신을 활용한 원격형 근무형태:재택근무,Mobile work, Satelite office 근무 등)는 대도시권에서의 통근부담을 경감하여 노동자에게 메리트가 있는 유연한 업무처리등 작업을 실현할 뿐 아니라 , 고용기회의 확디ㅐ, 일극집중의 시정 등 사회적 과제해결에 유효한 것으로 주목되고있다.
