전 세계적으로 무선국의 급격한 확대로 인해 해외에서는 사전조정제도로서 주파수 코디네이터 제도를 운영하고 있다. 이에 따라 국내에도 향후에는 5G, 면허 및 비면허 기반의 소출력 장거리 IoT 기기 등 많은 종류의 무선국 확대가 예상되고, 특히 융합상품으로 출시되는 드론, 전파자원의 불요발사, 주파수공동사용 등 자원의 문제가 야기되고 있어 상기제도 또는 다른 방안의 제도 도입을 검토할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선국 인 허가제도의 개요와 타 산업 인 허가에 대해 조사한 내용을 소개하고 무선국 인 허가와 타 산업을 위주로 총 19가지의 절차 법령을 조사하였으며 인 허가 절차에 대한 도표를 도시화하고, 유사한 타 산업 인 허가에 대한 비교항목 선정과 공통점 및 특이점을 분석하여 실선 그래프 방식을 이용하여 개별제도 상호 간의 차이점을 비교분석하였다. 또한 이를 통해 향후에 드론과 같은 융합상품에 발생될 우려가 있는 문제점에 대해 논의하고 시사점을 고찰하였다.

A small integral reactor SMART (System Integrated Modular Advanced ReacTor), being developed in Korea since late 1990s and targeted to obtaining a standard design approval by the end of 2011, is introduced. The design scope and level for design certification (DC) is well described in the U.S. NRC SECY documents published the early 1990s. However, the documents are valid for a one-step licensing process called a combined operating license (COL) by the U.S. NRC, while Korea still uses a two-step licensing process. Thus, referencing the concept of the SECY documents, we have established the design scope and level for the SMART DC using the contexts of the standard review plan (SRP). Some examples of the results and issues raised during our review are briefly presented in this paper. The same methodology will be applied to other types of reactor under development in Korea, such as future VHTR reactors.

The paper aims to evaluate the combination of strategies that influence the success of New Technology Based Firms (NTBFs) located in isolated areas with resource constraints. We utilize the Kauffman Firm Survey to construct a subset of 224 firms operating in primary metal manufacturing industries and who are located in non-thriving areas. We focus on the impact of technological strategy, in the form of Inward Technology Licensing (ITL), combined with financial strategy, in the form of increased financial slack. Using a negative binomial-specification technique to model these relations, we find that ITL positively impacts internal innovation in the firm and this relation is strengthened by the presence of greater financial slack. This positive impact of financial slack supports the behavioral theory of the firm rather than agency theory in that financial slack enables further innovation rather than stifling it. This research confirms the importance of resource acquisition, suggesting that entrepreneurs may utilize external sources of knowledge in an effort to build a favorable situation when facing the challenges of location. Finally, by presenting evidence showing the compatibility of a financial strategy with a knowledge strategy (ITL), this study emphasizes the importance to entrepreneurs of choosing the proper combination of varying strategies.

Purpose: This study aims to determine the status of dental technician's continuing education and licensing reporting and provide basic data that can aid in improving the operation of progressive continuing education and licensing reporting and development programs. Methods: This study included dental technicians nationwide who attended the 2023 Korea Dental Technology Expo & Scientific Conference and responded to an online survey from July 21 to July 23, 2023. In total, 180 copies were analyzed. The reliability of satisfaction with continuing education demonstrated a Cronbach's α of 0.924. IBM SPSS Statistics version 21.0 (IBM) was used to statistically analyze the collected data. Results: Satisfaction with continuing education for dental technicians was 2.78, 2.81, 3.21, 2.96, and 2.87 for the number of lectures offered, composition of major fields, lecture content, instructor level, and overall satisfaction, respectively. The average satisfaction with continuing education was 2.93, which was lower than the average (3 points). The investigation revealed that overall improvement was required. Conclusion: Measures for those who have not completed continuing education must be implemented within the government's legal influence by actively using the license reporting system. Strengthening verification of completion of continuing education, improving autonomous disciplinary rights, diversifying the content and learning methods of continuing education, linking with the license reporting system, improving institutional postevaluation, and introducing related policies should be conducted when opening a dental laboratory.

학술정보 커뮤니케이션 환경이 급변함에 따라 전자저널 컨소시엄이 그 본연의 기능을 다하기 위해서는 참여기관이 만족할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하기 위한 즉각적 전략과 함께, 전 세계적으로 벌어지고 있는 근본적 변화주도 움직임에 대처하기 위한 전략이 필요하게 되었다. 이 연구는 우리나라의 대표적인 전자저널 컨소시엄인 KESLI를 중심으로 한 미래형 컨소시엄 운용모형을 제안한다. 여기서 제안하는 미래형 컨소시엄 운영모형은 단기적 대응기능 강화 전략, 장기적 변화주도 전략, 그리고 추진체계를 세 축으로 하고 있다.

Technology transfer from public research institutes is receiving an ever increasing importance in today's fast growing economy. Many factors have been cited as influencing the transfer performance. This study is focused on the strategy of institutes which is characterized by technology strategic factors and organizational/institutional factors. Methodologically, the technology strategy is represented by the information contained in applied patents, and the performance of technology transfer is indicated by the number of licensing contracts and royalty income. To further improve the contribution of public research institutes through technology transfer, I argue that individual institutes become more specialized in specific field and become more open to collaboration. It is also recommended that public research institutes gather together since it is easy to form the consortium of technology licensing office and it is not necessary to be located near the industrial field.

This study examines the underlying properties of compensation structures and empirically test the difference in a various aspects of the compensation structures of Korean technology imports. In particular, this study looks into the trends of technology licensing from abroad in Korea and analyze the patterns of compensation structures in terms of compensation type, contract period and royalty rate by licensor country, group of licensor countries, size of licensee companies and area of licensed technologies. By doing so, this paper investigates how compensation structures in international technology transactions are determined in Korea and draw implications from the process of discussion.
