Delphi기법에 의한 기계공학기술의 수준평가 및 국제 기술협력기반에 관한 연구 (A Study on the State-of-the-Art Technology Level Evaluation and Internation R&D Cooperation in the Field of Mechanical Engineering by Delphi Method)

  • We provide a set of information on technologies in the area of mechanical engineering to draw meaningful action plans for the internationalization of National R&D activities. In this study, we employed a modified Delphi method to evaluate levels of our technoligical capabilities and developed countries' as well. We investigate technology acquistion methodologies, technology charcteristics and various aspects of interna- tional cooperation in terms of technology. Then, we analyzed final responses of participants(i.e., the third round results of Delphi method) to see the correlation among various factors in developing mechanical engineeing technologies through international cooperation. The technology classification used in this research was devel- oped by STEPI(Science and Technology Policy Institute). In conclusion, our mechanical engineering technology is investigated to be below the middle level stage of technology(i.e., the stage of digesting acquired technologies) except the shipbuilding equipments technology which is evaluated to be on the top level stage of technology.

남해안 패류양식 주요 품종에 대한 기술수준 평가와 연구 현황 분석 (A Study on the Evaluation and Research Status Analysis of Shellfish Farming in Southern Coast of Korea)

  • This study is aimed to evaluate the technology levels of shellfish farming in southern coast of Korea and status analysis on research of shellfish aquaculture. With achieving these objectives, it will be possible to present the direction of shellfish farming research and related project. Five major breed of shellfish aquaculture that would be adaptive and sustainable were proposed through consultation and agreement with professional group with more than 15 years of working experience. Moreover also evaluated that levels of technology, industry and market are also evaluated. The evaluation result of the expert group showed that the shellfish farming level occupied the third place in comparison with the US, Japan, Europe, and China. It is estimated that about 13~14 years will reach the level of the highest on average. In addition, most countries are expected to grow by about 10% on average over the next five years. Based on the result of the analysis of 670 research projects (2008~2017), there was little research on climate change and shellfish aquaculture. Besides some of shellfish have not been studied since 2008 and 2013, so it can be mentioned as a future task to be overcome.

퍼지추론을 이용한 쌀밥의 관능평가 (Sensory Evaluation of Cooked Rice with Fuzzy Reasoning)

  • 쌀밥의 관능검사 결과분석에 퍼지추론을 적용하였다. 관능검사시 쌀밥의 관능적 요인인 조직감, 맛, 냄새 및 외관이 각각 쌀밥 기호도의 결정에 역할하는 정도(기여도)를 매우중요, 요, 보통, 경시, 매우경시의 택일으로서 평가하도록 하였으며, 주어진 쌀밥 시료에 대하여 각관능척 요인의 기호도를 매우우량, 우량, 보동, 불량, 매우불량의 택일로서 평가하도록 하였다. 퍼지추론 과정으로 먼저 전체기호도에 대한 일반적인 관능적 요인의기여도를 추론하고, 시료에 대한 관능적 요인의 기호도틀 추론된 기여도와 퍼지합성하여 결과적으로 전체기호도를 추론하였다.

  • 최근 급속한 기술 환경의 변화와 글로벌 경쟁 하에서 조직의 핵심역량으로 창의성에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 특히 창의성은 기술혁신의 시작이며 성공으로 이끄는 가장 중요한 동인이다. 복잡한 창의성이 도출되기 위해서는 창의성에 대한 체계적인 이해가 필요하다. 그러나 기존연구는 창의성에 대한 한두 가지 요인들의 관련성만 다루고 있어 전체적인 관련성을 파악하기가 힘들었으며 창의성을 측정할 수 있는 객관적인 도구도 부족한 설정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 창의성을 각 수준에서 분석하고 이를 통합적으로 측정할 수 있는 요소를 규명한다. 구체적으로 첫째, 창의성을 구성하는 3가지 수준을 제시한다. 둘째, 각 수준별 창의성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고, 이를 측정할 수 있는 지표를 개발한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 조직의 창의성 수준 평가모델은 현재 수준에서 조직의 창의적 역량과 잠재력을 평가하고 이를 증진시키기 위한 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있다.

  • 정보보안은 IT 운영프로세스로 시작하여 지금은 정보기술의 중요한 문제로 인식되면서 각 국제단체에서 개념을 새롭게 규정하고 있다. 정보보안 자체가 IT기술들의 새로운 조합으로 하나의 기술 집합이고 기술영역이다. 많은 공공부문에서 IT 아웃소싱이 일반화되면서 SLA(Service Level Agreement)를 도입하여 IT서비스 수준에 대해 평가를 한다. 정보보안 영역에서 SLA 성과지표 도출과 선정에 대한 많은 연구는 진행되었지만, 성과지표의 서비스 수준 평가, 성과체계에 대한 적용방안은 찾기 어렵다. 이 논문은 공공부문을 기반으로 하는 정보보안 성과지표의 서비스 평가 체계와 보상 규정이 포함된 성과체계 적용에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 특정 공공부문의 환경과 특성을 고려한 성과지표의 기대치와 목표치를 정의하는 기준과 보상(인센티브·페널티) 규정을 제시하고 적절한 SLA 비용을 정의한다.

스마트워크 환경하의 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influencing Factors of Smart-Work Performance)

  • This study derived research model about the influencing factors of the successful performance of smart work. Research model is composed of four perspectives: technology perspective like system quality and usage level of information technology, interaction perspective like innovational climate, institutional perspective like personnel evaluation, and individual perspective like self-control. This study collected 155 survey data from K public company and M global software company. As a result of data analysis, all of four perspectives influenced smart work performance. Technology perspective had the strongest effect on smart work performance, the second was institution perspective, the third was interaction perspective, and the last was individual perspective. In conclusion, smart work is not an IT project. We have to reconsider the thinking that just only the introduction of cutting-edge IT increases business performance. Smart work project should be pursued in harmony with institution and climate in the organizational perspective and self-control in the personal perspective. Also, to maximize business performance in smart work environment, organizations should strengthen the positive factors and overcome the negative factors.

Adaptive Extraction Method for Phase Foreground Region in Laser Interferometry of Gear

  • Tooth surface shape error is an important parameter in gear accuracy evaluation. When tooth surface shape error is measured by laser interferometry, the gear interferogram is highly distorted and the gray level distribution is not uniform. Therefore, it is important for gear interferometry to extract the foreground region from the gear interference fringe image directly and accurately. This paper presents an approach for foreground extraction in gear interference images by leveraging the sinusoidal variation characteristics shown by the interference fringes. A gray level mask with an adaptive threshold is established to capture the relevant features, while a local variance evaluation function is employed to analyze the fluctuation state of the interference image and derive a repair mask. By combining these masks, the foreground region is directly extracted. Comparative evaluations using qualitative and quantitative assessment methods are performed to compare the proposed algorithm with both reference results and traditional approaches. The experimental findings reveal a remarkable degree of matching between the algorithm and the reference results. As a result, this method shows great potential for widespread application in the foreground extraction of gear interference images.

재 제조 태양광모듈의 내구성능 평가 연구 (Durability Evaluation Study of Re-manufactured Photovoltaic Modules)

  • Photovoltaic (PV) power generation is the world's best and largest renewable energy that generates electricity with infinite sunlight. Solar cell modules are a component of photovoltaic power generation and must have a long-term durability of at least 25 years. The development of processes and equipment that can be recovered through the recycling of metals and valuable metals when the solar module's lifespan is over has been completed to the level of commercialization, but few processes have been developed that require repair due to initial defects. This is mainly due to the economic problems caused by remaking. However, if manufacturing processes such as repairing solar cell modules that have been proven to be early defects are established and the technical review of long-term reliability and durability reaches a certain level, it is considered that it will be a recommended process technology for environmental economics. In this paper, assuming that a defective solar cell module occurs artificially, a manufacturing process for replacement of solar cells was developed, and a technical verification of the manufacturing technology was conducted through long-term durability evaluation in accordance with KS C 8561. Through this, it was determined that remanufacturing technology for solar cell replacement of solar cell modules that occurred in a short period of time after installation was possible, and the research results were announced through a journal to commercialize solar modules using manufacturing technology in the solar market in the future.

대기 중의 ppb 농도의 VOC의 분석을 위한 저온농축장치의 제작과 성능평가 (Construction and Evaluation of Cryogenic Preconcentration System for Analysis of VOC with ppb Level in the Air)

  • 본 연구에서는 canister에 채집한 대기시료 중의 VOC 성분을 농축하기 위해 home-made 저온농축장치를 제작하였다. 제작한 저온농축장치와 GC-MS 분석장치를 이용하여 대기 시료 중에 ppb 농도로 존재하는 EPA의 TO-14 법에서 규정한 성분들을 정량하였다. 제작한 homemade 농축장치에 의한 분석의 결과를 종전에 사용해 오던 흡착관법의 결과와 비교함으로써 제작한 system의 성능을 평가하였고 그 결과 benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene 및 xylene류의 농도가 잘 일치하였다.

  • In currently electronic systems, the speed of information integration has increased due to the development of electronic technology. However, due to the increase in the number of parts and groups, the product structure has become complicated. In this paper, a study was conducted to evaluate quantitatively the replacement of a small equipment. First, the level of the replacement was determined through the algorithm for the replacement level of parts. Next, we defined the ease of detail replacment, and the factors for each detail replacement. In order to calculate the weighting of the detail ease, we performed the analysis of the replacement process of subcomponents of communication exchanger and defined the evaluation criteria. Finally, the completion of the evaluation check sheet and the evaluation score table.
