In this study, evaluation system of the thermal properties of the exothermic agents was investigated. Exothermic agents property evaluation system was developed by metering variation of power supply. Thermal properties of exothermic agents was affected by material mixture condition of exothermic agents, however, it was not affected by temperature. It is possible to make various exothermic agents by means of regulating thermal properties which is based on property evaluation system of exothermic agents.

This study has the aim of developing an evaluation index that can help evaluate the reliability of the information resources of institutions retaining humanities assets for the purposes of laying out the foundation for providing one-stop portal service for humanities assets. To this end, the evaluation index was derived through the analysis of previous research, case studies, and interviews with experts, the derived evaluation index was then applied to the humanities assets retaining institutions to verify the utility. The institutional information resources' reliability evaluation index consisted of the two dimensions of the institutions' own reliability evaluation index. The institution provided a service and system evaluation index. The institutions' own reliability evaluation index consisted of 25 points for institutional authority, 25 points for data collection and construction, 30 points for data provision, and 20 points for appropriateness of data, for a total of 100 points, respectively. The institution provided service and system evaluation indexes consisting of 25 points for information quality, 15 points for appropriateness (decency), 15 points for accessibility, 20 points for tangibility, 15 points for form, and 10 points for cooperation, for the total of 100 points, respectively. The derived evaluation index was used to evaluate the utility of 6 institutions representing humanities assets through application. Consequently, the reliability of the information resources retained by the Research Information Service System (RISS) of the Korea Education & Research Information Service (KERIS) turned out to be the highest.

국가연구개발사업 연구개발과제 선정에 대한 투명성과 공정성에 대한 개선 필요성이 지속적으로 제기됨에 따라, 국토교통기술사업화지원 사업을 대상으로 선정평가 지표별 평가 결과에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고 분석결과를 활용한 지표 개선 방안을 모색하였다. 연구자료는 2021년도 국토교통기술사업화지원 사업 중소기업 혁신, 스타트업 2개 분야의 신규 연구개발과제의 선정평가 결과 자료와 평가지표를 적용하였으며, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 평가지표별 영향력을 분석하였다. 회귀모형은 분석결과의 신뢰성 제고를 위해 인공신경망 다중 퍼셉트론 분석을 수행하여 영향력이 낮은 평가지표를 사전에 제거하였다. 분석결과, 중소기업 혁신 분야는 인력운영계획에 대한 평가지표의 영향력이 가장 낮고 사업화 추진계획의 적절성 지표의 영향력이 가장 높게 나타났다. 스타트업 분야는 기술개발 적합성, 시장성, 사업수행 적합성 평가지표의 영향력이 상호 유사하게 추정되었으며, 기술성 평가지표의 영향력이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 본 논문의 분석결과는 지속적인 선정평가 지표의 개선 필요성을 시사하며, 분석결과를 활용한 타당한 평가지표 선정 및 공정한 연구개발기관 선정을 통해 국토교통 분야 우수 연구성과 도출 및 우수 기업 육성에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문은 제 3자 시험 기관의 시험 인증 서비스에 내포한 잠재적 문제점을 유발시키는 위험요소를 식별 및 분석한다. 식별 및 분석한 위험요소를 기반으로 테스트 계획 및 수행하여 이전 보다 신뢰성 높아진 시험 인증서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 또한 위험요소를 제거하거나 최소화할 수 있는 개선 활동을 간략하게 제시하고, 발생할 수 있는 위험요소를 기술한다.

통신사업자들은 다양한 정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 노력과 통신품질 향상을 위한 시도를 다양하게 진행하고 있으며, 우수한 품질의 서비스를 저렴하게 공급하기 위한 노력도 시도하고 있다. 본 고에서는 KT가 경영 합리화와 내부 원가절감을 위한 여러 가지 노력 중에서 투자시설 공사와 관련하여 공사원가 계산방법의 개선을 위해 새로 도입한 다양한 방법들을 살펴본다. 특히 교환시설분야에서 적용 중인 실적공사비에 의한 예정가격 산정방법을 중심으로 개념과 적용사례 분석을 하기로 한다.

Test evaluation field of railroad system that safety and reliability are important is to verify basic performances of unit products and system that were producted according to the specifications. Also, it is important works that verify finally in respect to commercialize verifying reliability and safety. As one part of system technology, this field is to construct database based on know-how of accumulated technology till now than high technical idea and, is to construct test evaluation system of railroad system that can utilize the constructed database. According to the necessity, our researchers investigated good measuring system of foreign country and performed research on performance test and evaluation technology of high-speed tilting vehicle that suits to domestic state.

Corporations are pursuing maximum returns from their R&D investment. They are also interested in sound measures to quantify returns. In fact, they use various measures and criteria for measuring returns from the R&D investment. But the fundamental problem is that there is no generic and widely acceptable measures and criteria. To make things more complicated, measures are very powerful and influential to the people in the corporations. Herbert Simon already indicated that people do many things but people usually do their best for the only tasks which are measured. Many researchers, like Chester(1995), are interested in R&D productivity measures and risks because what the company measures really influence R&D people and output. This article present design concepts of the R&D project selection and evaluation system in POSCO(Pohang Iron & Steel Company). This is an output extract from the 6-month joint activities with POSRI(POSCO Research Institute) researchers and POSCO R&D personnel. Process changes, new organizations and new selection and evaluation criteria are developed to improve R&D performance and to enhance technology management of the POSCO. This article covers new selection and evaluation criteria only. We would like to share our experience about how we redesign the selection and evaluation of R&D projects. We also bring insights how we seamlessly integrate 4 different project selection and evaluation steps as a whole. We hope that this case will give you a clue to improve your R&D management.

Purpose: In this study, we propose the evaluation criteria and method for selecting intensive management items which, in order to improve the parts management.1) Methods: Parts management such as MIL-STD-3018, SD-19, SD-22 is used for devising the proposed evaluation criteria and method of selecting intensive management items. Especially, proposed evaluation criteria is customized by using AHP method. Results: We approved the importance of evaluation criteria for selecting intensive management items using AHP method. In production step, the parts problem record, the parts reliability, the supplier reliability, DMSM S1). In development step, the parts problem record, a counterfeit, the parts reliability, MTTF2). Conclusion: The evaluation criteria and method for selecting intensive management items which is applicable to the domestic weapon acquisition environment is proposed.
