This paper deals with design processing for TEDA-footbridge in Tianjin, China. The pedestrian cross over TEDA(Technology and Economy Development Area)-street as main street bridging both different areas in Tianjin. For resonable beautiful footbridge it need to technical mind and art. 'Science, not intuition, the tool of creativity' Starting with structure planning it need to cooperate both engineering and architect. We must solve a gaps between technology and art for structural design.

As pioneers of the early video art, Steina Vasulka(1940-) and Woody Vasulka(1937-2019) had lead not only their own experimental arts, but also entire changes of contemporary avant-garde performance, music, and visual art. Two artists invented and developed electronic machines for video image-processing by collaborating with engineers, and performed creative experiment on transformation of digital image. For them, video art is not just a means of documentation. The Vasulkas' artistic practices were not bounded by conventional canons and rules in art world, and preferably were parts of active aesthetic strategies for coexistence of vision of human and vision of machine. Particularly, their video art recognized the video as the key medium in an era where media technology began to dominate the system of communication, and established artist's authority over manipulation of moving image electronically without depending on video camera. In that regard, we can value on their video art. Therefore, the paper reflects on the Vasulkas' art and life which have not yet been studied, and suggests academic interests in the context of their artistic activities and aesthetic strategies.

OP-Art was not appreciated by painters and art critics. and according1y has been forgotten in art history. But recently Op-Art is revitalized in fashion and is in its palmy days. This study intends to re-assess the value of Op-Art, by reviewing its influence on fashion design in the post-modern society To this purpose, conceptual characteristics of Op-Art was analyzed. And then, on the bases of these characteristics, the figural characteristics and the meaning of Op-Art in fashion design of post-modern society was re-explained. Op-Art is characterized as an art of flatness of picture plane which uses repetition of simple forms and colors. It is also based on trick of visual perception. Finally. it creates an impression which is flickering or vibrating by means of optical illusion. These characteristics give birth to some features such as simplicity. anonymity and mobility in the Op-Art fashion. The meanings of Op-Art in fashion design in post-modern society are as follows. First, repetition of simple units employed in Op-Art produces feeling of simplicity. which makes the Op-Art fashion works perceived as polysemy. In other words, the feeling of simplicity can be interpreted In diverse perspectives within the social context of our society. The material civilization and technology civilization, which causes the alienation and standardization of man. can be the backgrounds of the Op-Art fashion. Second, Op-Art is an art based on perspectives of spectators. Anonymity in the Op-Art fashion enhances participation of spectators. which gives Op-Art a sense of affinity. Third, through the feeling of mobility created by optical illusion techniques. the Op-Art fashion expresses the opposition to the ideal body image made by power group. In post-modern society, Op-Art in fashion gives new meaning to art. Op-Art in fashion proposes new roles of artist and spectators, and new concepts of art related with roles of human beings. Through general sensibility of men, Op-art in fashion can express new recognition of the post-modern society.

Today, boundaries between genres are collapsed and there are mutual convergence and consilience in each field of the society. In art and design, new concepts for the convergence of art and design, such as graft of 'art and design' and 'technology and art', 'art design', 'commercialization of art', etc, are suggested. Especially, furniture is changed from the furniture as a living tool whose purpose is practical properties to the furniture combined by artistic properties and emotional factors with a concept related to the convergence of art and design, such as 'design as an art', 'useable art', etc. For the evidence, Artfurniture which was treated as just a part of decorative arts is focused by expressive media of the convergence between art and design and it became a genre of independent art. In addition, it is approaching to people as 'furniture as an art' and 'art as furniture'. Popularization of art and art of design are generalized and now, it's meaningless to divide the boundary between art and design. Before the discussion about convergence of each concept in non-boundary phenomena of art and design, it should be grasp essentials of art and design and understand the boundaries. The exploration of the essences and roles will be the first step to find new value through the convergence of art and design. Therefore, this thesis intends to grasp the stream value of two concepts have been changed by examining periodical situation, market changes, etc. from division between previous art and design to modern times, based on them, analyze roles of art and design in modern artfurniture and interpret relations between art and design for current time.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of environmental education through the modern art appreciation on the children's environmental conservation knowledge, environmental conservation attitude, and art appreciation ability of 30, 5 year old children (15 experimental groups and 15 comparative groups) of D Daycare Center in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi-do, were selected for the study. In conslusion, environmental education through modern art appreciation had a positive effect on environmental conservation knowledge of children, environmental conservation attitude and art appreciation ability. Through this, this study would be to present teaching methods and basic materials that could improve children's environmental preservation knowledge, environmental preservation attitude and art appreciation ability.

With China's tremendous expansion, Chinese art and art museums are also rapidly growing. The purpose of this study was to arrange the growth process of Chinese art museums from modern times to modern times, as well as to examine the present state and tendencies. Although there is a disparity between Chinese art museums and those in Western nations, it is being observed that the gap is steadily closing. Chinese art museums are rapidly expanding and adapting to match current art museum trends, both in terms of number and quality. Despite this expansion, it is suffering operating challenges owing to a lack of cash, as well as issues such as insufficient system and support, opposition to progress, and a lack of professional staff. Since research on the Chinese art museum, which has lately attracted international attention, is limited, this study can add to research on the Chinese art museum in Korea. It is feasible to comprehend the development process, present condition, and challenges of Chinese art museums via this study, and based on this, we intend to provide implications for the development of Korean art museums.

This study predicts the paradigm shift that the development of artificial intelligence technology will bring to the production of music content, and suggests that works created through collaboration between artificial intelligence and humans can have artistic value as finished products. Anyone can easily produce music content using artificial intelligence composition programs, and it has become an opportunity to inspire artists with various attempts and creative ideas. Although artificial intelligence technology provides convenience in human life and benefits a lot in the efficient aspect of work, it is difficult to escape the perception of data-based pattern music in the art field so far. Pattern music with many quantitative elements is not recognized as a complete creation due to the absence of abstract symbolism or meaning pursued by art. However, it predicts that if qualitative elements such as emotions and creativity are given to artificial intelligence music through human collaboration, it can be recognized as a complete work of art. The development of artificial intelligence technology increases access to culture and art from the public, and it can be expected that anyone can enjoy it as well as aesthetic experiences. In addition, various contents can be produced by improving individual digital literacy, and it is an opportunity to share and communicate with others. As such, artificial intelligence technology serves as a medium connecting the public with culture and art, and is narrowing the gap between humans and technology through art activities. Along with this cultural phenomenon, we predict the possibility of research on the production of artificial intelligence music contents with artistic value and the development of various convergence and complex art contents using artificial intelligence technology in the future.

The ecological expression of art in modern society takes the harmonious developmental relationship between man and nature as an element and combines it with the various manifestations of painting as an expression of ecological artistic development. The necessary relationship for the harmonious development of nature is accurately articulated, and the ecological changes in people are expressed in integrated materials that inspire human reflection. In the pursuit of material pleasures, mankind is neglectful and indifferent to the environment. The development of composite painting in art and ecology is a process that more reveres the harmony between man and nature as well as satisfying the creative value of the work. After systematic evaluation and research, people have engaged in various structural forms of composite art painting development in the long history of art development, focusing on the integration of environmental and ecological culture. In the process of nature education going through development, the comprehensive practical development of nature education is enhanced and efforts are made to feel new ecological art ideas and new ways of valuing environmental protection. In this paper, an observational study of eco-art will be carried out, starting from the theory of hierarchical division and analyzing the contradictory relationship between man and nature. Recognize nature, understand it and feel it through eco-art painting. The analysis of the contradictory relationship between man and nature is combined with the identification of various types of information that give value to the environmental protection public, and the combination of ecological painting and nature art to achieve an upgrade of the environmental protection idea of the value of painting. This paper discusses the technical exploration of Ang Lee's cinematic works and the unique visual beauty he presents. Ang Lee has successfully tackled various themes and genres, creating films that harmoniously blend Eastern and Western cultural sensibilities. These films are technologically innovative and show the interaction between technology and art, industry and culture. Therefore, this paper analyses the correlation between film technology and visual beauty in Ang Lee's works, and explores the discourse on how the relationship between film technology and art has changed with the development of film. Furthermore, this paper aims to provide insights into how technological innovation can enhance artistic creativity. The contribution of this study lies in the in-depth exploration of the relationship between film technology and art, with a focus on technological innovation and the visual beauty in Ang Lee's works. The research findings reveal that Ang Lee's films showcase the application of advanced technologies, captivating audiences with their unique visual aesthetics. The utilization of emerging technologies enables his films to possess not only visual impact but also convey profound emotions and themes. We conclude that technological innovation in film not only provides artists with more creative tools and expressive techniques but also, when combined with artistic sensibilities, creates captivating and visually expressive cinematic works. This discovery offers a new perspective for film production and opens up greater possibilities for collaboration between artists and technology experts.
