This article gives analytical dependences for creep of concrete at heating, taking into account conditions of its drying. These dependences are based on the standard nonlinear theory of creep of concrete at a normal temperature and temperature-time analogy. For the description of creep at various stresses and temperatures the principle of superposition are used. All stages of model's creation are confirmed by the existing experimental data. Calculation examples are given.

Historical structures that function as a bridge from past to present are the cultural and social reflections of societies. Masonry bridges are one of the important historical structures. These bridges are vulnerable against to seismic action. In this study, linear and non-linear dynamic analyses of historical Nadir Bridge are assessed. The bridge is modelled with three dimensional finite elements. For the seismic effect, artificial acceleration records are generated considering the seismic characteristics of the region where the bridge is located. Seismic response of the bridge is investigated.

A self-report musculoskeletal assessment tool was adapted following field use by ergonomic analysis teams and was administrated to 100 employees of ChangWon techno-complex. Results were analyzed to determine of the self-report could adequately predict whether or not an employee reportedly sought medical treatment for a work-related discomfort. It is anticipated this tool can be utilized as an easily administrated, proactive surveillance instrument to assist in early identification of ergonomic concerns and to help prioritize jobs for intervention.

This paper gives a feasibility reference of integrating power automation for digital substation. An overview and techno-economical potential of IEC61850 are introduced. The result of economic analysis is shown to save up to one-third of the total cost of automation installation. The gained benefits can be used to increase the economy and reliability of electrical power system.

본 논문에서는 개발로 인해 변형된 자연환경과 도시의 본래 모습을 3D기반의 환경교육용 가상현실 콘텐츠로 구현함으로써 조선시대의 자연환경과 현재의 자연환경을 비교하여 사용자 스스로 환경변화에 학습하고 오염의 원인과 해결 방안을 모색할 수 있는 콘텐츠를 제작하는데 그 목적이 있다.

We witness now the changing techno-economic paradigm and the emerging learning economy. Reflecting on these changes, the group of Evolutionary Economists study recently the theory on regional innovation system, but their research results are still now not theoretically ‘systemized’. Moreover, they often indeed speak of the ‘social capital’, but do not investigate that. This paper tries to systemize their empirical findings and theoretical results and integrate the discussions on social capital in fields of sociology into a mathematical model. This study emphasizes the role of social capital in the innovating process.
