기술참조모델과 표준프로파일 관리 시스템 개발 (Development of Technical Reference Model and Standard Profile Management System)

  • 현재 국방부에서는 국방정보체계간 상호운용성을 보장하기 위해 아키텍처산출물을 쉽고 일관성이 있게 개발할 수 있는 국방아키텍처프레임워크와 개발된 아키텍처산출물을 저장하는 핵심아키텍처데이터모델을 개발하였다. 국방아키텍처프레임워크에 정의된 기술참조모델과 표준프로파일 산출물은 정보기술아키텍처의 핵심 부분이며 상호운용성 보장의 핵심 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 기술참조모델과 표준프로파일의 기술서비스와 표준을 관리하는 알고리즘과 시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 통해 기술참조모델과 표준프로파일 산출물의 효율적인 작성 및 관리와 정보체계간의 상호운용성 보장의 기반을 제공할 수 있다.

혁신성으로 구분된 두 소비자 집단에서 디지털 컨버전스 제품의 구매요인 영향력 비교 (Comparison between effects of buying factors on two consumer segments by innovative behavior for digital convergence product)

  • In this paper, we examined the difference of the effects of buying factors in two consumer segments divided by the innovative behavior for digital convergence products, and developed relevant managerial implications. As the digital convergence product could be understood as a innovative bundling product, the buying factors of the digital convergence products were clustered in 3 groups : common innovation-bundling factors, innovation factors and bundling factors. Tests for the difference of regression coefficients of the purchasing factors in the two markets show that (1) the early market is affected by both of the common innovation-bundling factors and the innovation factors, while the mainstream market is affected by all of the common innovation-bundling factors. the innovation factors and the bundling factors, (2) the early market is more affected by the technical benefit, while the mainstream market is more affected by the pragmatic benefit, and (3) both of the two markets are affected by the compatibility and the message communicability. The relevant managerial implications for the successive diffusion of the digital convergence products can include (1) in the entire period of the diffusion. enhancing the compatibility between consumer and product concept, performing constant and differentiated marketing communication activities, (2) in the early market of the diffusion, introducing unique innovative product which provides obvious and differential synergy through the convergence, appealing to the technical benefit, and (3) in the mainstream market of the diffusion, improving the qualities and features of individual products for the digital convergence product, appealing to the pragmatic benefit, reducing the complexity of product.

기술혁신 유형에 따른 시장지향성과 창조성이 신제품 성과에 미치는 영향: 대전지역 기업을 중심으로 (The Influence of Market Orientation and Creativity on New Product Performance by Technology Innovation Types: Focused on Company of Daejeon)

  • 본 연구의 주목적은 기술혁신 유형에 따라 신제품 개발조직의 시장지향성과 창조성이 신제품 성과에 미치는 영향관계를 분석해 보는 것이다. 이를 위해 관련 선행문헌에 대한 종합적인 고찰 결과를 토대로 신제품 개발조직의 시장지향성 및 신제품 창조성 특성으로서 총 다섯 가지 요인을 도출하였고, 이들 영향요인과 신제품 성과, 그리고 기술혁신 유형 변수를 포함한 연구모형을 구축하였다. 설문응답 대상은 기업의 신제품개발 담당자로 한정하였으며, 조사결과 136개 기업으로부터 자료가 수집되었다. 수집된 자료를 토대로 다중회귀분석을 통해 실증분석을 수행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시장지향성과 창조성의 각 요인은 신제품 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 중요인 특성요인으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 기술혁신 유형에 따른 신제품 성과 영향요인의 차이에 관한 분석을 수행한 결과, 연속적 혁신에서는 시장지향성 요인이, 불연속적 혁신에서는 창조성 요인이 상대적으로 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 논의와 시사점을 제공하였다.

신제품개발과정에서 공급기업과 제조기업 관계의 영향 요인에 관한 연구 :최고경영자 특성과 성과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Factors Influencing the Relationship between Suppliers and Manufacturers in the Process of New Product Development: with a Focus on CEO's Characteristics and Performance)

  • It seems most important for a manufacturing company to be well aware of its relationship with suppliers. This is why it is essential to analyze and control the structural relationship among CEO's characteristics, relations between suppliers and manufacturers and new product development performances affected by such relations. The present study may be summed up as follows: First, from the analysis of characteristics of manufacturing company's CEO and relations between suppliers and manufacturers, it could be verified that CEO's characteristics exercised influence upon sharing of product development process and upon cooperation for technical manpower, but not upon sharing of core technologies, signifying the fact that nothing could be more important than the role of CEO who has strong will to improve his or her relations with suppliers; and Second, from the analysis of relations between suppliers and manufacturers as well as relations between management and new product development performances, it became evident that both management performance and product development performance were affected by sharing of product development process. It was also known that cooperation for technical development process had influence upon the product development performance but not upon the management performance. Furthermore, the analysis showed that both management performance as well as product development performance were affected by sharing of core technologies.

인터넷 전자상거래 환경에서 부품구성기법 활용 연구 (Part Configuration Problem Solving for Electronic Commerce)

  • Configuration is a set of building block processes, a series of selection and combining parts or components which composes a whole thing. A whole thing could be such a configurable object as manufacturing product, network system, financial portfolio, system development plan, project team, etc. Configuration problem could happen during any phase of product life cycle: design, production, sales, installation, and maintenance. Configuration has long been one of cost and time consuming work, because only high salaried technical experts on product and components can do configuration. Rework for error adjustments of configurations at later process causes far much cost and time, so accurate configuration is required. Under the on-line electronic commerce environment, configuration problem solving becomes more important, because component-based sales should be done automatically on the merchant web site. Automated product search, order placement, order fulfillment and payment make that manual configuration is no longer feasible. Automated configuration means that all the constraints among components should be checked and confirmed by configuration engine automatically. In addition, technical constraints and customer preferences like price range and a specific function required should be considered. This paper gives an brief overview of configuration problems: characteristics, representation paradigms, and solving algorithms and introduce CRSP(Constraint and Rule Satisfaction Problem) method. CRSP method adopts both constraint and rule for configuration domain knowledge representation. A survey and analysis on web sites adopting configuration functions are provided. Future directions of configuration for EC is discussed in the three aspects: methodology itself, companies adopting configuration function, and electronic commerce industry.

펄프, 종이 및 종이제품의 국민경제 기여도 분석 (Input-output Analysis for Pulp, Paper and Paper Product Industries)

  • In order to investigate the structures and growth patterns of pulp and paper industries of Korea, the input-output tables of the year 1995, 2000, 2005 and 2007 were analyzed in this papers. The production inducement coefficients of these industries have grown during the designated period. In 2007, the value of production induced by pulp industry was estimated to be 343,8 billion won. Paper and paper product industries were estimated to induce the production of other industries by 7,281,6 and 8,515.9 billion won, respectively. The import inducement effect of pulp industry was estimated to be larger than that of paper and paper product industries. Analysis on the forward linkage effects indicated that paper and paper product industries were more sensitive to the change in demand of other industries than pulp industry.

  • In many fields, the human sensibility ergonomics has been applied to the product development for user's satisfaction. Also, it may use to lots of products and environments related to human convenient life. If the measurement and the validation of human sesnibility are accomplished subjectively and qualitatively, then a good design is expected. Under the very competitive products development, designers applying with human sensibility ergonomics has faced with lots of problems including lack of experience, time, cost, and knowledge. In this study, a method of design for human sensibility application system is presented. Information element database such as adjectives, sensitivities, functions, and design factors is conducted, and design of system development including product development mechanism is produced. Also, the requirements and the specifications of this development model are discussed to develop the qualified implementation system.

Improved Corrosion and Abrasion Resistance of Organic-Inorganic Composite Coated Electro-galvanized Steels for Digital TV Panels

  • Recently, household electronic industries require environmentally-friendly and highly functional steels in order to enhance the quality of human life. Customers especially require both excellent corrosion and abrasion resistant anti-fingerprint steels for digital TV panels. Thus POSCO has developed new functional electro-galvanized steels, which have double coated layers with organic-inorganic composites on the zinc surface of the steel for usage as the bottom chassis panel of TVs. The inorganic solution for the bottom layer consists of inorganic phosphate, magnesium, and zirconium compounds with a small amount of epoxy binder, and affords both improved adhesion properties by chemical conversion reactions and corrosion resistance due to a self-healing effect. The composite solution for the top layer was prepared by fine dispersion of organic-inorganic ingredients that consist of a urethane modified polyacrylate polymer, hardener, silica sol and a titanium complex inhibitor in aqueous media. Both composite solutions were coated on the steel surface by using a roll coater and then cured through an induction furnace in the electro-galvanizing line. New anti-fingerprint steel was evaluated for quality performance through such procedures as the salt spray test for corrosion resistance, tribological test for abrasion resistance, and conductivity test for surface electric conductance regarding to both types of polymer resin and coating weight of composite solution. New composite coated anti-fingerprint steels afford both better corrosion resistance and abrasion properties compared to conventional anti-fingerprint steel that mainly consists of acrylate polymers. Detailed discussions of both composite solutions and experimental results suggest that urethane modifications of acrylate polymers of composite solutions play a key role in enhanced quality performances.

신제품 개발 과정과 정보 유형 간의 관계에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Relationship between Information Type and New Product Development Process)

  • In this paper, we examine the relationship between information type and new product development process. Information that was provided for new product development can be divided into two categories. One was relative information that could be used as a basis for comparison such as patent data. The other was absolute information that must be fulfilled in the new product such as key customers requirements. An experiment was conducted with staffs in an R&D department in order to analyze the impact of the different information types on the development process of new product. It was found that the group with the absolute information recognized the given information repeatedly, which in turn results in a highly technical idea with good teamwork. The group with the relative information created a superior product with better application, appearance and product efficiency through the frequent refinements of given ideas. This paper concludes with the implications of the results to the new product development process and supporting information systems.

소프트웨어 제품 계열 방법론의 기술적 평가 (A Technical Assessment of Software Product Line Methodologies)

  • 제품 계열 공학(Product Line Engineering, PLE)은 도메인에서 멤버들이 갖는 공통 휘처를 재사용 가능한 핵심 자산으로 만들고, 만들어진 핵심 자산을 이용해서 애플리케이션을 개발하는 방법론이다. PLE는 핵심 자산을 개발해서 재사용하므로, 개발비용을 감소시키며 자산의 재사용성을 증가시킬 수 있다. 지금까지 여러 개의 PLE 방법론이 소개되었으나, 표준화된 PLE 방법론이 존재하지 않기 때문에, 방법론이 제시하는 프로세스나 산출물 등에서 차이가 크며, 산업계에서는 PLE 방법론을 채택하는데 어려움이 있다. 이에 프로세스의 선택과 효율적인 활용을 위해서 기존의 여러 방법론을 비교 분석하는 작업이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 FAST, SEI SPL, PuLSE, Bosch의 제품 계열 프로세스, FOPLE, ESAPS, KobrA/PoLITe, Alexandria COPA, QADA 방법론 등 대표적인 PLE 방법론을 프로세스, 산출물, 적용 지침 측면 별로 비교 기준을 나누고, 비교 기준에 따라서 비교 평가를 수행한다. 또한 방법론간 공통성이 큰 항목과 적은 항목을 확인해서, PLE 방법론이 포함해야 하는 요소와 각 방법론이 개선해야 하는 사항을 확인한다. 본 논문은 적절한 프로세스를 선택 또는 재정의하는 과정에서 활용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 향후 PLE 개발 방범론의 표준을 정의하는 과정에서 기반이 될 수 있을 것이다.
