Recently, the frequency of computer engineering and technology interviews has increased in the process of hiring developers, and accordingly, the burden of technical interviews among interviewees has also increased. However, during computer engineering technical interview practice, it is difficult to judge whether one's answers are correct, and to measure the appropriate vocalization speed by oneself. In this paper, we propose a computer engineering technical interview support system using similarity measurement technology. The proposed system measures the technical accuracy of the interviewee's answers through a sentence similarity evaluation procedure using cosine similarity to measure the technical accuracy of the interviewee's answers. It also measures the speech rate and provides it to the interviewee.

컴퓨터공학 분야 개발자를 채용할 때 대다수의 기업에서 일반 면접과는 달리 전공 분야 역량 파악을 위한 컴퓨터공학 기술 면접을 함께 진행한다. 컴퓨터공학 면접자의 기술 면접을 지원하기 위하여 이 논문에서는 컴퓨터공학 핵심 개념에 대한 면접자 답변의 정확도를 코사인 유사도를 이용하여 평가 후 결과를 알려주는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템을 이용하면 개발자들의 컴퓨터공학 핵심 개념의 기술 면접 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is 1) to research how practitioners in fashion industry in South Korea perceive concepts of Technical Design/Designer, 2) to compare and analyze issues at work by occupation, 3) to research specific works in garment development process, and 4) to compare and analyze work involvement by occupation, type of a company and etc, and 5) to propose the role of Technical Designers in apparel companies in South Korea. There were two methods to conduct this study, which were in-depth interview and survey. Both methods were conducted to designers, merchandisers, pattern makers, technical designers, and production coordinators. Frequency analysis, ANOVA, Duncan test, and Factor analysis were performed to get results by using SPSS 18.0 program. The results are following. There were 50 works during garment development process from the result of in-depth interview, and 6 factors were obtained from the result of Factor analysis, which were 'Works about Sample in Sample Development Process', 'Works about Product's Pattern and Size Spec', 'Works about Development of Garment's Design', 'Works about Planning of Product Development and Management of Product in Stock', 'Works about Production Process', and 'Preparation Works for Sample Development'. In conclusion, technical designer in apparel companies in South Korea should be in charge of works about sample in sample development process and decision making of product' size spec, which is included in works about product's pattern and size spec. Also, they should complete technical package after product is developed by designers.

Base on the survey and financial statement on fish-paste processing company, this study aimed to estimate management efficiencies of fish-paste processing management using a data envelopment-analysis (DEA), In-depth interview and to find out their determinants. Model results show that the estimated mean management efficiencies obtained for the VRS and CRS DEA are 83.7% and 89.1%. In-depth interview results also show that efficiencies caused by scale of technical matter was greater than efficiencies caused by the scale of the company. Thus it implies that technical development is essential for achieving high-efficiency of fish-paste processing company more than expanding the size of company.

Product-service systems (PSS), integrating physical products and services, currently play a crucial role in sustainable economies. In addition to the highly competitive global economy, the emergence of new digital paradigms is supporting the shift toward servitization. Although the great potential of such paradigms is recognized by both practice and research, their implications for PSS are not yet clear. In particular, features of Internet of Things (IoT), such as total connectedness and ubiquity of smart sensors and actuators, provide various new opportunities for PSS. This study explores such opportunities by conducting structured literature review and 13 interviews. We organize the findings in two folds: First, we introduce four degrees of IoT involvement in PSS business models and elaborate the opportunities that they create for different types of PSS. Second, we present the key technologies and approaches that IoT provides concerning PSS lifecycle management.

This study aims to review the reality of local educational officials in technical post, to investigate their needs and awareness for newly changing social environment, and to inspire them with alternatives and strategies for reforming and restructuring their organization. It examines and analyses the strong points and weak points of the organization, the methods for improving the operation systems and organizational structures and the problems in the personnel management in officialdom, especially unfairness between the executive and the technical officials through a questionnaire and interview. This study ascertains that most of the technical officials consider expert knowledge and experience as their strong point and think the negative image against its group as their weak point for the organizational development. Specially this article indicates that they are not satisfied with the job conditions and want to shift to the official in executive post.

Shared value enhances the competitiveness of a company while simultaneously reducing societal burdens. By allowing companies to share their resources, collaborative logistics systems provide companies with an opportunity to create shared value, namely, not only economic value by enhancing the utilization of resources, but also social value by reducing energy consumptions and greenhouse gas emissions associated with logistics and transportation. Emerging businesses, such as ES3 and Flexe, have recently demonstrated how they created shared value through collaborative logistics services, for example, ES3's collaborative warehousing and direct-to-store (D2S) program, and Flexe's on-demand warehousing platform. However, the development of collaborative logistics systems is currently at a nascent stage. There are quite a few socio-technical barriers to overcome for sharing resources (data as well as infrastructure). Drawing on the socio-technical approach, this research examines how companies create both economic and social value from collaborative logistics systems. We highlight socio-technical barriers, particularly one set of social barriers, that is, competition-oriented conservatism prevalent among companies. Using the case study methodology and interview data, we closely investigate ES3 and Flexe, which provide collaborative logistics services, and demonstrate how technical and social barriers are addressed to create shared value from collaborative logistics systems.

This study applied the Stochastic Frontier Analysis to estimate which independent variable affects to efficiency of aquaculture household. This study used wage and facility scale as input variables, sales volume as an output variable to estimate efficiency. Also, the study used region, species, water quality to estimate technical inefficiency factors of the model. The data used for this study were obtained by the operating costs survey using 1:1 interview method. The study selected translog production model with technical inefficiency term estimated as half-normal distribution. In addition, the study used pearson and spearman correlation coefficient among efficiency estimating models. Also, the study analysed differences among estimated efficiencies through t-test, and showed us 0.1793 in species, 0.4677 between Geojae and Masan.

Since October 2006, number of deliberations of arcade game in Game Rating Board (GRB) annually was more than 1,000 cases except 2007 and 2010. However, these cases excessively handle to deliberate the game rating. Especially, the rating is manually performed thus, hindering the consistency and objectivity of the deliberation. To resolve this problems, we think that the automation of technical deliberation is necessary for arcade game which is needed to have much time for deliberation. The purpose of this study is to identify what the possibility part of automation or what obviously part of automation in the deliberation of game rating. To achieve our research purposes, we conducted in-depth interview with GLI standardization expert in BMM Korea and person in charge for deliberation in game rating board. The interview results show that 12 standardization and 14 automation factors for deliberation in game rating of arcade game. This study will expect bases in game development and promotion in game industry.

This study is designed to review the current status of the National Technical Qualification(NTQ) system in the field of die & mold, which is focused on deficiencies of the regulatory system and qualities of die & mold professionals including the master craftsman, engineer, industrial engineer and craftsman. And it is also the purpose of this study to suggest improvement strategies for the NTQ system in the field of the die & mold. This study analyze the NTQ system for the die & mold technologies or skills based on the role model which is matched their business demands, and prepares the authority(such as Human Resources Development Service of Korea) for NTQ creation, combination, abolition, setting questions, and standards correction with priority given to die & mold industry and NTQ. It also offers elective options to reshuffle NTQs through focus group interview by experts.
