This study focuses on the instructor's role in student-centered learning and aims to test the effects and moderating role of instructor feedback on perceived loafing in team project-based learning. A conditional effect model including team efficacy, perceived loafing, instructor feedback, and team performance was proposed. Data were collected from students who registered for team project-based learning courses at a university in South Korea. A total of 420 cases were subjected to moderated mediation analysis. The results demonstrated that instructor feedback was negatively related to perceived loafing and moderated the relationship between team efficacy and perceived loafing. Furthermore, instructor feedback moderated the relationship between perceived loafing and team performance. In particular, even when perceived loafing was high, students who received frequent instructor feedback were found to significantly reduce the damage to team performance. Based on these findings, the importance of instructors' facilitation in team project-based learning is discussed.

본 연구에서는 크게 다음과 같은 두 가지 목적을 갖고 있다. 첫째, 지식경영과 지식관리시스템에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 방송사의 지식경영 및 지식관리시스템 도입을 제안하고, 방송사에 적합한 하부시스템을 갖춘 통합지식관리시스템 구축 모형을 제안하고자 한다. 둘째, 조직의 지식관리시스템 설계와 개발을 위한 방법론으로 팀 기반 접근에 대하여 설명하고 지식관리시스템 구축 프로젝트 과정에 대하여 자세하게 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 방송사의 지식관리시스템 구축에 목적을 두고 이를 위해 6개 방송사의 웹 사이트를 비교 분석을 하였다. 그리고 방송사에 관한 자료 수집 및 현황분석을 토대로 방송사의 지식관리시스템을 5가지의 하부시스템인 (1)방송기술지원시스템, (2)방송컨텐츠시스템, (3)고객관리시스템, (4)열사네트워크시스템, (5)인사 관리시스템을 포함한 통합관리시스템의 모형을 제안하였다. 한편, 본 연구에서 사용한 팀 기반 접근법은 다른 조직의 지식관리시스템 구축에도 적용 가능하다고 본다.

본 연구에서는 하부구조적 결함을 갖는 전력계통의 정태 안전성 평가를 고려한 무효전력 제어 문제를 해결하기 위하여 A-team(Asynchronous team) 이론을 이용한 접근법을 제시한다. QVC는 무효전력 발전량, 전압치, 선로조류 및 다른 무효전력장치에 대한 제약조건하에서 최적의 전압을 유지하는 문제로써, 해의 정확도를 크게 해치지 않는 범위내에서 혼합정수계획법(MILP) 문제로 수식화 하였다. 안전성 평가는 계통의 모니터링을 통하여 얻어진 현재의 자료를 평가하여 상대적 강인성을 추정하는 것으로 교류 전력조류법에 기반을 둔 결정론적인 방법에 의해 계통안전성, 특히 전압안전성을 평가하였으며, 이진치 대신에 다수의 이산치를 제공하는 안전성 계량을 사용하였다. 계통의 효율적 운전을 목적으로 위의 두 문제를 통합하여 풀 수 있도록 A-team으로 명명된 새로운 조직기법을 도입하였다. A-team은 자치적(autonomous)이고, 병렬적으로(in parallel) 동작하고, 비동기적으로(asynchronously) 정보교환을 하는 agent들을 위 한 일종의 조직법으로 다수의 프로그램 (computer-based multi agent)을 이 용한 운용시스템의 구성에 적합한 방법으로 알려져 있다. 이 A-team을 이용한 방법은 실계통에 적용하기 위한 초기단계에 머무르고 있으나 대형계통의 여러 복잡한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 가능성을 갖고 있다.

본 연구는 팀제를 실시하고 있는 전국의 대학도서관을 대상으로 팀제의 운영방식(도입과정, 팀원의 재량권, 팀장의 리더십, 팀의 자유로운 의사소통, 도서관장의 의지)이 팀 효과성(환경적응성, 직무만족, 팀 분위기, 비용절감)에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석한 것이다. 분석을 위한 데이터는 대학도서관의 직원으로부터 회수된 설문지를 기초로 하였다. 연구결과 팀제의 운영방식 중 도입과정과 도서관장의 의지는 팀의 효과성 가운데 환경적응성, 직무만족, 비용절감에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 의사소통은 직무만족과 팀의 분위기에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Concurrent Engineering is one of the information-based product development approach. Yet, the method of organizing the project team for the concurrent engineering is not clear. This study focuses on deriving a method to organize an information-based project team. The model consists of 4 layers : IT infrastructure, organization of the information-based project team, operation of the project team, an organization culture. Based on an analysis of new product development case, this study attempts to verify the model and to suggest more effective way of organization design and management for new product development.

본 연구의 목적은 스마트 테크놀로지를 활용한 팀 기반 학습(Smart technology-enhanced Team-Based Learning, S-TBL) 모형 설계를 위한 디자인 원칙과 S-TBL의 개요, 절차 및 활동을 개념화하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기존의 팀 기반 학습(Team-Based Learning, TBL) 모형을 기반으로 모바일 테크놀로지, 협력학습, 문제해결학습과 다양한 평가 모형들을 종합한 학습 모형을 설계하였다. 기존의 TBL 모형을 기반으로 스마트 테크놀로지 학습 환경에서 적용 가능한 학습 모형을 설계함에 있어 1) 학습 자원, 평가 도구, 문제해결상황과 문제해결과정을 통합하는 총체적인 학습 환경을 제공하고, 2) 팀 구성원 간 및 교수자와 학습자 간 협력과 커뮤니케이션을 증대시킬 수 있는 환경 개발에 중점을 두었다. 이러한 S-TBL 모형은 1) 개별 학습과 협력적인 팀 학습을 통합하고, 2) 개념 학습과 문제해결 및 비판적 사고력 신장을 위한 학습을 통합하며, 3) 개별 평가와 그룹 평가를 통합하고, 4) 자기주도적 학습과 강의식 설명 학습을 통합하고, 5) 개인적 성찰과 산출물의 공유를 통합할 수 있도록 설계되었다.

This work identifies the key factors influencing the success of multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and trans-disciplinary R&D projects in transition economies by integrating knowledge management, organizational, inter/intra-collaboration (open-innovation), and leadership perspectives, while also addressing the perspective of the science of team science, which is an integrative approach to R&D. This is followed by providing the major sub-constructs of team science and policy implications to better facilitate multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary R&D projects in knowledge-based transition economies.

This paper describes and effective teaching approach to an undergraduate database course. This research draws on practical experience based on the hands-on practice approach which leads students to develop a database application utilizing various tools. Students not only learn concepts, methodologies and tools of database technology in class and through online multimedia learning aids, but also practice how to integrate them through collaborative team projects. The course employs collaborative learning approach and multimedia and internet technologies. Students are encouraged to work collaboratively on assignments and projects and to learn independently through online multimedia learning aids.

Purpose: This study was conducted in order to present basic policy data for introduction of a home-based physical therapy (HBPT) policy. Methods: The study surveyed physical therapists and patients for six weeks, in order to identify satisfaction with physical therapy. The statistical significance of the management plan with regard to costs and cost estimation and payment methods was determined and managed according to the operating principals of HBPT, eligibility criteria, number of visits, treatment time, and team approach. Results: Through the survey all groups of patients and physical therapists recognized the need for HBPT. They felt that the most desirable methods for activation of physical therapy visits involve precise diagnosis and evaluation through a team approach. While making regular visits to the patient three times a week, an expert visiting physical therapist with 3 to 5 years of experience in the clinical field could provide central nerve developmental treatment in less than 60 minutes; this service could be provided at a reasonable cost, minimizing unnecessary hospital visits, reducing time, medical expenses and facilitating a quick recovery due to psychological satisfaction resulting from a decrease in the psychological anxiety patients often experience in medical institutions. Conclusion: Based on the study results provided above, if HBPT is to be introduced, appropriate pricing and programs should be based on the results of pilot projects.

This paper describes the definition of a substation automation system and presents core components and its layered structure based on the modular approach. Also it introduces the implementation and deployment of our substation automation system which was adopted to the field recently.
