This study was done to investigate the situation of classes-related stress in creative's of korean advertising industry. Though creative's are carrying out the most important roles in advertising agency, there has not been much study on them. In this point view, this study approached by examining prior studies on classes-related stress. The findings of this study were as followings ; In all classes, client related stress were the highest. The classes of the directors of bureaus have the highest stress on the average of five high items in the stress detail items. The classes of the staffs have higher stress, and the next is the classes of the heads of departments. The classes of the directors have higher stress about themselves especially. The classes of heads have higher stress for family complain about holiday work than any other classes relatively. The classes of the staffs have higher stress for heavy duty than any other classes. The classes of the directors of bureaus have higher stress in the situation change like presentation than any other classes. There can be many conditions about advertisement creative team members‘stress. I have made dear the internal stress structure according to the classes in the thesis partially. The stress for the classes‘structure can not be solved easily, so it will hare an effect on all members normally if the stress exists for a long time. This study should be continued by reasonable and systematic method. A successful creative's come out from an advertising agency's organizational system, but the organization, after all, is made up of creative's ability and endeavor.
The values of material civilizations that dominated the last century have been replaced with invisible values such as knowledge, information, and culture. The central axis of the world economy is also rapidly shifting from a capital and labor-intensive industry to a knowledge-based industry of software and contents. From the perspective of the industrialization of culture as multinational corporations and dominance and subordination relationships between cultures thereof, and crisis of cultural identity, the issues of support and fostering a culture industry arise. These have become major issues of concern in deciding national policies. In response to this trend, new departments related to culture contents in various universities have been established for fostering manpower in the field and the government policy to foster related human resources. However, actual results have not been currently achieved, despite the increase in quantity. This is due to the fact that the walls between culture contents departments were too high and thus education and fostering excellent human resources have not been properly conducted. It is also due to the obscure direction of education and a deficiency in the system. To cope with these problems, a systematic manpower-fostering education program should be developed through enhancement of the understanding of culture contents via linking education programs with detailed major fields of study. Accordingly, this study aims to identify changes in the current culture contents industry at home and abroad according to digitalization for fostering manpower of culture contents required in a rapidly changing environment of the culture contents industry. Then, it will review what influence has been made on the education system through the identification of personnel types through work flow charts and contents delivery modes following integration, as well as a desirable method to construct culture contents. Therefore, this study is a preliminary study on the means of fostering core personnel in the culture contents industry through linkage with the education system.
The purpose of this study is to investigate provedly the effectiveness of the practice for the arts and crafts by machine for project based learning upon improving industrial high school students' key competency for vocation, and to provide the incumbent teachers and future teachers who want to conduct research, a similar study with the basic reference materials. The vocational key competencies interested in this study are communication ability, information usage skills, team work skills, problem solving skills, tool usage skills, and responsibility and confidence areas. Because the result of pre and post testing over these six areas has insignificant differences statistically, we reach a conclusion which project based learning is more effective than traditional practice methods at improving the vocational key competencies of industrial students. On the basis of the results of this study, I would like to suggest some kinds of things needed to improve the vocational key competencies of industrial high school students. First, we require the diverse research to investigate the best teaching and learning methods to cultivate people of ability with the vocational key competencies Second, it is required that to measure the extent of the improvement of the vocational key competencies of industrial high school students, we have to develop a more objective test tool than that used in this study. Third, in the light of facts that project based learning influences on improving the vocational key competencies of the industrial high school student, we will have to make an effort actively to find the best teaching and learning methods, like project based learning. Therefore, we need to give diverse training opportunities and financial support so that teachers can conduct research to find the best teaching and learning method at improving the vocational key competencies for industrial high school students.
The purpose of this study is to investigate Chinese e-Learning development strategies based on the analysis of Korean Industry-Academia e-Learning cooperation. Literature review and interview with experts about the subject regarding this study were the main research methods for the study. The results of the study are as follows 1. Chinese government should amend and complement the e-Learning policy of the chinese enterprise continuously through the Korean government's experience about the e-Learning policy such as enterprise e-Learning system, standardization of LMS, and quality assurance. 2. Korean government's policy about e-Learning has emphasized on practical development of e-Learning contents and LMS. And we have found they have good effects from the policy in terms of human resource development. However, Chinese government generally has emphasized on external extension of the scale and administration.nte, Chinese government should follow the practical policy in the e-Learning development as Korean government has done. 3. The way of Individualized learning, cooperative learning, team work, WBI, standardized LMS, and Blended Learning in Korea could be well adapted in Chinese e-Learning.

In the circumstance that high oil price state is continued over the world, the investment in crude oil development by oil major is a trend of increasing. Recently the number of delivered drill-ship for 5 years has been sharply increased all over the world and about twice than that of past 30 years. As addition to the increase of the drill-ship demand, the operation of drill-ships which is delivered recently is about 3,000 meters, ultra deep sea, on average and the work area is expending. Accordingly the drilling system including the size and length of pipe for drilling has been bigger and bigger and the power supply equipment for operation system also has large capacity. Unlike merchant vessel, high power and high voltage of diesel generators are required for drill-ship for which the demand for V-type 320 bore of diesel generator has increased. It is on the raised that the importance of lubrication oil cleaning for diesel generator on drill-ship which has longer time for construction, and also long term low load operation is unavoidable during commissioning of equipments. Recently it was reported that engine crankpin was damaged due to the hard contact caused by the abnormal wear down(Cam wear) on crankpin and bearing. The same pattern of wear down was found through the inspection on series vessels and the other vessel under commissioning. The purpose of this paper is to analyze of the wear mechanism based on the observation and theories and objective research from actual cases and to prepare the counter measures to avoid foreseeable damage when the lubricating oil is not properly cleaned.

KITECH and ODS performed a study of internal and external noise prediction of the Korean high speed prototype test train(HSR 350X). The object of this study was 3 kinds of cars, trailer car(TT2), motorized car(TMI ) and power car(TPI) and the predicted noise was for the two different driving speeds in free field and tunnel conditions. Data of carbody design and noise sources were delivered from manufactures. Some of noise sources which were not available in the project team, were chosen by experiences of ODS. Internal noise level of each car was predicted for two cases i.e, at 300 km/h and 350 km/h. In addition sound transmission path and dominant noise sources were also investigated for each section of the car, which is circular shell typed part of whole carbody. In case of TT2, the dominating sound transmission path is the (floor in terms of structure-borne noise and air-borne noise. The main noise sources are structure-borne noise from the yaw-damper and air-borne noise from the wheel/rail contact, whereas the dominating sound transmission path of TMI are floor and sidewall below the window in terms of structure-borne noise. The main noise sources of TMI are structure-borne noise from motor/gear unit and the yaw-damper in the free field, and air-borne noise from the wheel/rail contact and structure-borne noise from motor/gear unit in the tunnel. Through the external noise prediction for the KHST test train formation, the noise form the wheel/rail contact is estimated as one of the major sources. In addition, the noise specification of sub-component was proposed for managing each sub-surpplier to reach the KHST noise requirement. The specification provide the sound power of machinery part and transmission loss of component of carbody structure. The predicted noise level in each case exceeded the required limit. Through this study, the noise characteristics of the test train were investigated by simulation, and then the actual test will be performed in near future. Both measured and calculated data will be compared and further work for noise reduction will be continued.
All excavated "buried cultural properties" are supervised by the Cultural Heritage Administration that decides whether to conserve them or not, depending on the necessity for conservation. Currently, there is no legal regulation concerning the administration of relics (including artifacts) and remains (including archaeological sites) that are relocated and restored based on such conservation decisions. Thus, administration of these cultural properties is inadequate. Under these circumstances, this paper recommends the current state of conservation and conservation methods for buried cultural properties excavated at Chungcheongnam-do thus far. Conservation of buried cultural properties excavated at Chungcheongnam-do primarily employ the "relocating and restoration" method; 23 relics and 46 remains employed relocation after dismantling and soil layer transcription method. Moreover, 27 remains were relocated after dismantling and 14 remains employed the transcription method. In terms of area, Buyeo-gun and Gongju-si had 12 relics accounting for about 50%, while according to the period, Baekjae period had 16 relics, accounting for about 70%. In terms of conservation facility, open-air facility had 33 relics, accounting for about 72%. Results of investigating the state of relics' management indicated that public institutions like a museum with a recognizable management system had their own work force and consequently ensured excellent conservation, whereas if there were no apparent responsible bodies, remains were subjected to considerable damage due to mismanagement. Therefore, this problem can be resolved by identifying a recognizable management body as well as ensuring periodical management and supervision. The excavated buried cultural properties are utilized not only for academic purposes, but also for PR or as exhibition material. Hence, this study confirms that meticulous management of buried cultural properties is currently required.
This study aims at making a HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)plan to be applied to soybean curd and verifing its effectiveness. First, we develped a general model of HACCP according to the guidelines of Codex (FAO/WHO). And we applied the model to 4 soybean curd workshops for 3 months. The HACCP model is composed of these procedures; HACCP team organization, production description, work flow chart, hazatd analysis, CCP (critical control point) decision, CL (critical limit) establishment, monitoring method decision, correction, verification and documentation. CCP were selection procedure and refrigeration procedure in non-wrapped soybean curd. CCP were selection procedure, heat-sterilizing and refrigeration in wrapped soybean curd. The result of bacterial experiment after apling the model for 3 months, the bacterial numbers of soybean curd box, wrapper, and soybean curd production were lower after appling than before appling, the model. We could verify that the appications of the HACCP model were effective to the soybean curd workshops.
This work was intended for the identification of markers that are found only in the spoiled red pepper powder. When analyzed by GC/MASS, the spoiled red pepper powder contains characteristic naphthalene derivatives, 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, $8\alpha$-octahydro-1, $8\alpha$-dimethyl-7-(1-methylethenyl)-naphthalene and 2-isopropenyl-$4\alpha$, 8-dimethyl-1, 2, 3, 4, $4\alpha$, 5, 6, $8\alpha$-octahydronaphthalene, which have not found in the normal red pepper powder. In addition, microscopic observation and microbial enumeration of the red pepper powder had been performed. Images by scanning electron microscopy showed that the surfaces of spoiled pepper powder were rough with many kinds of microbes, compared with those of normal red pepper powder. A good correlation between the bacterial and fungal counts in the same sample was observed and could be clearly classified into two groups, the normal and the spoiled group, by difference in the microbial counts. These results suggest that the spoiled red pepper powder can be identified by a combination of GC/MASS, microbial counts, and scanning electron microscopy.
This paper deals with an agent-based decision-supporting system for Taguchi experiment planning. Among the four major parts of Taguchi experiment, the planning phase includes the most important decision-making issues such as determination of experiment objectives, quality characteristics, and control factors. The planning phase, however, has not been paid proper attention by experiment designers. In this research, an agent-based decision-supporting system for Taguchi experiment planning has been developed to facilitate the planning tasks of experiment designer. The decision-supporting system is composed of two agent-based mechanisms. The first employs an Internet agent that collects the domain knowledge from knowledge providers who may be distributed in remote places. Another agent then visualizes the collected knowledge and reports it to the experiment designer. Engineers who would normally have difficulties in collaborating because of limitations on their time or because they are in different places can easily work together in the same experiment team and brainstorm to make good decisions. The second agent-based mechanism offers context-sensitive advice generated by another intelligent agent during the experiment planning process. it prevents the experiment designer from making improper decisions, which will increase the feasibility of the experiment and minimize the unnecessary expense of time and resources.
