본 연구는 유아교육 관련 교재교구 산업의 과제와 전망에 대해 고찰한 연구이다. 교재교구 산업의 과제는 첫째, 분류기준 제시가 시급하다는 것, 둘째, 평가기준이 마련되어야 한다는 것, 셋째, 질 관리가 허술하다는 것, 넷째, 상품화된 자료가 부족하다는 것이며, 다섯째는 교재교구 산업에 대한 정부의 정책이 없다는 것과 여섯째, 교재교구의 활용에 대한 관리 시스템이 없다는 것, 마지막으로 일곱째, 교재교구 유통구조가 개선되어야 한다는 것이다. 교재교구산업의 전망은 첫째, 평가인증 제도의 도입되어야 한다는 것이고, 둘째 교재 교구산업이 성장 할 것 이라고 보는 시사점과, 셋째, 친환경적이며 지속가능한 소재가 확대된다는 것이다. 또한, 넷째, 멀티미디어 사용이 증가되며. 다섯째로 활용률 제고를 위한 관리 시스템 정착이 필요하다는 것이다. 이러한 전망을 근거로 교재교구 산업의 미래를 긍정적으로 보았다.

The teaching and learning environment in medical schools is significantly different from that of other academic fields. An educational information system specifically designed for medical education could be an important solution for the unique context of medical education. In this study, the concept of the educational information system has been reviewed, and how such a system can be utilized effectively for medical education has also been explored. This paper also addresses how learning management systems for online learning could be made more effective through educational information systems. The application of flipped learning, which has been developing rapidly to improve teaching and learning, for medical education was also investigated. In conclusion, it was found that educational information systems could be a solution to various teaching and learning issues in medical schools. In particular, given that high performing students tend to enter medical schools, using educational information systems to improve the teaching and learning environment in medical school should be investigated further.

Recently building up of u-learning oriented teaching and learning system has been expanded rapidly, However domestic junior college's challenging for adapting it might be slower than other educational body's doing, and in that result it might be paid more or be taken longer time to improve their old system effectively. Now, it is very time for them to develop and implement u-learning oriented teaching and learning system quickly. This paper offers and draws the core factors to design ubiquitous teaching and learning model systematically through investigation of worldwide recent technology and R&D, patent, service and standardization tendency related with u-learnig modeling.

Although the understanding of English tense system is a crucial factor for communicative English learning and teaching for EFL students, it has been neglected over the years. As with other areas of the grammar, difficulties may arise from the nature of the system itself or from differences between time, tense and aspect. Consequently, many learners face a considerable difficulty with the English tense system as they are more often unable to grasp the basic conceptual differences of present/present continuous, past/present perfect, will/be going to along with many others. More concerning fact is that lots of instructors or so-called native English teachers seem not to be aware of the importance of teaching English tense system. The purpose of this study is to review and examine various theories and practical usages of tense in order to establish and/or present better methods for teaching tenses. This paper is focused on comparatively exact distinction of time, physical notion from tense, grammatical category as well as sequences of tenses in view of school grammar and communicative function. At the end or middle of each chapter, efficient teaching and learning techniques or strategies on tenses are suggested to help instructors or learners who relentlessly face confusions in understanding tense and its usage for communicative English learning and teaching. This study attempts to influence learners' ability to recognize and write tense in authentic contexts not to mention spoken English.

교육인적자원부(2004)의 이러닝 학습체제 구축을 위한 실태 및 요구조사에 따르면 교수 학습 자료의 질에 대한 심각한 문제가 제기되고 있다(총 4717명 중 1775명 (37.68%) 이 현재 교수 학습 자료의 질적인 문제가 심각하다고 응답하였다). 뿐만 아니라 한국교육과정평가원의 연구(2002)에 따르면 웹 사이트, 기관 소장 자료, 그리고 교사 개인이 서비스하는 자료들 7만 건 중 약 8.7%에 해당하는 자료만이 우수 자료로 평가되었다. 현재 유통 보급되는 교수 학습 자료에 대한 질 관리의 필요성이 대두되고 있으나 이를 뒷받침하는 구체적인 정책적 대안이 제시되고 있지 못한 실정이다. 즉, 체계적으로 교수 학습 자료에 대한 내용적인 질 관리를 할 수 있는 시스템이 개발되어 있지 않다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 기존 혹은 신규 교수 학습 자료에 대해 내용적 질 관리를 할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하고 적용하는데 있다. 본 연구의 결과로 개발된 교수 학습자료 질 관리 시스템은 16개 시 도를 포함하여 국가 수준의 질 관리 체제 수립을 위한 기초가 될 수 있으며, 뿐만 아니라 교수 학습 자료에 대한 실질적인 질 관리가 이루질 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The world has witnessed a phenomenal growth in information and communication technologies (ICT). The development of new broadband communication services convergence of telecommunication with computers and recent developments in the field of communication protocol have fostered challenges as well as offerings in the wide-ranging use of ICT to support the creation of dynamic and interactive teaching and learning environment. By emergence of ICT, most of education and training institutions are struggling to integrate ICT and education and training systems. It is so important to apply proper delivery systems for utilization of the computerized teaching and learning contents in the classrooms. It will be a preliminary activity for building open and flexible distance teaching and learning systems in developing countries. In this paper, we would like to suggest and recommend the proper delivery systems for utilization of the computerized teaching and learning contents in the classrooms for education sector reform in developing countries.

e-러닝 시스템에서 사용자가 원하는 교수-학습 기능의 지원 정도는 학습효과 향상을 위한 중요한 요소이다. 그러나 e-러닝의 기획, 개발, 운영, 평가 등에 있어서 시스템이 지원하는 기능에 기반 한 명세화된 참조 모델에 관한 연구는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 기반의 e-러닝 시스템에서 효과적인 교수-학습 기능 지원을 위한 명세화된 참조 모형을 제안한다 제안한 명세화된 참조 모형의 유효성은 e-러닝을 수강한 학생을 대상으로 설문조사에 의해서 검증한 결과, 이전의 e-러닝 시스템보다 $11%{\sim}23%$의 효율성 향상을 기대할 수 있다. 또한 제안 모델의 활용성 검증을 위해서 기존의 e-러닝 시스템을 참조 모형에서 제시된 교수-학습 기능의 지원 정도에 따라서 사전 평가한 결과, 실제 해당 사이트를 경험한 수요자들의 서비스 요구도에 의한 만족도와 부합하는 결과를 보였다.

학습지도안은 학습활동에 있어서 반드시 작성해야 하는 중요한 문서이긴 하지만, 그 중요도나 작성하는데 들이는 시간에 비해 학습활동에 대한 활용도가 매우 낮다. 웹이 발달하면서 개인 홈페이지나 에듀넷과 같은 인터넷 사이트를 통해 학습지도안의 공유가 활발해지긴 했지만, 단지 학습지도안을 작성하기 위해 내용을 참고하는 정도에 그치고 있고 학습에 실질적으로 도움이 될 수 있는 자료로는 활용되고 있지 못하다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같이 학습지도안을 형식적인 문서로써 재활용하는 데서 벗어나 학습에 유용한 자료로 활용할 수 있는 방안에 대해 제시한 후, 제시된 내용을 바탕으로 학습지도안 관리 및 활용 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

지식정보 사회의 도래는 새로운 교육 패러다임에 적합한 교수-학습 과정을 지원하기 위해 다양한 형태의 e-러닝의 모형과 시스템을 요구하며, 이에 따라 인터넷과 지능형 교육 시스템(ITS; intelligent tutoring system)을 적용한 e-러닝 환경의 교수-학습 시스템에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 현재 운영되고 있는 교육 현장의 인프라와 u-러닝의 개념 사이에는 상당한 격차가 존재한다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 현재 구축된 교육 현장의 인프라에서 u-러닝의 개념을 적용할 수 있는 학습자의 인지구조에 기반한 ITS 교수-학습 모형과 시스템을 개발하고, 타당성을 검증하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 제안하는 지식표현기법을 통해 개별화 학습이 효과적으로 적용될 수 있도록 학습자 인지구조를 표현하였다.

본 연구에서는 초등 교과 교육을 위한 플립 러닝 기반 스마트 교수-학습 시스템을 설계 및 개발하고 이를 초등 교육 현장에 적용하여 교과 성취 수준 및 교과 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석 평가하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 교수-학습 시스템은 비디오 파트, 데이트 파트, 러닝라인 파트의 세 부분으로 구성되었으며, 플립 러닝 기반 수업을 위하여 프레젠테이션, 사전 수업 동영상, 스프레드시트 등이 제작되었다. 본 연구의 교수-학습 시스템을 수업에 적용하여 분석한 결과 학습자들의 교과 성취 수준 신장 및 교과 만족도 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에 대한 시사점 및 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.
