The purpose of this study is to develop a communication model of teaching-learning at culinary practical learning class in school. Statistically, the organizational culture of culinary schools was influenced by the nature of hierarchical culture, task outcomes, and the conservative culture of organizations in companies. First, in basic skill class, teaching and learning methods are based on a teacher who leads students according to his plans and decisions. Second, in a higher skill course, teaching and learning methods are based on students who take an active part by injecting some fresh ideas into their class. Third, the model of three courses for culinary skill development has an effect on processing into a modeling-scaffolding-fading method by teaching and learning in school. It was ascertained that organizational culture directly or indirectly influenced organizational effectiveness and organizational culture in culinary schools. Moreover, it was found that organizational culture was the biggest influencing concept for communication effectiveness between teachers and students.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the improvement of students' interest and general proficiency of English through cultural understanding. To achieve this purpose, two classes of the 2nd grade in the informational high school were divided into the experimental class and the control class. The Grammar-Translation Method was used for the control class and a cultural learning - compare and contrast Korean culture and American culture - was taken for the experimental. After various cultural differences were studied, surveys of students' attitude and reading and listening test were taken. The results from this study were as follows: Firstly, students' interest in English was improved through learning the American culture that was related to the content of each lesson. Secondly, English reading and communicative skills were improved by learning about cultural aspects. Therefore, it can be said that teaching culture stimulates students' interest and motivation for learning English and helps students retain such affective attitudes. And English communicative skills were improved as well.

"Statistical literacy" is important to be an effective citizen ([Gal, I. (2005). Towards "probability literacy" for all citizens: Building blocks and instructional dilemmas. In: G. A. Jones (Ed.), Exploring probability in school: Challenges for teaching and learning (pp. 39-63). New York: Springer]). Probability and statistics has been connected with real context and can be used to stimulate students' creative abilities. This study aims at identifying the extent that textbooks in three countries include experimental probability concepts and non-routine, open-ended, application and contextual problems. How well textbooks reflect real application situations is important in the sense that students can employ probability concepts when solving real world problems. Results showed that three textbook series did not mention experimental probability. Furthermore, all of text-books had more routine, close-ended, knowing, and non-contextual problems.

The principal purpose of this study is to analyze school organizational culture in secondary school in Busan. This study measures background variables such as gender, teaching experience, classification of school, grade of school, and scale of school. The results of the study are as follows : First, to see the difference on the perception of organizational culture depending on gender, female teachers have a stronger sense of professionalism, community spirit and consideration than male teachers. Second, to see the difference on the perception of organizational culture in terms of teaching experience, teachers who have more than 21 years of teaching experience have a more positive perception on decision-making and consideration than those who have 11~20 years of teaching experience. Third, to see the difference on the perception of organizational culture according to classification of school, public schools have a more positive perception on every item such as professionalism, decision-making, community spirit, and consideration than private school. Fourth, to see the difference on the perception of organizational culture in terms of classification of schools, secondary schools have a more positive perception on professionalism and community spirit than high schools. Lastly, as it is seen in the difference on the perception of organizational culture depending on scale of school, schools which have 13~35 classes have a more positive perception on professionalism than others.

본 연구는 대중문화와 수학교육의 관계를 분석함으로써 대중문화를 수학수업에 활용할 수 있는 방안과 시사점을 찾는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 대중문화에 대한 개념과 수학교육에서 대중문화 활용의 의의를 분석하였다. 또한 대중문화가 학생들의 수학적 이미지 형성에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대해 선행 연구들을 바탕으로 분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 대중문화를 수학수업에 활용할 수 있는 방안과 함께 대중문화를 활용한 수학수업 모델을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 우리나라에서 대중문화를 수학교육에 보다 적극적으로 활용할 수 있기 위해 고려해야 할 시사점을 다루었다.

In this study, we examined the relationships among years of teaching experience, professional rank, number of courses taken, and knowledge of algebra for teaching (KAT). 338 in-service and 376 pre-service secondary mathematics teachers in China completed a KAT questionnaire. Various statistical techniques were employed to examine these relationships. The pre-service participants teachers performed statistically significantly higher in advanced mathematics knowledge than their in-service counterparts. Among the inservice teachers, senior teachers had scored higher in school mathematics and teaching mathematics, compared with junior teachers. Yet participants' advanced mathematics knowledge decreased as their professional rank advanced or their teaching experience increased. The number of courses taken has significantly positive correlation with school mathematics knowledge and advanced mathematics knowledge. The implications of these findings for mathematics teacher education are discussed.

본 연구에서는 과학 수업 전문성과 관련된 변인들 간의 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 외적 변인인 학습조직문화를 외생변인으로, 내적 변인인 과학 인식론적 신념, 과학 교수 효능감을 내생 변인으로 설정하고 변인들 간의 직·간접적인 효과와 구조적 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 서울과 경기 지역에서 과학을 가르치는 현직 초등교사 499명의 설문지 응답 결과를 데이터로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구에서 측정한 학습조직문화, 과학 인식론적 신념, 과학 교수 효능감 및 과학 수업 전문성과의 관계에 대한 상관을 살펴보면, 각 측정요인 간의 상관은 모두 유의한 상관계수를 보였다. 둘째, 과학 인식론적 신념과 과학 교수 효능감은 과학 수업 전문성에 직접 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 과학 인식론적 신념은 과학 교수 효능감에 직접적으로 영향을 미치며, 과학 교수 효능감을 매개하여 과학 수업 전문성에도 유의한 영향을 나타냈다. 넷째, 교사가 지각한 학습조직문화는 과학 수업 전문성에 유의한 영향을 보이지 않았으나, 과학 인식론적 신념과 과학 교수 효능감에는 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 학습조직문화, 과학 인식론적 신념, 과학 교수 효능감, 과학 수업 전문성의 구조적 관계를 규명한 연구 결과를 토대로 초등교사의 과학 수업 전문성의 효율적인 향상을 위해 교사 개인의 내적 요인과 함께 학교 조직문화의 개선에 대한 방안도 고려할 필요성이 있음을 제안하였다.

This article analyzes the state and development of multimedia technologies in the educational process. The reasons for the emergence of multimedia educational technologies are shown. The definition of the concept of "multimedia education" is given. The advantages and disadvantages of teaching using multimedia technologies are presented. The article, based on multimedia technologies, provides one of the ways to solve the problem of lack of classroom time for the presentation of all educational material in the process of teaching engineering students. The creation and application of educational videos in education is discussed, an example of teaching electrical engineering is given; the requirements for the development of video lessons, their advantages and importance in the educational process are indicated.

본 연구는 전수교육관의 대형화와 복합화 추세에 있어, 교육 외에도 방문객을 위한 차별화된 프로그램의 개발, 다양한 문화생활 지원을 위한 복합화의 방법, 그리고 지역주민들의 참여가 가능한 무형문화재 전수시설로서 공공성 증진을 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 많은 중소도시의 경우 무형문화재전수시설은 전반적으로 복합화와 공공성을 수용하기 위해서는 공간이 미비한 상태여서, 전수교육관의 활성화를 위해 개선이 더욱 절실하다. 따라서 본 연구는 전수교육관의 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위한 기초연구로, 수도권 및 광역권 등의 대도시를 제외한 지역에 3곳의 전수교육관에 대한 방문조사를 통해 사용자 관점의 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위해 건립과 운영 실태를 파악하였다. 본 연구를 토대로 전수교육관이 본래의 기능과 더불어 공공성을 갖춘 복합문화공간으로 거듭나도록 기초연구자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

In order to explore the characteristics that are more suitable for the physical and mental development of young people, enrich the existing martial arts teaching material system. Through the literature method, experimental method, questionnaire method and other research methods, the teaching comparison experiment of martial arts textbooks in primary and secondary schools was carried out, and the attitudes of martial arts courses at different ages in primary and secondary schools were analyzed. For different types of martial arts teaching materials, primary school students are more fond of them than junior high school students, and students of different ages also have different degrees of love for the four types of martial arts teaching materials, pointing out that it is necessary to carry out the reform of martial arts teaching materials as soon as possible, improve the difficulty, teach martial arts skills and knowledge in the combination of attack and defense, and reduce the trend of gymnastics; adjust and improve the periodicity, pertinence and diversity of martial arts teaching materials; mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning, cultivate students' interest in martial arts, and promote the inheritance of martial arts In the process of martial arts teaching, students' sense of identification with traditional Chinese culture is enhanced, and cultural self-confidence is enhanced.
