This paper deals with analyzing accreditation findings and the causes for the deficiencies in the review by the EAC(Engineering Accreditation Committee) of ABEEK in 2014. For this purpose Final Statements of the 266 engineering education programs reviewed by the EAC of ABEEK in 2014 were analyzed on the basis of the each criterion. However, Accreditation Criterion 8(Program Criterion) was excluded in the analysis of the causes for the deficiencies since the program-specific requirements within areas of specialization might vary with the program criteria. As results of accreditation review by the EAC of ABEEK, Deficiency findings were 81 cases which made up 3.81% of total findings, Weakness findings were 1,679 which made up 78.91% of total findings, Concern findings were 124 cases which made up 5.83% of total findings, and Satisfaction findings were 244 cases which made up 11.47% of total findings. Deficiency and Weakness findings against which the relevant program must take actions for the improvement were 82.71% in all. The findings on program accreditation are made on the basis of the Accreditation Actions Guide. Accordingly, in view of formal logic in the accreditation review, the accreditation findings should comply with the Accreditation Actions Guide consistently. In this respect, the Deficiency findings in the accreditation review can be justified. So it is useful for a program or an institution which prepares for the accreditation review to check over the causes for the Deficiency against the Accreditation Actions Guide. On the other hand changeover in the accreditation policy of the ABEEK may be necessary. If the quality of the engineering education is improved continuously through the accreditation review, accreditation fulfills its purpose. To gain this end it is important to place higher value on the 'bigger picture' than on the minor details. In other words, "holistic" evaluation of evidence should form the basis of accreditation review.

As high-rise and irregularly shaped building structures have become a trend at home and abroad, BIM technology is now being developed and accepted widely. However, the BIM data and information generated in the design phase cannot be actively reutilized in the construction stage. This is because the major interests of construction companies include working process and cost estimation, while there is not usually enough BIM data created to support these activities. In order to resolve this issue, we need to set up BIM modeling guides that make it possible to extract correct quantity take-off from BIM data. Quality checks are also necessary to ensure that the resulting BIM data is correct. This study suggests ways of securing BIM quality for correct quantity take-off, which is critical for BIM technology applied to the building construction process and its cost estimation.

Identification of reusable software components should guide user to come up with information about candidate components when a proper component is not found. Reusable software components which is able to confidential are a few risk and more effective than redesign or encode same components about each new application program. In this paper reusable processes are considered previously. Reusable model and the method for construction are analyzed for construction reusable components and reusable components which take this method are proposed. These problem will go far toward solving the design and coding of effective program.

The depth, width and alignment of fairway that are main port water facilities should be designed considering the various elements including particulars of design ships, weather and sea conditions around fairway and method of ship-handling. However not only the existing Japanese design standard for fairway and also those of other countries do not take into consideration of such kind of elements and no design standard is made by quantitative analysis. In this circumstance the new design standard (Approach Channels, A Guide for Design) depending on classified various elements and quantitative analysis was proposed in 1997 by PIANC and IAPH. But it was proved that calculated values according to this standard were unfounded and had some problems to output the discontinuous value by small difference of calculation condition because the each value fur each element was simply added. And also it is hard to apply this standard to the design of port water facilities in Japan because this [A Guide for Design] is the design standard for long channels in European port. The proposal of more reasonable Japanese standard will be expected by applying the study result of naval architecture and navigation and by the cooperation of ship operators to use fairway, naval architects to built ships and civil engineers to dredge fairway. The concept of a fairway in 'Design standard fur fairway in next generation' is defined as passage for approach channel) and traffic lane designated by light buoys as navigable water for safe navigation. In 'Design standard for fairway in next generation' depth, width and alignment are picked up among many design elements of a fairway. Design method for those elements is shown based on design ships and navigational environments. This standard shows the method of design for each dimension depending on characteristic on design ship and weather and sea condition. On the other hand, in case of existing fairway, it is possible to decide the size of ship and navigation criteria by opposite analysis.

The safety management of the emergency exit, by directly related to the $civil^{\circ}$Øs dead in the fire situation, have limited by which the fire station take the on-side and control-centered way of business processing, it is expect to the effects in which the citizen have to concern and to take part. From 2010 years in the back-ground, it is operated nationally the report and reward system on an illegal behavior of the emergency exit, it is happened to the unfit operating situation in the mission and direction of the system up which the exit paparazzi act with intent to receive the reward payments. The study suggests solution through analyzing the illegal emergency exit operation result of sixteen counties and the Seoul metropolitan from year 2010 to 2011. Firstly, the report destination is adjusted to the multiple use establishments and the large-scale multiple use facilities over the limit level is limited under five times the report events of the same people in the minor endorsement. And the fine incomes should be invested to the disaster prevention acting related with the exit. Secondly, for upgrade of the report accuracy, a reporter is received the possible information for the confirmation of an illegal act, has become to lead the pre-monitoring act which the reporter is can to take the safety education and to guide the information about season and vulnerable business location. Finally, considering the support way about the encounter facility, the fire officer is not happen to occur the repetitive report in the same place, is related to the volunteer service system the report acts, consider as the volunteer service time, and must support them to act as the disaster prevention volunteer.

The change from people's work-centered values to their leisure-centered values leads into the change in their life styles. In the circumstance, people's participation into sports activities seems to be an important means to improve their quality of life. Along with the change of the times, more people take part in water leisure sports including kayak. As a result, people's needs for various designs of water leisure goods are on the rise. In this sense, it is necessary to come up with strategies to actively respond to such a change. In this paper, we proposed a user decision-making support system for designing kayaks for leisure. Based on the previous studies and literatures and a questionnaire survey with consumers, it chose the sensitivity related to design. By conducting factor analysis and evaluation, it drew sensitivity and proposed kayak design layouts in the aspect of customer sensitivity preference. It is expected that the result of this study will be used not only for kayak design, but as a design guide for the equipment of water leisure sports, and will be applied for user-friendly design.

Due to Korean government's reduction policy of the level of local administration, the government tries to become smaller and more efficient organization and in accordance with this movement, they try to transfer the human power and work of the office of Eup, Myeon, Dong to the office of Si, Goon, Goo so that they can take administrative action quickly, increase the efficiency of administration by preventing the overlapping of administrative task, improve the administrative service toward the citizens and make a functional shift of Inhabitant Self-Government Center in a way that is aimed at improving the quality of life of the inhabitants by setting up cultural, welfare facilities and forming the local community. Hereupon I expect this study will help to show the ways of composing the space of community center, accommodating the various demands of inhabitants through appropriate area calculation of functional area, increasing the efficiency of government officers' administrative support and also will be the guide for the architectural designs of the community centers. For this purpose, I have investigated community centers of 8 Dongs out of 11 Dongs in Goon-po Si that was chosen to be operating the pilot program of the office of Eup, Myeon, Dong's functional shift and obtained excellent results. I have surveyed how the functional spaces are being used, interviewed the government officials, examined the size of the functional and required space with Building card of a plan and the analyzed results are as follows.

Difference of individual character is defined Cerebral Hemispheric Model(CHM) to develop individual intellectual abilities in this paper. Component of preferred online-game is surveyed in accordance with individual character, and investigated for possible applications. An individual is classified with 2 modes of CHM that take charge of intellectual abilities; abilities is character, taste, personality decision-making and behavior patterns; that is closely related to creativity. Difference of game component could be investigated with correlation table of cerebral preference patterns (CPP) that was drawn up with survey. Individual brain preferences (IBP) became clear through preference of individual in the investigation, and suggested concept guide-line to develop other brain preferences. Thus, this study is able to realize from education game to a great variety of contents that base on the development of thinking-faculties as optimization of user preference, can be the basic data of self-development, to improve intellectual faculties as development of individual thinking preference.

National parks, which are preserved areas of $6,726.298km^2$($3,972.589km^2$ on land and $2,753.709km^2$, at sea), take up 6.71% of the national territory, and they are classified by type into 17 mountain parks, 4 maritime or coastal parks, and 1 historical site park. Of them all, the maritime or coastal national parks, which are preserved areas covering wide tracts of maritime, lately attract increasing numbers of visitors. In this light, this study identifies the issues with the maritime or coastal national parks such as the changes in the number of visitors and the unbalance involved in the budget execution, based on the visitors to the national parks and the specifics of budget executed for them. On this basis, the study has conducted the research with a view to suggesting improvements for more useful management and operation of the maritime or coastal national parks. As a result, the study has reached the following conclusions. First, to accommodate those who want to visit the maritime or coastal national parks, the tour infrastructure needs to be expanded to guide the visitors' use of the facilities by focusing on their touring behavior and characteristics. Second, budget should be acquired through diversifying revenue structure to eliminate hugely unbalanced budget. Third, visitors nowadays come to national parks for recreational experience or to tour nature, but the maritime or coastal national parks focus on cultural facilities. To accommodate the visitors' needs, the parks should get diversified visitor facilities that reflect the regional characteristics.

In comics, panels serve a variety of dramatic purposes, including controlling the flow of the story through the size, placement, and order of panels; directing the eye to where characters or specific actions take place; expressing the passage or sequence of time; and using backgrounds, lighting, and color to emphasize emotion and convey mood. When applied to VR animation, these comic panels can give users a more immersive experience of the cartoon world in the VR space. In the VR animation "Mescaformhill: Missing Five," produced in 2022, the comic panels directing is very important to guide the viewer's attention, and in the VR space, the camera angle can be freely changed to realize various visual effects, and the physical interaction brings the comic panels directing to life. This can open up new ways of storytelling in VR animation and contribute to its successful expansion into new mediums.
