The structural and electrical properties of microcrystalline silicon films were investigated by hot wire chemical vapor deposition(HWCVD) often called catalytic chemical vapor deposition(Cat-CVD). The Si microcrystalline phase is easily controlled by changing the rate of the silane concentration of $SiH_4$ to $H_2$ during deposition. The Structural property was observed by Raman and SEM. Photo-conductivity and dark conductivity, and photo-sensitivity were observed by Sunsimulator (AM 1.5 illumination). The film color was changed by the variation of silane concentration. HWCVD is useful for the formation of Si thin films for solar cell and needs further commercialized development for mass production.

This paper considers the problem of routing connections in a optical multi tree networks using WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing), where each connection between a pair of nodes in the network is assigned a path through the network and a wavelength on that path, so that connections whose paths share a common link in the network are assigned different wavelengths. The problem of optimal coloring of the paths on the optical multi-networks is NP-hard[1], but if that is the coloring of all paths, then there exists efficient polynomial time algorithm. In this paper, using a "divide & conquer" method, we give efficient algorithm to assign wavelengths to all the paths of a tree network based on the theory of [7]. Here, our time complexity is 0(n4log n).

To address complex solutions to tack1e the cost rise with the increasing of the prices of crude oil, and to lower warming gas discharge in agricultural sector in line with the framework Convention on Climate Change, we need to net only develop the methods of simply reducing energy use ratio, but also effectively energize resources discharged in the course of agricultural production aimed at enabling repealed farming, and develop systems to reinvest such energy into agricultural production and apply them to actual farming. To that end, specifically, we need to reduce the energy cost in agricultural production, and produce and harness bio gas that makes it possible to stabilize the continued supply of energy. Thus, in this research, we seek to discuss energy use volume and warming gas discharge, and the characteristics of bio gas and its use methods alike, in agricultural sector, and thus present methods for environment-friendly and continual development in agriculture.

회전익 항공기의 연료탱크는 피탄으로 인해 연료 누유시 발생할 수 있는 화염으로부터 기체와 승무원의 생존성을 높이기 위하여 연료누설을 차단하는 자기밀폐 기능이 필수적으로 요구된다. 자기밀폐 기능은 내부에 적층된 자기밀폐 소재가 누설되는 연료와 화학반응을 일으켜 급속히 팽창됨으로써 피탄부를 막아, 연료누설을 차단하는 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 미군사규격(MIL-DTL-27422D) 기준으로 국내에서 제작 및 수행한 회전익 항공기의 연료탱크 자기밀폐 성능시험 평가 결과를 제시한다.

In this paper a prototype of Requirement Tracking and Verification System(RTVS) for a Distributed Control System was implemented and tested. The RTVS is a software design and verification tool. The main functions required by the RTVS are managing, tracking and verification of the software requirements listed in the documentation of the DCS. The analysis of DCS software design procedures and inter(aces with documents were performed to define the user of the RTVS, and the design requirements for RTVS were developed.

The purpose of this article is to introduce a useful methodology of effective goal-setting for the team-level units. As a way to overcome some common symptoms in terms of Strategic Performance Evaluation System such as lack of knowledge on goal-setting, disconnection of process, problem of judging the degree of difficulty about objectives, limits of staff departments evaluation, fairness and authority of evaluators, weakness in coaching technique, and quantity or figure-oriented evaluation, to name a few, and to seek a more plausible goal-setting methodology, the author suggests a persuasive goal-setting concept: VAR(Value-Added Results). VAR, as the end-results, is the team contributions that add value to the organization, and it results from the team's activities. In addition to these goal-setting technique based on the concept of value-added results, several aspects should be improved for Strategic Performance Evaluation System to be implemented more effectively. They are: 1) shift from MBO to MP & D(Managing Performance & Development), 2) impartial exercise of evaluation authority as a organizational public assets, 3) reinforcement of maternal leadership and servantship instead of paternal leadership, 4) utilization of IT-based evaluation system.

Because the rain gauges of tipping bucket type can easily use the digital signal, the rain gauges are widely used for the meteorological observation. In general, the resolution of rain gauges of tipping bucket type can be categorized by the 0.1mm, 0.5mm, and 1.0mm classes. But, the error of the tipping bucket rain gauges is made by the intensity of rainfalls and is expected to make the standard calibration method for error measurement. Thus, we developed the hardware of standard calibration facility for rain gauges by weighting measurement method and proposed the standard procedure by rainfall intensity in this study Also, we calculated the uncertainty for the rainfall intensity and obtained useful result through the proposed calibration method.

A colony counting on a petri-dish is a laborious task in microbiology fields that automated counting systems are needed. But lots of such systems are high price that majorities of labs rely on the manual counting and it is a time consuming and laborious job. In this study, an attempt was made to select the relative atmospheric correction method for the water quality factors extraction from the satellite image data. And also, the time-series analysis of the water quality factors was performed by using the multi-temporal image data. The result shows that the proposed method can be commercialized with low prices.

TProduction's adaptation manufactured construction component is enlarged the result of development in the various construction products and technology. But the pre-fabricated unit bathrooms are not used in spite of many advantages which occupies less than 10% of its market share. This study is for the alternative methods through the on-the-spot experiments to lessen resonance of the wall panel in the Unit bathroom. The results are summarized as follows. Unit bathroom was effective in suitableness part noise control performance when attach sound-absorbing materials. But noises control performance was not better than the general used bathroom. When Urethane (egg container pattern) was applied in the unit bathroom, unit bathroom can be expected for utilization in the construction market field.
