Through this process, the framework could get better capability to persuade relativity of this study by showing relevant example. Through the purpose, the uniqueness of this study were like following; First, it referred a word 'relationship' clearly and exposed it to a systematic framework. Second, it referred space characteristics and aesthetics characteristics of Korean traditional architecture synthetically comparing with that other literatures referred the characteristics partially focused on their interests. Third, many literatures showed the characteristics partially by some case examples and photos but, it showed a complete case example and appropriate photos to endow persuasive power for understanding the framework.

Systematic and continuous training in communication is also highly recommended.
By examining variables affecting university student's perceptions of marriage, this study aimed to better understand how to promote positive perceptions of marriage among university students. The study sample consisted of 488 university students and their parents in Incheon and Gyeonggi, Korea. For data analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed. First, results showed that individual growth, emotional stability, and overall perceptions of marriage varied by gender. And results showed that individual growth, institutional necessity, and overall perceptions of marriage varied by grade. Second, higher levels of perceptions of marriage among university students were significantly correlated with greater university student's identity, better parent's marital relationship. Third, the personal relations was most influential variable on university student's perceptions of marriage, followed by the parent's conflict and authority the mother's duties, followed by the target orientating, gender and grade. Overall, results suggest that parent's marital relationship is important for promotion of positive perceptions of marriage among university students. Human resource is considered as an important resource that enables organizations to achieve competitive advantage. As such, it is important to have engaged employees to drive the strategic objectives of the organization. The study focuses on variables that can promote employee engagement. Work-life balance and employee engagement have received attention in both academia and practice. Engaged employees are crucial in the achievement of the strategic objectives of organizations. Besides, the role of religious orientation in life and work has been gaining attention from management scholars. The paper attempts to fill the research gap by developing a conceptual model and propositions for empirical testing. Specifically, the study proposes that work-life balance is expected to act as a mediator in the relationship between religiosity and employee engagement. Furthermore, religiosity is included as a moderator since religious belief can strengthen the positive relationship between work-life balance and employee engagement. A systematic literature review was carried out. A framework and propositions for future studies have been developed. The proposed framework provides direction for scholars to empirically test the indirect relationship between work-life balance, religiosity and employee engagement. Empirical testing of the framework could provide insights into how work-life balance and religiosity promote employee engagement.

The ecological expression of art in modern society takes the harmonious developmental relationship between man and nature as an element and combines it with the various manifestations of painting as an expression of ecological artistic development. The necessary relationship for the harmonious development of nature is accurately articulated, and the ecological changes in people are expressed in integrated materials that inspire human reflection. In the pursuit of material pleasures, mankind is neglectful and indifferent to the environment. The development of composite painting in art and ecology is a process that more reveres the harmony between man and nature as well as satisfying the creative value of the work. After systematic evaluation and research, people have engaged in various structural forms of composite art painting development in the long history of art development, focusing on the integration of environmental and ecological culture. In the process of nature education going through development, the comprehensive practical development of nature education is enhanced and efforts are made to feel new ecological art ideas and new ways of valuing environmental protection. In this paper, an observational study of eco-art will be carried out, starting from the theory of hierarchical division and analyzing the contradictory relationship between man and nature. Recognize nature, understand it and feel it through eco-art painting. The analysis of the contradictory relationship between man and nature is combined with the identification of various types of information that give value to the environmental protection public, and the combination of ecological painting and nature art to achieve an upgrade of the environmental protection idea of the value of painting.
In this study, we establish technology classification system for twelve material and component(MC) areas to sup-port systematic information services for MCT-20l0 which is supported by Korean government. We propose some design principles for MC technology classification system. The principles are suggested by considering of the characteristics of MC classification, regarding with scope, originality, hierarchy, relationship between technology classification and product classification, duplication and complex structure, use of information system, and life cycle of the classification system.
In this study, dynamic optimal design far a two degree-of-freedom anthropomorphic robot module is performed. Several dynamic design indices associated with the inertia matrix and the inertia power array are introduced. Analysis for the relationship between the dynamic parameters and the design indices shows that trade-offs exist between the isotropy and the dynamic design indices related to the actuator size. A composite design index is employed to deal with multi-criteria based design with different weighting factors, in a systematic manner. We demonstrate the fact that dynamic optimization is another significant step to enhance the system performances, followed by kinematic optimization.
This paper aims to define country risk, review previous literature, and provide future direction for further research. Country risk is found to be analyzed in various ways in export, foreign direct investment and international finance, and thus analysis of the risk needs an integrated perspective and individual one as well. Systematic analysis, in particular, concentrating on relationship and structure within several risk is required in order to understand the country risk academically and to manage it practically.
