The purpose of this thesis is to study recognition and attitude between teachers and students about school environmental education. The data for this study were collected by administering interviews with seven hundred sixty three teachers and one thousand six hundred fifty six students, and make comparison between these teachers and students recognition and attitude for the environmental education by use of research are as follows. The conclusion of this research are as follows. First, In the study of teachers and students recognition and attitudes about environmental education, though they are interested in it, they lack in knowledge and ability to solve real environmental problems. Also, environmental education tends to be dealt with indifferently and formally because of the burden of entrance examination and lack of material concerned. Second, the recognition and attitude of the teacher-student group about the school environmental education have meaningful difference in each region. The suggestions for the improvement of the environmental education based on these conclusions are as follows. First, the more efficient methods and materials of the school environmental education must be developed in order that students may understand the complex property of the environment and at the same time have the ability to improve the environmental quality. Second, the cooperating system of environmental education including the teacher- student- student's parents' should be established in order to develop the recognition and attitudes for the environment. And also for teachers group to get the more professional leadership about environmental education, government' support is needed.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of nurse's incivility experienced by nursing students and coping against incivility on burnout in clinical practice. Methods: A cross-sectional correlation study design was used. The subjects were 120 nursing student from four universities in Busan and Yangsan, South Korea. A self-report questionnaire was used to collect data on incivility, coping, and burnout. Finally total 117 nursing students' data was analyzed except 3 nursing students who had never experienced nurse's incivility for clinical practice. Data analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, independent t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression. Results: 97.5% of subjects (n=120) experienced incivility. Incivility was positively correlated with seeking social support coping, avoiding focused coping and burnout. Incivility and avoiding focused coping had a significant positive effect on burnout. The explained variance for burnout was 10.0% and avoiding focused coping was the most significant factor in burnout. Conclusion: Most of nursing students experience the nurses' incivility. Judging incivility as a difficult problem to solve, students use more avoiding focused coping strategy and burnout is increased. Therefore education is needed to improve the coping strategies at incivility. Additionally colleges and hospitals should establish the formal reporting system to handle the incivility.

The 'Good School Uniform' development project was conducted in consultation with Gyeonggi-do and the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education. The aim is to find various ways to supply school uniforms reflecting the latest trends at low prices using high-quality textile materials produced in Gyeonggi-do. From 2015, when the 'Good School Uniform' development project started, to the present, various events and fairs are making great progress. However, there are several problems in actually wearing each middle and high school student. In order to satisfy the characteristics of each school and the satisfaction of parents and students together, it is necessary to not only conduct practical research such as closer customer satisfaction surveys, industry-academia-research networks, expert interviews, and surveys, but also several supplements such as consultations between practitioners. There are many domestic studies on the development of school uniform design, but the research on the revitalization plan according to the free school uniform support is very insufficient. Moreover, it is not easy to find recent studies on the development of 'Good School Uniforms'. This study intends to study how to build a system so that the Gyeonggi-do 'Good School Uniform' development project can be used as a role model. In addition, it is expected that this study will be used as basic data for building a nationwide system such as public brand development and collaboration with small domestic companies.

Class Management Support System is applied that are realized information possibly in Web according to class management's work. we will incite more the Internet use resource is made ability to use in learning and stimulated their hobbies and specialities. That can be resulted fully the support role of usual calss management escape from time and space restriction. So we adapted this system when we leaded students participated themselves actively about student's activity, prospected the chance which is accomplished higher advanced education.

This study aims to analyze the differences in major satisfaction among college students by gender and university type(public, private), and what are the college education service factors that affect major satisfaction. Using data from the Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey, a total of 1,220 students' data were analyzed using SPSS 23, and descriptive statistics, t-test, and multiple regression analysis were performed. As a result of the study, first, there was no significant difference in major satisfaction by gender or university type. Second, it was found that the service factors of university education had a significant influence on major satisfaction in the order of curriculum, educational content, student support system, and faculty and educational facilities had no significant effect on major satisfaction. Through this, in order to increase major satisfaction of college students, which is the competitiveness of the university, it is necessary to reorganize the curriculum and educational contents to improvement the quality of education and develop competence based on the needs of society and students.

The importance of e-Learning, which supports to study anywhere and anytime, has been pointed out for improving education. There have been various research papers on e-Learning system for educations. Most of literatures have focused on guiding the student or measuring understanding their level etc. Design method of e-Learning system has not been discussed based on structure and analysis of the class. In this paper, scheme of the class is proposed by analyzing and structuring class, then design method of e-Learning system is discussed based on it.

The attention to higher education of individuals with disabilities has been increased. But, there is no concern for successful university life of students with visual impairment. The purpose of this study is to propose systematic learning-support systems for enhancing the rights of college students with visual impairment in accessing and using library materials. To accomplish the purpose of this study, the current states of alternative material system for those with visual impairment and use behavior of college students with visual impairment in Korea were analyzed. This study concluded with the following strategies for constructing the systematic support system for the alternative materials for college students with visual impairment: 1) improvement of The National Library for Individuals with Disabilities' function; 2) empowerment of service center for student with disabilities in University through strengthening network; 3) technical and systematic improvement for copyright protection.

Objective : Depression is a significant and growing problem among college students. Depression contributes to numerous academic, social, and health problems, including suicide. This study surveyed depression awareness and the need for establishing a depression support program through Kyunghee University. Methods : We used the Kyunghee University Mail delivery system for college students to conduct this survey on depression and depression. Results : All of the students who responded to the survey, 41.86% reported that they had experienced depression. Among students experiencing depression, 27.27% experienced suicidal ideation, and 56.56% said they wanted to receive mental health counseling or treatment. All the respondents, 47.04% of respondents said they would to go to the external medical center, not school's internal counseling center of school, for such treatment. All the respondents, 73.75% said the student depression/suicide problem was serious. In addition, 71.34% of respondents required a depression support program. Conclusion : The university's depression support program needs to improve its accessibility by developing content focused on the early detection of, and improved awareness of, depression.

Shipbome Automatic Identification System (AIS) will be an important manne equipment used for identification, surveillance and communication in the 21st century, which is currently being researched in developed countries. A technical scheme of AlS is proposed in this paper. The main component of the AlS is a broadcast transponder, and the core technology is a VHF radio data link with high capacity, named STDMA (Self-organized Time Division Multiple Access). The ships installed the AlS, which will automatically and periodically broadcast their positions and identities in the marine VHF channels, can be displayed on a screen of an ECDIS on board or in VTS centers. The AlS is able to support not only broadcast service but also point-to-point communication service. This paper presents the configuration, operation principle and functionality of the AlS as well as the scenario of STDMA. In addition, the standardization work of AlS in IMO is introduced in this pauer, too.

Characteristics of the motivation and performance of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) adoption in university organization are explored through case studies in this study. Generally, the modules for production, sales, and logistics management in a manufacturing company are substituted with new modules for student support, lecture operations, and research management in ERP for university organization. The motivation of ERP adoption is closely related to the purpose of improvement of business process operations and information system control rather than the environmental factors such as inter-organizational competition or increase of market uncertainty, differentially from enterprises cases. In addition, the financial performance such as cost reduction, labor substitution, and increase of productivity is relatively lower evaluated than the performance on organizational aspects or information system control.
