Objectives : A precedent research has documented that indoor air pollution is closely associated with increased the risk of symptom and decreased in job satisfaction. This study was conducted in an effort to assess the relationship of indoor air quality to self-perceived symptom and satisfied with working environment. Methods : This research is based on self-filling survey which 393 dental hygienists who work in seoul and Jeon-nam area participated on October 2010 through January 2011. This survey was compared and analyzed about the level of satisfaction and subjective symptom by the indoor air quality that dental office's working environment. Results : The result of satisfaction degree of hospital working environment was pretty low about office air. Most people mentioned that they were sore and dull all over the back, shoulder, and neck. Also, they were drowsy and exhausted in work place. Conclusions : In conclusion, it is need to improve their quality of life and mental health by developing proper air conditioning system and using one in their work place.

Authors investigated whether there is a lateral effect of $^1$H MRS observable metabolite ratios between the symptomatic and the nonsymptomatic side in the early stage of Parkinson's disease with unilateral symptom. Localized in vivo $^1$H MR spectroscopy (MRS) was used to measure the metabolite levels in the symptomatic and the nonsymptomatic sides of the lentiform nucleus in Parkinson"s disease with unilateral symptom (N=25). The metabolite ratios of NAA/Cr and Cho/Cr in the symptomatic side were compared with those in the nonsymptomatic side. Significant metabolic lateral effect of NAA/(Cho+Cr) ratio was established between the symptomatic and the nonsymptomatic side of lentiform nucleus in Parkinson's disease with unilateral symptom (p<0.05). The ratio of NAA/(Cho+Cr) homolateral to the sympatomatic side of the patient is also lower than that of the control (P<0.05). On the basis of NAA/Cr ratios of lentiform nucleus between the symptomatic and the nonsymptomatic side, the present $^1$H MRS study shows a significant neuronal laterality in Parkinson's disease with unilateral symptom. In vivo $^1$H MRS may provide a diagnostic marker for neuronal dysfunction in Parkinson's disease with unilateral symptom.

It is estimated that 60-80% of menstruating women experience some degree of premenstrual symptom. but there is no accurate treatment guide line about P.M.S. patient who has vomiting. The purpose of this study is to report the effect of oriental treatments for the P.M.S. with vomiting symptom. A 16 years old women, who suffered from vomiting relation with P.M.S., was enrolled in this study. she received oriental treatments such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, cupping therapy for 5 months. The patient was improved in P.M.S. with vomiting symptom. As the result of this study, We found that The patient of P.M.S. with vomiting symptom would be treated in oriental medicine.

This study examined the relationship between spouse satisfaction and depressive symptom among the middle-aged and elderly couples, using dataset of the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing(KLoSA). The subjects were 6,652 persons aged 45 and over who were living with their spouse. A multiple regression model was used to study an association between spouse satisfaction and depressive symptom, controlling for socio-economic characteristics, health status and behavior, and social support. Also, this paper run three subgroup regression models based on age of subjects (45~54, 55~64, 65 and over), controlling for confounding variables. Authors found that there was negative relationship between spouse satisfaction and depressive symptom (b=-0.022, p<0.0001). This negative relationship was also shown in three subgroup regression models. This study suggested the importance of spouse support for promoting mental health among the middle-aged and elderly couples.

Purpose. The purpose of the project is to provide basic data to help middle aged women manage their health by identifying their relationships with Climacteric and depression patients and studying ways to properly overcome the changes in the Climacteric Methods. After distributing the questionnaire to women who were approved for middle-aged women in one region from April 14, 2017 to May 1, 2017 a total of 138 sections were collected and 130 copies were used as research and analysis data, excluding eight inappropriate ones Results. The average score for Climacteric was 1.53 out of 2 points on average for Climateric symptoms, and depression was 10.74 out of 60 points. There were three analysis of Climacteric symptoms: physical symptoms, mental symptoms, and sexuality, and a large number of symptoms were reported as physical symptoms with 1.56 points Conclusions. A program of measures to reduce depression in middle-aged women requires active social attention and support to alleviate menopausal symptoms, and further research is needed to determine the relationship between these concerns and support for depression.

본 논문에서는 가정에서 많이 기르는 반려견을 바탕으로 반려견 질병에 대한 전문적인 수의학 지식이 부족한 일반인들을 대상으로 자신의 반련견의 건강 상태를 파악할 수 있는 진단 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 진단 시스템은 50가지 질병과 각 질병의 증상을 데이터베이스에 구축하여 입력된 증상을 통해서 반려견의 질병을 도출한다. 각 질병 데이터베이스에는 질병에 해당하는 증상 코드들을 가지고 있으며, 이러한 질병에 대한 데이터베이스를 이용하여 군집화 기법인 FCM 클러스터링 기법을 적용하여 질병을 클러스터링하고 그 결과 값인 소속도를 바탕으로 입력된 증상과 가까운 질병들을 도출하여 반려견의 진단 결과를 제공한다. 제안된 반려견 진단의 구현 결과에서는 선택한 증상들의 개수와 선택된 증상들이 포함된 질병들의 가능성 값을 구하여 내림차순으로 정렬하여 반려견의 증상과 가장 가까운 질병 상위 3가지를 도출하였다.

Objectives The aim of this study is to report the improvement in Taeeumin's dryness-heat symptom of a 54-year-old man diagnosed with type-II diabetes mellitus after treated by herbal medicine. Methods The Taeeumin patient took Yuldahansotang-gamibang for 9 months to manage Taeeumin's dryness-heat symptom. We examined the changes of Body Mass Index(BMI), Fating Blood Sugar(FBS), Hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c), and ketouria. Results Type-II diabetes mellitus symptoms in the patient with Taeeumin's dryness-heat symptom were thirst, fatigue, and increased body weight. All numerical levels for blood sugar, HbA1c, and ketouria were reduced after taking Yuldahansotang-gamibang. Conclusions The treatment of the patient with Taeeumin's dryness-heat symptom and type-II diabetes mellitus with Yuldahansotang-gamibang was efficient, and further research is needed to prove the effect of Yuldahansotang-gamibang for treating such patients.

Objectives: This study aimed to examine the relationship between COVID-19-related depressive symptoms and oral health among Korean adolescents. Methods: Data from the 17th Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey were used and analyzed by the chi-squared test, and multiple logistic regression analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0. The final study population comprised 54,835 individuals. Results: The rates of toothache, gingival bleeding, tooth fracture, and tooth sensitivity were 21.2, 19.1, 8.7, and 30.6%, respectively. The rates of equal, increased, and decreased COVID-19-related depressive symptoms were 53.4, 36.9, and 9.7%, respectively. The rates of toothache, gingival bleeding, and tooth sensitivity were significantly higher (49.0, 48.3, and 46.3%, respectively) in the increased depressive symptom group than that in the decreased depressive symptom group (7.7, 8.1, and 7.7%, respectively). After adjusting for gender, school grade, school record, household economic status, tooth brushing frequency, smoking habit, and alcohol consumption, the risks of toothache, gingival bleeding, and tooth sensitivity in the increased depressive symptom group were symptom group were 1.64 (95% CI: 1.51-1.78), 1.55 (95% CI: 1.43-1.68), and 1.77 (95% CI: 1.65-1.89), respectively. Conclusions: There was a significant increase in oral symptoms in the group with increased depressive symptoms.

1. Object: The primary purpose of this case study is to report that a Tae-Yin-In patients with sweaty scrotum and dysuria was treated with 'Chung sim youn ja tang' and then his symptom decreased 2. Subject: A male obese patient with sweaty scrotum and dysuria that visit Kirin oriental hospital to be treated for obesity 3. Method: The patient was to have a very low calory diet and to exercise for an hour daily and to take a Herb-medicine, 'Chung sim youn ja tang'. Change of his subjective symptom, sweaty scrotum and dysuria, was measured by VAS(Visual Analog Scale) 4. Result: A Tae-Yin-In patients with sweaty scrotum and dysuria was treated with 'Chung sim youn ja tang' and Change of his subjective symptom, sweaty scrotum and dysuria, was measured by VAS(Visual Analog Scale) then his symptom decreased. 5. Conclusion: 'Chung sim youn ja tang' may have an effect on Treatment of sweaty scrotum and dysuria. Further study is needed how to conclud 'disease pattern of constitution' accroding with co-symptom.

This paper describes a neural-network-based methodology for providing a potential solution in the area of process fault diagnosis. The existing neural network for fault diagnosis learn fault node by using pairs of single-symptom-single-cause only. But in real plants, the effect of a fault propagates continuously from it's origin; different sensor values reflect this. In this paper, we suggest a new method which can handle the effect of symptom propagation. The proposed method can find the exact origin of the fault of which the symptom is propagated continuously with time.
