Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the intrinsic strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities for success and threats of Korean health care industry when planning strategies to enter Chinese health care market. Methods: To suggest directions for planning the strategies, a SWOT(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis was used in combination with an AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) in this study. A total of twenty SWOT factors and the relative weight of SWOT groups were examined through a survey on the respondents who have work experiences in the area of entering Chinese market. Results: "Geographical proximity between Korea and China" was recognized as a key strength. "Absence of success case in medical service industry" was selected as a critical weakness. "Increase in demand for advanced medical services in China" was identified as an important opportunity. "Difficulty in establishing Korea-China partnership" was considered as a major threat. The respondents prioritized weaknesses, followed by threats, opportunities, and strengths when conducting strategic planning to enter Chinese health care market. Conclusions: Improving local hospital management plan as well as specializing in certain health care services may be necessary.

본 연구는 전략기획의 관점에서 국내외적 환경요인에 대한 SWOT분석과 델파이조사를 통해 한국 건설기계산업의 현 위상과 당면과제를 살펴보고 전략적 쟁점을 도출하고자 한다. 이와 함께 SWOT분석 등을 통해 도출된 전략적 쟁점을 해결하기 위한 건설기계산업의 발전적인 정책대안을 제시함으로써 한국 건설기계산업의 국제경쟁력 제고와 안정적인 성장을 유지하고자 한다.

빅데이터 활용에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라, 건설산업에서도 빅데이터와 관련한 다양한 연구개발이 이루어지고 있다. 건설산업의 다양한 분야 중 견적업무는 빅데이터의 활용성이 높은 분야로 인식되고 있다. 견적업무에서 빅데이터를 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는, 기업의 내외부 현황을 다면적으로 이해하고 이에 적합한 활용전략을 수립하는 것이 필요할 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 CM사 견적업무에서의 빅데이터 활용현황을 조사하고, SWOT기법을 활용하여 CM사 견적업무에서 빅데이터를 활용하기 위한 전략 방향을 개발하고 제시하는데 있다. 문헌조사, 설문조사, 인터뷰 조사 및 SWOT분석을 바탕으로 CM사는 기업의 높은 수용 문화와 정보 자원을 적극 활용하고, 부족한 빅데이터 실무기반과 인적자원을 보강하는 전략이 필요한 것으로 제안하였다.

부산항은 세계 6위의 컨테이너 항만이자 국내 1위의 수출입 항만이다. 급변하는 대외 환경과 심화되는 글로벌 항만 간 경쟁으로 부산항 경쟁력의 유지 및 향상이 쉽지 않다. 부산항은 국가 산업적으로 매우 중요한 산업 인프라임에도 최근 부산항 발전전략을 다룬 연구는 경쟁요인의 일부분만을 다루거나, 전략들에 대한 우선순위 제시가 부족했다. 본 연구는 선행연구와 전문가 검토를 통해 부산항 경쟁력 평가요인에 대한 SWOT 매트릭스를 도출하고, 이를 기반으로 계층분석구조 모형을 구성하였다. 다음으로 산학연관 전문가를 대상으로 SWOT·AHP 설문지를 배포, 분석하여 부산항의 발전에 중요한 경쟁력 요인들에 대한 우선순위를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 부산항 발전방향에 대한 S/O, S/T, W/O, W/T 전략방향 및 과제를 제시하였다. 본 연구가 국가의 부산항 운영과 발전전략 수립에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대해본다.

Product liability (PL), which began enforcement in 2002, refers to the legal responsibility of the manufacturers or sellers (wholesales or retailers) for the property damage or bodily harm caused by their product. With a strong enforcement of the Product Liability (PL) Act, companies are required to structure and operate a response system to defend or prevent product accidents efficiently, but small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are unable to respond more aggressively due to limitation of management resources. In this manner, it is important to develop response strategies for SMEs to efficiently cope with the PL Act. In this paper, the PEST (Political, Economic, Social, and Technological) analysis is performed to reveal the impact of the PL Act on SMEs in macro-economic point of view. To formulate SME's PL response strategy, SWOT analysis is performed to categorize each factors from PEST analysis and AHP is applied to identify the intensities of SWOT factors. The prioritized SWOT factor, results of PEST-SWOT-AHP analysis, are used to formulate SME's PL response strategies. The study results are briefly summarized as follows. To reduce product defects, it is necessary for SMEs to formulate PL response strategies for each phase of the product life cycle by continuously collecting and analyzing PL cases in the same industry or for similar products. In addition, SMEs should invest more technological effort to ensure product safety. Further, SMEs should spread PL awareness to all staff members by training internal PL experts. Moreover, a SME should enroll in PL insurance and spread this information to its customers so that they become aware that the company is proactively conforming to the PL law.

포괄안보의 개념이 적용되는 제4차 산업혁명시대의 전개로 인해서 가장 괄목할만한 정보통신기술(ICT)은 인공지능(AI)으로 추정된다. 따라서 인공지능(AI)을 기반으로 하는 국가위기관리정책발전을 위한 요인이 무엇인지를 탐색하고 발전 전략을 수립하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해서 한국 정부의 내부역량을 SPRO 분석하여 강점과 약점을 도출하고, 외부환경을 PEST 분석하여 기회와 위협 요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 다양한 요인들은 SWOT 분석을 하여 정보통신기술(ICT)과 안보 및 재난 분야에서 오랜 기간 재직 중인 전문가들의 자문을 받아 SWOT 요인을 도출하였다. 이 요인들을 중점으로 제4차 산업혁명시대에서 한국 정부의 국가위기관리정책 발전을 위한 전략을 수립하였다.

한국섬유산업은 위기에 직면하고 있으며, 해외진출이 증가하고 있다. 한국 섬유산업이 세 번째로 많이 진출하고 있는 인도네시아는 세계4위 인구라는 거대내수시장과 낮은 임금으로 생산직인력채용이 용이하여 외국인 직접투자가 섬유분야에서 가장 활발히 진행되고 있으며 이중 한국의 직접투자액이 5위이다. 인도네시아 진출 한국 섬유원단업체의 발전 전략을 수립하기 위하여 먼저, 문헌연구를 통하여 국내외 섬유업체의 SWOT 대표 요인들을 도출하였고, 인도네시아에 진출한 한국 섬유산업 중, 원단생산업체 내 전문가들을 대상으로 FGI방식을 통해 2차 SWOT 대표요인들을 도출하였다. AHP 분석기법에 따라, SWOT 대표요인들로 계층모형을 만들고, 설문을 실시하여 의사결정요인들의 최종가중치와 우선순위를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 인도네시아에 기존에 진출한 기업과 향후 진출을 목표로 하고 있는 기업에게 도움이 될 수 있는 경영전략을 제시하고자 한다.

This study shows that the SWOT is efficient to select a factor which is valuable as worth consideration when a decision making is necessary. Such processing of information is able to present the policy for the development of bio-industry in northern area of Kyonggi province, and create the pragmatic value and effect in carrying out the policy. The object of this study is to survey present conditions, to analyze the development of bio-industry in northern area of Kyonggi province by the decision making method of the SWOT model, to suggest a plan for the prospect of continued development field and the location of industry, and to extract fundamental data for establishment of annual action and investment plan which can develop bio-industry.

최근 4차 산업시대 도래, 정보통신기술(ICT)의 발전, 코로나19의 여파로 전 세계적으로 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 중요성과 산업의 전망이 높아지고 있다. 한국에서도 디지털헬스케어관련 정책들이 지속적으로 발표되고 있으나 아직까지 많은 중소기업과 스타트업 기업들이 연구 인력, 인프라, 자금 부족 등으로 새로운 정책을 따라가기 어려운 실정에 놓여 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 문헌 연구를 통해 디지털 헬스케어 관련 세계 및 국내 변화요인을 파악하고, SWOT분석을 실시하여 국내 중소기업을 위한 경영전략을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 중소기업이 산업 경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 전략적 대응 및 우선순위 수립 시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
