Purpose: Research on supply chain sustainability is important for exporters When the factor of sustainable development is considered by the businesses as well as governments of all countries. Research on supply chain sustainability is important for exporters. Sustainable supply chain management and supply chain dynamics will help enterprises adapt to changes in the business environment. This study analyzes the impact of sustainable supply chain management, and supply chain dynamic capabilities on the sustainable development of exporting enterprises in Vietnam. Research design, data, and methodology: The research model and survey are designed based on previous studies after surveying export enterprises. With 185 samples collected from export enterprises. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique is used. Data analysis is performed on SPSS and AMOS software (Reliability test, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, SEM). Results: Sustainable supply chain management and supply chain dynamic capabilities all have positive effects on the sustainable development of businesses (sustainable development is measured by distribution: measuring economic efficiency, social efficiency, and environmental performance). Conclusions: From the results of this study, the authors also made several recommendations to help export enterprises develop sustainability based on sustainable supply chain management and supply chain dynamic capabilities.

본 연구는 지속가능경영을 위한 중소기업의 주요 요인 중 환경적 지속가능성과 혁신지향성 그리고 통합활동을 중심으로 지속가능성 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석하고 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 연구수행을 위해 국내 제조 중소기업의 부서장급 이상 임원과 대표로 전문 리서치회사를 통하여 획득한 366부를 최종분석에 사용하였으며, SmartPLS 3.0과 SPSS 25를 활용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과 환경적 지속가능성이 사회적통합과 기술통합에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 혁신지향성이 사회적통합과 기술통합에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 또한, 사회적통합과 기술통합 요인이 중소기업의 지속가능성 성과에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 확인하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이론적 시사점과 실무적 시사점 및 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과를 참조하면 제조 중소기업들이 지속가능성 성과를 달성하기 위한 혁신지향성, 사회적통합 및 기술통합 관련 전략을 수립하는데 도움을 받을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose - As globalization progresses, complexity also increases, and various factors that threaten port functions are emerging. Accordingly, the demand for port security to prevent the crisis and resilience that quickly recovers its original function after the crisis is also increasing in port operations. However, few studies have examined how to ensure the port security and how the resilience affects operation performance of port and sustainability performance as well. So the study aims to find out how port security affects port resilience and port operational performance, and consequently, this two factors affect socioeconomic and environmental sustainability performance respectively and synthetically. Design/methodology - Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was first performed to determine the validity of the factors of model and hypothesis test was performed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analyze the Port Performance Model, which show the perception logic among port security level, port resilience, operation performance, and sustainability performance. In order to empirically analyze this model, total 264 respondents from port security operators, shipping companies in South Korea were surveyed. Findings - As result of SEM, First, port security level positively affected the resilience (H1) and cargo operational performance (H2) but not in both of the sustainability performances (H3, H4). Second, resilience positively affected only cargo operational performance (H5) and socio-economic sustainability performance (H7). Last, cargo operation performance positively affects the both of sustainability performances (H8, H9). Originality/value - It was confirmed that port security could improve cargo operational performance through ensuring port resilience and eventually increase the socio-economic sustainability. Therefore the study implies that careful integration and management of port security, port resilience, and sustainability are required, along with compromise on sustainable development goals in the social, economic, and environmental area among all stakeholders.

지속가능성에 대한 논의는 주로 세 분야, 생태, 경제, 환경 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 이 세 분야만이 아니라 '문화적 차원'도 고려되어야 한다는 논의 역시 만만치 않게 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 먼저 독일어권을 중심으로 '지속가능성의 문화적 차원'이 어떠한 과정을 거쳐, 어떻게 전개되고 있는지를 살펴본다. 또한 그 논의는 문화정책, 문화예술경영으로도 수렴되고 있는데, 그 구체적인 내용이 무엇인지 제시할 것이다. 지속가능성 논의에서 애초 '문화'는 다른 세 분야를 발전시키는 데 도움을 주는 도구적 역할로 인식되었다. 그러나 2000년 이후 독일어권에서는 점차 '문화'를 생태, 경제, 사회와 동등한 차원에 두어야 한다는 주장이 제기되기 시작하였다. 지속가능한 발전을 위해서는 기술적, 환경 정책적 측면과 함께 문화적인 것이 고려되어야 한다는 것이다. 이러한 논의 과정을 바탕으로 본 연구는 스타머의 문화정책적 요구에 대해 살펴 본 후, 클라인의 문화정책, 문화예술경영에서의 지속가능성을 살펴본다. 전자는 '지속가능한 문화'와 관련하여 전통을 중요시한다면, 후자는 칼로비츠의 지속가능성 이해에 입각하여 '문화적 지속가능성'에 초점을 두고 있고, 그것은 바로 '수요자 중심이고 관객개발'로 요약된다.

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Sustainability has become one of the top priorities in the foodservice industry. With an increase in consumer interest in sustainability and educational opportunities in higher education, it is important to know what sustainable practices are implemented in campus dining and how sustainable practices affect consumers' responses. This study aims to identify the key sustainable practices in the campus dining context, and investigate the relationship by applying the stimulus-organism-response framework to determine whether the key sustainable practices influence consumers' perception and behavioral intentions. SUBJECTS/METHODS: The self-administered online survey was distributed to college students in 8 dining halls at a large southeastern university in the United States from September 20-October 10, 2019. A total of 382 valid questionnaires were collected, and factor analysis and multiple regressions were utilized to test the research model. RESULTS: This study identified 4 dimensions of campus sustainability with a total of sustainable practices: sustainable food, waste management, energy/water conservation, and recycling/reuse. Three dimensions of sustainable campus practices (i.e., sustainable food, waste management, recycling/reuse) played a significant role in consumers forming a perceived value while energy/water conservation did not significantly influence the consumers' perceived value toward the campus dining. Waste management was identified as the most important practice to enhance consumers' perceived value (β = 0.330). Using sustainable food and recycling/reuse were ranked second and third, respectively (β = 0.262, β = 0.154). The findings confirmed the significant positive relationship between perceived value and revisit intentions. CONCLUSIONS: The findings support the inclusion of dining sustainability as a critical component in explaining college students' perceived value and revisit intention toward campus dining. Furthermore, this study provides practical implications for university administrators and foodservice operators to consider the key sustainable practices to meet the consumers' value and revisit intentions.

주택문제, 도심 오픈 스페이스의 감소, 난개발, 교통체증, 도심쇠퇴와 같은 문제점을 겪고 있는 현대도시의 지속가능성을 논의함에 있어서 도시성장관리는 지방자치정부의 차원에서 중요한 이슈중의 하나이다. 이러한 지속가능성을 가능케 하는 실천전략으로 본 연구에서는 스마트성장의 개념을 살펴보았다. 또한 도시의 지속가능성에 가장 큰 걸림돌 중의 하나는 지속가능한 전략을 일관성 있게 추진할 수 있는 선순환 구조가 결여된 자치단체의 내부구조상의 문제점을 들 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 지역혁신시스템(RIS)에 기반하여 각종 도시성장관리 전략에 있어서 지속적인 선순환 구조를 가능케 할 수 있는 지방정부조직의 개념적 모형을 제시하였다.

코로나 19 사태로 인하여 자영업자 몰락과 일자리 감소 등 사회적, 경제적 양극화 현상이 사회문제화 되고 있는 바, 다양한 사업 분야에서 취약계층에 대한 사회서비스 제공 및 일자리 창출이라는 사회적기업의 역할은 매우 중요하다 할 것이다. 사회적기업은 경제적 가치 창출과 사회적 가치 창출이라는 하이브리드 특성으로 인하여 지속가능성에 어려움을 호소하고 있다. 지속가능성을 위하여 사회적기업의 사업분야와 매칭되는 전문인력 지원이 절실히 요구 되지만 부족한 예산으로 전문인력 지원은 매우 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 전문인력의 전문분야가 사회적기업의 지속가능성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대하여 사회적기업 특성을 매개로 연구한바, 전문인력은 기업의 주사업분야 확장과 지속가능성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과에 근거하여 사회적기업 재정지원사업의 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

The impact of a new stadium on the urban context and regional development is significant. Especially where several new stadiums are built for single mega events like the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games or the Soccer World Cup the impact is even higher. Objective of this paper is to identify and analyze the key drivers for sustainable integration of stadiums within the existing context. The level of sustainability is analyzed based on four different categories: urban, social, environmental and economics. Particular focus is on the project management strategy for implementation of the key drivers during pre-design, design and execution. In conclusion key elements of the project management strategy for sustainable integration of a stadium within the urban, environmental, social and economic context are summarized.

Climate change influences multiple environmental aspects, certain of which are specifically related to agricultural water resources such as water supply, water management, droughts and floods. Understanding the impact of climate change on reservoirs in relation to the passage of time is an important component of water resource management for stable water supply maintenance. Changes on rainfall and hydrologic patterns due to climate change can increases the occurrence of reservoir water shortage and affect the future availability of agricultural water resources. It is a main concern for sustainable development in agricultural water resources management to evaluate adaptation capability of water supply under the future climate conditions. The purpose of this study is to predict the sustainability of agricultural water demand and supply under future climate change by applying an irrigation vulnerability assessment model to investigate evidence of climate change occurrences at a local scale with respect to potential water supply capacity and irrigation water requirement. Thus, it is a recommended practice in the development of water supply management strategies on reservoir operation under climate change.

Purpose - The purpose of this development the business model of the healthcare sector in order to promote patents satisfaction towards medical sector services improvement for the medical business model innovation to possess a competitive advantage in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Research design, data, and methodology - Safety standard protocol from existing multidisciplinary literature is a process of theorization, which uses grounded theory methodology rather than a description of the data and the targeted phenomenon by using Jabareen (2009). The first task is to map the spectrum of food safety literature regarding the phenomenon in safety management. This process includes developing the implementation factors and other sources such as existing business models and practices into the protocol design. Results - The study suggests the conceptual framework to improve the safety management for patients' environmental sustainability performance. Conclusion - The business model may support the beneficial aspect to healthcare government's policymakers, hospital employees, and medical specialist who can apply the practical perspective of its value regarding an educational protocol. Originality/value - This study contributes to and extends our understanding of environmental sustainability performance, identifying the rationale for safety standards performance in the healthcare industry with suggested hybrid safety standards market consumer interconnector.
