Objectives: This study investigated outpatient health care satisfaction and influential factors using data from the "2018 Health Care Experience Survey". Methods: Data on 6,705 participants in the Health Care Experience Survey were statistically examined using a t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Results: First, the level of satisfaction among outpatients was generally positive, and satisfaction among older people was high. Second, the significant factors of outpatient overall satisfaction were gender, consultation time, waiting time, reason for choosing institution, satisfaction with doctors, nurses, institutions, and the therapeutic result. Third, influential factors of intention to recommend were education, institution type, reason for choosing institution, satisfaction with doctors, nurses, institutions, and the therapeutic result. Conclusions: In order to improve the overall satisfaction of outpatients, the treatment method should be improved. For example, the doctor should devote more time for and engage in sufficient conversation with the patient, the nurse should be polite, and patients should be given easy-to-understand explanations.

The purposes of this study were to identify factors of institution-level 6-month quit rates and job satisfaction of counselors in smoking cessation clinics of community health centers. The study was a mixed-method study including descriptive study and secondary data analysis and the data collection period was April 3, 2020, to October 31, 2020. Data were collected using a self-report survey with counselor representatives in 267 smoking cessation clinics in the nation. Part of the data regarding institutional and community characteristics was obtained from the national database. Most survey respondents were middle-aged 42.4±9.2 years old women (96%). The institutional level of 6-month quit rates was 35.3±0.1%, and the job satisfaction of survey respondents was 7.4±1.7/10 on average. Work competency was the only statistically significant contributor of both institution-level 6 month quit rate (aOR=3.57, 95% CI=1.65, 7.74, p=.001) and job satisfaction of counselors (aOR=4.64, 95% CI=2.01 10.74, p<.001). More studies are needed on the work competency of smoking cessation counselors and the development of interventions to improve their competency.

The purpose of this study is to contribute to the improvement of indoor air quality management in dental clinic by investigating the level of indoor air quality recognition among dental clinic workers. The questionnaire survey was conducted for about 4 weeks from May 20 to June 20, 2018 in dental clinics located in Jeollanamdo area and 143 were used as the analysis data. The method of indoor air quality management in dental clinic was preferred to "natural ventilation" method and the number of natural ventilation was 1 to 2 times per day and the results of survey on indoor environment satisfaction showed that satisfaction level was lowest in noise and smell items. The types of subjective symptoms experienced by workers working at dental clinics are "cough", "eye burn", and "headache" and a survey on the degree of the relationship between subjective symptoms and indoor air quality showed that 94.4% (135) of respondents answered "very relevant" and "slightly related". As a result of multiple regression analysis, the variables affecting the indoor air quality satisfaction of the dental clinic staff were analyzed as the items such as lighting, noise, main work, number of patients, comparing indoor and outdoor air quality and among them, "comparing indoor and outdoor air quality" was analyzed as having a great influence. To improve the indoor air quality satisfaction of dental clinic worker adequate ventilation, designate the person responsible for the indoor air quality management and periodic measurement efforts will be necessary.
The purpose of this study is to approving the usefulness on Customer Satisfaction of Human Bridge. To achieve this purpose, we conduct a survey of 385 Customer to have a new operation analysis that so-called Human Bridge. The results of this study as follow. First of all, It's appeared that dependence on mass communication has a high level Because that Some 66% of the people surveyed say that they have Human Bridge operation by mass communication. Secondly, In case of satisfaction level connected with operation, some 66% of the respondents say that it is inconvenient or not at all in the Human Bridge operation and some 81% of the respondents say that it is very healthy or the same in the gum condition. On the other hand, Some 64% of the people surveyed say that it is inconvenient or extra comfortable in the masticate their's food well. Thirdly, In case of the level of teeth shaking, Some 90% of the people surveyed say that it is no change or small to contrast beginning, and in aesthetic satisfaction after operation, a surprising 93% of the people surveyed say that it is satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to analyze layout characteristics of community facilities for children in apartment housing, to survey parents, who can understand their children best, in regard to the features of using community facilities for children and their satisfaction level, and eventually to provide basic materials for planning future community facilities for children. For this research, seven apartment housing with over 500 households in Dongtan New City were selected as trial apartment housing. The findings of this research are as follows. First, the findings of the survey of the community facilities for children in the apartment housing showed that the facilities could be categorized into playgrounds, playrooms, libraries, and kindergartens/child care centers. Second, according to the survey, the layout types of community facilities for children showed to have various types such as a central type, a concentration type, a balanced distribution type, a near-entrance type, and a combination type. As for their elevation types, they showed to have a stand-alone type, an aboveground type, and an underground type. Third, As a result of the survey on the usage of the community facilities for children by category, most respondents indicated they were using playgrounds and libraries. On the contrary, the users of indoor playrooms and kindergartens/child care centers were concentrated among infants and kindergarteners, and thus the use rate appeared to be low. Fourth, the satisfaction levels of using community facilities for children appeared to be high in general. Particularly, the satisfaction level for kindergarten/child care centers appeared to be higher than those of other facilities. On the contrary, the satisfaction level of libraries appeared to be low.
Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationships between interest, interaction level, presence, which are the characteristics of metaverse, learning immersion, and learning satisfaction, which are learning factors. Design/methodology/approach A questionnaire survey technique was used to achieve the purpose of the study. A questionnaire survey was conducted from November 22 to December 5, 2021, with students with experience in non-face-to-face classes using Gather Town and a total of 114 copies of the questionnaire excluding those with insincere answers were used for empirical analysis. SPSS Win ver.23.0 was used for basic statistical analysis, and AMOS 22.0 was used for the establishment and analysis of a structural equation model. Findings According to the study findings, interest and interaction levels had effects on learning immersion and learning presence, self-efficacy on learning presence, and learning immersion and learning presence on learning satisfaction. This study is meaningful in that it conducted an empirical study to find variables for improving learning immersion by conducting classes based on metaverse. Based on the findings of this study, it was found that interest and interaction, which are the biggest characteristics of metaverse, sustain learning participation and immersion and increase presence thereby enhancing learning satisfaction so that the possibilities of metaverse as a next generation education platform passing the limit of existing real time video platforms can be peeped.
Turnover is an important topic in the labor market, and recently, while various generations work together, it is difficult to manage the organization due to friction between generations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating role of workplace satisfaction in the relationship between personal-level variables (future prospects, life satisfaction) and job-level variables (major-job level, job satisfaction) by generation on intention to leave. To this end, the 22nd Korea Labor Panel Survey was used to select related variables, and the mediating effect was analyzed using SPSS. The main results are as follows. First, it was found that workplace satisfaction plays a complete mediating role in the relationship where individual-level variables affect turnover intention. Second, it was found that workplace satisfaction plays a partial mediating role in the relationship where job-level variables affect turnover intention. Third, in Generation Z, unlike other generations, only the variable of workplace satisfaction at the job level had a significant effect on intention to leave, and workplace satisfaction was found to play a partial mediating role.
Purpose In this paper, among the four information vulnerable groups(disabled, elderly, low-income, farmers and fishermen), the mediating effect of digital device usage attitudes in the effect of digital information utilization level of farmers and fishermen with a large digital information gap with the general public on life satisfaction was verified. Design/methodology/approach This study summarizes existing research related to the digital information gap between farmers and fishermen, and the empirical analysis is based on hierarchical regression analysis based on the 2022 Digital Information Gap Report (survey data on 2,200 farmers and fishermen) published by the Korea Intelligence Information Society Promotion Agency. Among the four major information vulnerable groups (the disabled, the elderly, low-income groups, and farmers and fishermen), attitudes toward using digital devices were examined in terms of the impact of the level of digital information use on life satisfaction among farmers and fishermen, who have a relatively large digital information gap with the general public. It was verified as a mediating effect. Findings As a result of the empirical analysis, attitudes toward the use of digital devices were found to play a mediating role in the impact of the level of digital information use on life satisfaction.
The Purpose of this study is to provide the basic data necessary for the high level of nursing service and the efficiency plan of nurse's man power by analyzing job satisfaction level of public health services. The study population included all public health services(118) in health care center within Jeon Buk province. A Survey was conducted to collect data by a self-administered questionnaire from September I to December B, 1990. A Forty item questionnaire was designed to elicit data concerning how nurses feel about the factors of job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to verify the role of moderating effect of pay system on the relation between organizational justice and employee's pay level satisfaction. By default, it would be a justice find out a positive impact on pay levels satisfaction members feel. It will examine the mediating effect of the wage system the main purpose of this study is to prove their relationship. A survey was conducted to examine the role of moderating effect of pay system on the responses of 218 employees. sex, education, status, and service type were chosen as control variable, and the regression model which treated the distributive justice and procedural justice as independent variable was set. A pay system was supposed as moderating variable of the relation between organizational justice and pay level satisfaction, In addition the pay system have a dummy variable (if pay system is lower than the average, pay system is 0, else pay system is 1). The result showed that the relation of organizational justice and pay level satisfaction are significantly unique. This means that pay system moderates the relation of organizational justice and pay level satisfaction. These results are different from the prior researches which had treated pay system as mediative variable of organizational justice and pay level satisfaction. This difference may be from the property of attitude variable. For example, pay satisfaction is individual-based attitude. Moreover, organizational committment has the instrumentality for future reward, while pay satisfaction does not. The future study should consider the properties of these variables and other employee's attitude variables.
