While Korean traditional culture considers it necessary that children support their parents, a new trend of silver support is expanding by the recent social change, the increase of women's working, and the reluctance to support the old people. However, the number of silver welfare facilities in Korea is short for the demand with limited selections of them. Based on the situation, the following results of the study what kind of policies Korea service for the old people in the USA where early stepped into the aging society: 1. provide specific and proper social-supporting service and facilities with charge or free for the old people to be able to select one of them, according to economic, physical and psychological situation of the old people; rather to prepare service and facilities for all the old people. 2. increasing community service support for the home-staying old people 3. the development of support program for the family of the old 4. the improvement of housing environment for the home-staying senior 5. prepare the housing alternatives for the senior would be home-like environment.

본 연구는 근접상황 선박충돌회피지원시스템 개발을 위한 기초연구로써, 근거리 조우상황에서 항해사의 부적절한 조선으로 발생하는 선박충돌사고를 감소시키기 위한 선박충돌회피지원모델을 제시한다. 이 모델은 선박의 다양한 조우상황을 비교하고, 자선의 선회특성을 이용하여 상대선박의 침로, 속도 유지에 대한 충돌회피 가능영역과 방법을 나타냄으로써 근접상황에서도 신속한 피항동작 검토 및 결정을 가능케 하며 효과적인 충돌회피 조선을 지원할 것이다.

Our country's fur clothing industry has rapidly grown for a short time since it started with simple needlework of fur pieces, and now it is still developing as export industry that some enterprises besides general business firm export more than ten million dollars a year. However, it is true that fur clothing industry is still in unsatisfactory level in its size and system, compared with manufacturing or leather industry. Of course, we import crude material and processed fur on an entire base, and we have few wild fur on an entire base, and we have few wild fur animals because of our natural condition and it is hard to breed them. On the other hand, the world's fur industry shows that the demand of fur clothes is increasing as fur animal breeding is improved and developed and supply has become rather abundant with the help of fur clothing fashion since late 19th century : Also, there is a trend that some developed countries depend on importing rather than self-prodoction because of the character-istic of labor-concetntraled fur industry. Accordingly, considering this situation, we can expect fur clothing industry as promising export industry by analyzing the present situation of our country's fur clothing industry and suggesting its problems and solutions, and here are developing plans for growing fur clothing industry as promising export industry. First, smoothing delivery of crude material. Second, making high quality products and diversifying goods. Third, establishing effective competition system in fur clothing industry. Fourth, raising skilled man power. Lastly, there should be coopetation among the related fields in the aspect of policy including the support from the government.

Based on an online experiment, this research examined how uncivil expressions made by participants from the same political partisan group (in-group) influenced the emotional and behavioral intentions of other in-group members, especially when the incivility was supported by social recommendations such as "recommendations." As predicted, results showed that a higher level of vicarious shame was felt when participants perceived higher levels of incivility. However, no significant effects of social recommendations were found regarding levels of vicarious shame. That is, the level of shame was not significantly different between participants who were exposed to an in-group uncivil comment that received recommendations and participants who were exposed to in-group uncivil comment without recommendations. Findings further found two types of coping strategies -situation-reparation and situation-avoidance - among participants exposed to in-group uncivil comments. Yet no significant effects were found regarding coping strategies in response to the presence of social recommendations. Participants' feelings of shame were positively correlated with both types of coping strategies, supporting findings of previous studies. Implications of this study are further discussed.

Even though there is an increasing recognition that "the disability comes from the ambient environment" and the increasing number of the disabled population, the housing environment for disabled people has not improved, though, having the existing inconvenient housing situation as it was before. Accordingly, have studied on the current situation of domestic housing adaptation projects to find out their problems and limits. Also studied on foreign housing support systems find out the operation system and organization factors which can be utilized when the housing adaptation support system is introduced. As this study has focused on the systematic support such as operation system in housing adaptation but not handled on the physical solutions such as the standard and method of housing adaptation, it has some limits as far as the comprehensive support system is concerned.

The US-led and European partners supporting liberal international order has dwindled. A number of research has been conducted to explore reasons, starting point, the possibility of resurrection, and even the future scenarios of the international order. This is particularly important for the EU, in that the EU was built for a world that is peaceful, multilateral and driven by compromise inseparable from the liberal international order. The current situation of the crisis in the international order is also important to emerging powers notably China and Russia which seek for a new order best suitable for their own interests. In this sense, this paper explains the significance of the liberal international order to the EU, the necessity of salvaging an order or creating a new order, and important variables - elections held in 2024 across the EU, in the European Parliament, and the US, Russia's invasion of Ukraine, trans-atlantic partnership and EU-China relations - which possibly affect the EU to establish a new European order. In fact, the EU is unlikely to take the lead in forming a new international order. Nonetheless, the first task the EU should do is to acknowledge the crisis situation at present and to make a decision of the EU's position and role regarding saved, reformed or newly shaped order.

지역신문이 처한 복합적 위기 상황에 대해 지역신문발전지원특별법에 의한 공적 지원이 시행되었다. 이 법안의 제정 목적은 지역신문의 발전기반을 조성하는 것에 그치지 않고 궁극적으로 여론 다양성을 보장하여 민주주의를 실현함에 있다. 이 연구에서는 공공재로서의 성격을 가지는 지역신문에 투입된 공적 지원이 제도적 평가와 함께 지역민, 즉 수용자의 여론 다양성 보장에 영향을 미치고 있는지, 또 이러한 공적 지원으로 인해 지역신문의 공익적 가치가 증대되고 있는지 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 지역신문의 정기구독자 중 시민단체의 모니터 활동 참여자를 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행했다. 지난 3년 동안의 기금 지원에 대한 효과는 기사를 통한 지면의 개선이 가장 컸고 신문사 사원들과 독자들에게서도 인식의 변화가 있었다는 것이다. 기사의 다양성도 증가되었으나 취재비지원에 대해서는 긍정적 평가와 부정적 평가가 공존했고, 대체로 장기적 효과에 대해서는 회의적이었다. 결국 지역의 신문 수용자는 지역신문이 질적인 개선과 함께 여론 다양성 보장을 위해 기금 지원은 필요하나 수용자적 입장에서의 여론 다양성을 보장하는가에 대한 평가를 고려하고 기금 지원의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 방안이 마련돼야 한다는 입장이라 할 수 있다. 지역신문법에 대한 수용자 관점의 평가를 알아보는 것은 매우 중요한 의미를 지니는데, 한국사회에서 언론의 역할, 특히 지역 언론의 역할과 기능에 대한 책임을 지역 수용자가 요구할 수 있다는 것은 민주주의를 성장시킬 수 있는 동력이 되기 때문이다.

This paper aims to identify the characteristics and the current situation of the architectural characteristics, children's characters using facilities, and status of management and utilization by surveying 'Day Service for Children' in Tokyo-do. First, About the status of management and utilization, 'Day Service for Children' is operated by a local government, NPO corporate group and social welfare corporate. There are not big differences of the care program or running hours depending on operating principals but there are differences depending on staff organization, number of children and space constitution. Also, infants ratio at 'Day Service for Children' is high for the purpose of detecting disability early and supporting their development early. They have diverse disabilities but developmental disabilities' ratios high and most children are using both this facility and normal nursery centers together. Samples for proper child care based on status of space constitutions were installing lock, raising door knobs and using softer floor materials which are for children's safety. For the problem of space utilization, most comments were about lack of space which is not enough for teaching and training materials. Therefore, as an example, observation rooms for parents and teachers were sometimes used as storages and it changes teachers' moving direction, staying area and behavior zone. The programs of 'Day Service for Children' are divided to group teaching and private one. It will be the best if they have separate spaces such as group class room, private class room and play room. When they were operated by NPO corporate group or Social welfare corporate, there are many cases that their space was not properly zoned for each activity.

지능로봇(Intelligent Robot)은 주변환경을 감지하는 센서로부터 실시간 정보를 수집하고 지능적인 기능을 수행한다. 지능로봇의 자가 재구성(Self-Reconfiguration) 능력은 외부 환경의 변화에 대응하기 위해 기능을 재구성하고, 오류가 발생하였을 때 중지 없이 스스로 회복할 수 있는 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 ESB(Enterprise Service Bus)를 사용한 지능로봇의 에이전트 기반 자가 재구성 프레임워크를 제안한다. 본 논문의 프궤임워크는 멀티에이전트 시스템을 이용한 서비스 지향 애플리케이션의 동적인 발견과 자가 재구성에 초점을 맞춘다. 지능로봇이 예외적인 상황을 만났을 때, 지능로봇은 외부의 서비스 저장소로부터 새로운 서비스를 다운로드 후 실행시켜 상황을 해결한다. 에이전트 기술은 로봇들이 상호작용하기 위한 지능적인 접근법을 제공하고, ESB는 분산된 서비스 또는 지식을 활용하고 조직하기 위한 방법을 제공한다. 또한 본 연구의 유효성을 보여주기 위해 프로토타입을 구현하였다.

본 연구는 당직항해사의 해상상황 인식개선을 위해 시각적 항해보조 장비를 개발하고 그 성능시험 결과를 분석하였다. 개발된 장비는 영상신호를 발생하는 복합영상센서, 거리를 탐지하는 레이저 거리측정부, 팬틸트부, 중앙제어장치부로 구성된다. 개발된 장비의 Pan/ Tilt 내부에 고성능 영상 센서와 레이져 거리 측정기를 장착하고 있다. 실선 실험을 위하여 선박에 개발된 장치를 설치하고 연안 항해중 위해 요소를 관측하여 나타난 화상을 분석함으로써 그 해상상황 인식 개선성능을 평가하였다. 그 결과로 쌍안경에 비교하여 보다 더 명료한 물표의 인식과 해상상황을 포착할 수 있었다.
