Although assisted reproductive technology is very useful to develop novel and therapeutic biomaterials for reproduction, research on molecular mechanism of folliculogenesis in pig is not clear. Therefore, the alteration of gene expression during follicular development in pigs was examined in this study. The expression of folliculogenesis-related genes was quantified in preantral ($250{\sim}300{\mu}m$) and antral (> $300{\mu}m$ in diameter) follicles, and overall gene expression was evaluated by a genome-wide microarray. The microarray results showed that 219 genes were differentially expressed, and of those, 10 and 22 known genes showed higher and less expression at the preantral stage than at antral stages, respectively. Among them, the expression of NR0B1, PPARG, GATA4, and ANXA2 genes related to folliculogenesis was validated by quantitative real-time PCR analysis. The expression of PPARG and GATA4 genes were increased at antral stages, but a significantly stage-specific increase (p<0.05) was only detected in annexin A2 (ANXA2) in antral-stage follicles. The expression of NR0B1 genes was increased at preantral stage and these patterns of gene expression were comparable to the results obtained by microarray analysis. We propose that the systematical regulation of genes supporting specific follicle stage should be employed for improved in-vitro folliculognesis.

정부의 중소기업 지원 및 재지원을 위한 최적의 기업평가모형은 존재하지 않는다. 다만 여러 모형에서 활용되고 있는 평가 변수 즉, 관리 요소에 대한 의견과 대안이 검토되고 있으며, 이들 평가요소들은 기업의 입장에서는 중요하게 관리하여야 할 변수로 자리매김할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 경영혁신형 중소기업인증모형, 기술혁신형 중소기업인증모형, 생산성 경영체제 인증모형, 은행연합회 중소기업신용평가모형, 공기업의 경영성과평가모형의 의의와 배경, 평가요소, 시사점등을 알아보고 이를 종합하여 정부의 재지원을 위한 신생기업의 성과평가모형을 개발하고자 한다.

The outer race of the constant velocity(CV) joint is an important load-supporting automotive part, which transmits torque between the transmission and the wheel. The outer race is difficult to forge, because its shape is very complex and the required dimensional tolerances are very stringent. Therefore, the internet based shape inspection system is developed in this study to provide quick and accurate data through the easy control from users. Proposed system uses mechanical displacement sensors to measure the shape of CV joint that has six inner ball grooves, and commercially available Lab-View program is used to process measured data into the dimensional shape. Developed program provides a simple user interface that enables users real-time access of data measured from industrial production lines. Furthermore, it can exchange measured data via the internet between users and forging system operators. A java applet helped the system connection via internet. A data, IP access, is transmitted to the packet by TCP/IP. Our proposed system has many advantages over current measuring systems including fast and efficient data processing by real-time control, and system flexibility.

본 연구는 테크놀로지 활용 지원체계의 확대, 교사의 지식과 신념, 교사교육 프로그램의 분석 틀의 문헌연구를 기초로 국내 수학교육과의 관련 교육의 현황과 현안, 발전 방향을 탐색하였다. 강좌개설 및 운영 자료는 설문조사와 강의계획서로 수집한 결과 강의는 수업의 향상을 목적으로 하며 전체 학과의 1/3에 수학교육관련 ICT 강의가 개설되지 않았다. 테크놀로지 통합 예비 중등수학교사교육을 위하여 국가적으로 교육과정의 방향과 세부내용의 부조화, 소프트웨어와 교과서 등 지원 부족 문제 해결을 통한 교육현장 개선과 교사교육의 포괄적, 세부적 방향설정이 중요하며 무엇보다도 테크놀로지 활용 관련 비전의 공유가 필요하다.

최근 에이전트를 교육에 활용하려는 연구와 노력이 시도되고 있다. 에이전트는 컴퓨터가 사용자를 대신하여 주어진 일을 수행하는 대행자(proxy)나 중개자(middle ware) 역할을 하는 컴퓨터 프로그램을 통칭하는 개념이다. 근래에 다양한 장르에서 에이전트가 활용되고 있으며 교수 학습 분야 역시 그러한 것 중에 하나에 해당된다. 웹 상에서 교사의 역할을 대신할 수 있는 프로그램이나 엔진의 개념이 교수 학습을 지원하는 웹 에이전트이다. 웹 상에서 에이전트는 교사의 역할을 수행할 뿐만 아니라 학습자를 도와 주는 도우미 역할을 수행한다. 웹 에이전트가 적용된 웹 기반 교수 학습 환경은 학습자나 교사에게 적응적이고 개별화된 환경을 제공한다.

Tyrosinase (TYR) plays a critical role in cellular melanogenesis and, thus, has been the major target of pharmacological approaches for the control of skin pigmentation. This study examined an alternative molecular approach using TYR-small interfering RNA (siRNA) to control melanogenesis in the human melanocytes. Both the mRNA and protein levels of TYR were significantly lowered by TYR-siRNA treatment, whereas TYR-related protein 1 and TYR-related protein 2 displayed no such changes. TYR-siRNA treatment inhibited the cellular melanin synthesis from the externally supplied TYR substrate L-tyrosine. TYR-siRNA also suppressed melanin synthesis and decreased the viability of cells exposed to ultraviolet radiation, supporting a critical role of melanin in protection against ultraviolet radiation. These results suggest that molecular approaches using siRNA targeted to the enzymes of melanogenic pathway may provide a novel strategy for the control of cell pigmentation.

Under the establishment and operating regulations of school presented only minimum standard for the founding of the school. Therefore, It is intended to suggest the reasonable space standard of the school facility, through comparison & analysis of facility standard in each city and provincial education office. Especially, The facilities standard of Chungcheongbuk-do Office Of Education has been exceeded standardization of architectural space which is proposed the Ministry of Education, and they has made the various learning space reflected creative ideas by designing all of the new school competition since 2000. In order to deal with reacting the changing method of studying like as the examples of Middle & High school in Chungcheongbuk-do, they need to set aside the enough required area for a head of students and the common space which is more than 40% in the total area according to the various learning space, securing the supporting facilities, and break & movement of the students. Moreover, Each of the city and provincial education offices are needed to establish the standardization of proper area for space organization of the planned school throughout upcoming competition.

In the modern society where information system based on the computer in organization have been developed over again. A decision support system is one of the most popular topics. The computer have been discussed in relation to management strategy between enterprisers and researchers so far, but the accumulation of data resource and communication foundation have not been attended in actuality. The organic connection between business and information technique have been less progressed than our expectation. At this point of time. such a technical restrution getting removed, We have closed a gap between management strategy and computer. Now we are taking a growing interest in computer use for supporting proceedings decision, a lot of strategic marketing decision is wifely used in such a case, and the technical development is comming to advanced. In this study, I Investigate such a new tendency as strategic program and proceedings decision system. I will especially focus my study on a strategic program and a budget control corporation, so to speak, on strategic budget management system. Concretely the purpose of this study is to investigate what functions the proceedings decision support system requires in order to deal with the problem of strategic level and to practically establish the system with the use of DSS GENERATOR/ARISTOTLE in my laboratory.

The lack of systematic validation for the design process supporting tall buildings motivated the authors' research groups and their collaborators to found the Chicago Full-Scale Monitoring Program over a decade ago. This project has allowed the sustained in-situ observation of a collection of tall buildings now spanning worldwide. This paper overviews this program and the lessons learned in the process, ranging from appropriate technologies for response measurements to the factors influencing accurate prediction of dynamic properties all the way to how these properties then influence the prediction of response using wind tunnel testing and whether this response does indeed correlate with in-situ observations. Through this paper, these wide ranging subjects are addressed in a manner that demonstrates the importance of continued promotion and expansion of full-scale monitoring efforts and the ways in which these programs can provide true value-added to building owners and managers.

Needs for underground space development and utilization have been increasing in urban area. The conventional strutting method in excavation is effective to restrain the ground movements and displacements of earth structures but inefficient for workers because of small working space. The conventional earth reinforcement methods such as earth-anchor and soil-nailing also have limitation to apply in urban area due to threats to stability of adjacent buildings around excavation boundaries. Recently, many types of earth retaining structures are being developed to overcome disadvantages of conventional excavation methods in urban area. In this study, a series of numerical analyses were performed with MIDAS GTS, geotechnical analysis program and MIDAS Civil, structural analysis design program to evaluate behavior and stability of the new type of non-supporting earth retaining structure, called Temporary Tower System (TTS), consisting of tower truss structures with much economical and spatial advantage.
