This study helps infant teachers practice a constructivism-based teacher education program that supports infant mathematical inquiry activities and examines improvements in mathematical teaching knowledge, mathematical teaching initiatives, mathematical interaction, constructivism belief and mathematical teaching efficacy. Twenty two experiment group infant teachers and twenty two comparison group infant teachers were chosen at two workforce educare centers. The experiment group infant teachers participated in 18 sessions of a constructivism teacher training program for 8 weeks, but the comparison group infant teachers did not take part in the program. Pretest and post-tests were implemented for the mathematical teaching knowledge, mathematical teaching initiatives, mathematical interactions, constructivism belief and mathematical teaching efficacy in the experiment group. Independent sample t-test and ANCOVA were tested using Windows SPSS statistics 21.0. The homogeneity test for the experiment and comparison group revealed significant differences. ANCOVA was carried out after the pretest score was controlled as a co-variance. Significant differences were indicated in mathematical teaching knowledge, mathematical teaching initiative, mathematical interaction, constructivism belief and mathematical teaching efficacy. The results indicated that a constructivism-based teacher education program to support infant mathematical inquiry activities influenced improvements in mathematical teaching knowledge, mathematical teaching initiative, mathematical interaction, constructivism belief and mathematical teaching efficacy. This study proved the effects of the program based on constructivism theory content for the knowledge, skills and attitude about infant teaching of mathematical initiatives and practiced a program of exploration, investigation, application and assessment for infant teachers. The results can help infant teachers teach mathematical exploration activities and help activate infant mathematical exploration activities.

In the present study, we have investigated morphology and evolution of small-scale Ha dynamic features on the quiet sun by analyzing video magnetograms and high resolution Ha images simultaneously taken for 5 hours at Big Bear Solar Observatory on April 18, 1997. From comparisons between time sequential longitudinal magnetograms and H$\alpha$ images covering $150" {\times} 150"$, several small-scale H$\alpha$ dynamic features have been observed at a site of magnetic flux cancellation. A close relationship between such features and cancelling magnetic fluxes has been revealed temporarily and spatially. Our results support that material injection by chromospheric magnetic reconnect ion may be essential in supporting numerous small-scale H$\alpha$ dynamical absorption features, being in line with recent observational studies showing that material injection by chromospheric magnetic reconnect ion is essential for the formation of solar filaments.

In this paper, a method to apply the simulated annealing method to three dimensional layout design problem which has multiple constraint conditions and evaluation criteria, was suggested. A program to support three dimensional layout design was developed according to the suggested method. This program was applied to the layout design of the wireless unmaned ocean space submergible boat. The layout result was improved 19.0% for the result of layout design expert. By this, it was verified that the suggested method has validity in supporting three dimensional layout design problem.

This paper reveals the conceptual relation between High Level Radioactive Waste Repository Site(HLRWR) and Policy Acceptance of Local Residents thorough the Causal Loop Diagram. The Resident's policy acceptance depends on the perceived risk of that facility. To reduce the risks, government has to prepare the schemes of the total supporting program including cash and the local development programs.

This paper aims to analyse design conditions and propose schematic design for Galhyeon Elementary Middle School in Gwacheon. As for site conditions, it has the size of $32,000m^2$ and Hilly areas. And the area is surrounded high density housing. As a program, Education Facilities Bureau required to provide 36 classes and supporting facilities. To design the schemes, we followed the 7th education policy guidelines. During the design development stage, 3 alternatives are suggested as in the paper. However, staffs of Education Bureau and teachers favoured and selected our scheme, which gives symbolic image, as a new high school education environment.

The full extent of damage depend greatly on the quick and rational decision making by the incident commander soon after the disaster. The decision that everybody should wait by the captain, not to enter into the ship by the first dispatched incident commander, broadcasting failure have brought about a huge loss of life at Sewol cruise ship incident. Thus this study reviews the training and education system supporting the rational crisis decision making performed by the incident commander to cut off the expansion of disaster which is caused by the failure of the incident situation awareness and the decision making described above.

The purpose of this study is to seek the revitalization plans of export platform for supporting export enterprise of the domestic public services. To activate the export platform, alternatives to two aspects are required as follows. First of all, a governance plan of export platform should be established. At present, an operation entity of export platform, which is still developing stage, is not yet established. In this situation, even though export platform developed, it will faced with inefficient operation. Therefore, an operation entity and appropriate business model are important to the platform activation. second, to activate platform, it is necessary to support export process of life cycle. In particular, the service, which can support the business strategies setting and project implementation stage, is required. In addition, in order to activate the export platform is need to operate with he government's support program.

This paper presents a case study to investigate the monthly calculation method of ISO 13790 applied for a office building. The energy performance analysis according to improvement of insulation and air permeability of windows in K office buildings is investigated by means of building energy efficiency rating tool ($ECO_2-OD$). The K building energy system is tested experimently by the measurement of PMV(predicted mean vote) for the control of indoor thermal environment and heat transmission coefficient of windows and interior walls respectively, before and after the example K office building is remodeled passively. Therefore, Internet based energy assessment program of energy efficiency rating of office building can be applied as a program for the annual energy requirement and for evaluation of energy savings from the experimental and simulation results.
