Internet services are utilizing a variety of server/client technologies. In particular internet technologies provide improved accessibility to information for facility management customers and users for the systems. This study is the architectural data exchange system development more effective management and accept using on Internet web environment. This paper is the explore the use of computers in architectural planning that how the information may be extracted drawing entered into database and exchanged architectural detail data interfaces. System support communication and interactive collaboration among designers through complex Building object during the Design. There are four part in collaborative design system. User Management system, Standard Database System, Project Database System and Interface system. All Data are recognizable format include drawing file and contents. Web/DB server supported communication and collaboration among partners in the building design and construction process. Collaborative Design system is provide new conceptual framework that exist in the Web.

Recently, Broadband ISDN(B-ISDN) has received increased attention as a communication architecture which can support multimedia applications. Also, Asynchronous Transfer Mode(ATM) is considered as a promising technique to transfer and switch various kinds of media, such as telephone speech, data and motion video. Comparisons among a variety of ATM switching systems which have already been proposed will provide quite useful information for the new ATM switching system design. To facilitate the comparison, we introduce the design requirements and classification criteria for the ATM switch, and propose a performance analysis model for the Banyan network which is the basic switching fabric of most multi-stage ATM switching systems. The model is based on the standard discrete-time Markov chain analysis and can be conveniently used for extensive Banyan network analysis. The computational results are also presented.

In order to efficiently improve teaching and learning methods of the department of Early Childhood Education in cyber universities, this research analysed and assessed the problems of the current situation of lectures of the department of early childhood education. Firstly, this research examined the characteristics of cyber-education and the lecturer's role in it. Secondly, the types and status of management of online-lectures were investigated. Finally, the student management and the variety of interaction taking place online were examined. The plan to vitalize the cyber-education of early childhood education that was suggested in this study was mainly focused on developing excellent educational contents and continual research of cyber-education's method of teaching and learning. Then for the activation of online interaction, technological support and teaching strategies are needed to activate online interaction.

Purpose: This study was to identify nursing interventive strategies centering around the meaning structure of elderly women self-esteem. Method: This study is based on a phenomenological approach. The participants were 6 women over the age of 65 selected in Mullae Senior Club or Yeongdeungpo Senior Welfare Center. The data was collected by in-depth and open- ended interviews from May to September, 2001. The analysis of the data was used the phenomenological analytic method suggested by Giorgi(1970). Result: Two essential themes in the selfesteem of relationships the elderly women emerged: (1) Self-identification through human relations: (2) The ability for self-control. Conclusion: There is a variety of programs and social meetings to confirm self and support systems, whether on the governmental level or the personal level, to help the ability for self-control should be expected to live a more qualitative life and successful aging for elderly women. In addition, this study will offer a better understanding of elderly women within the social and cultural context of South Korea.

The purpose of this study lies in giving help to the rational life of clothing of costmer and presenting some measures for solving problems of the fashion merchandising policy of children's ready-made clothes and the searching of feasibility of the children's ready-made clothes market in the wave of market liberalization. data for this study were obtained from interviews with managers in children's apparel company. The results are as follows : the most important change of children's ready-made clothes market is the increase in national brand license brand direct import brand and the variety of the channel of distri-bution. The most children's apparel companies showed double-edged viewpoints for these tendencies in the wave of market libera-lization. In therms of positive aspect it would give stimulus to improve product quality of fashion merchandise which were the most dis-advantageous factors in competing with oversea's brand. In terms of negative aspect it would bring the oversupply and the foreign product's penetration in domestic market. In order to improve the present condition the companies should try to establish strat-government should try to support to the small and medium sized apparel firms.

This paper describes an optimal communication protocol for high-speed networks. This scheme can support multimedia services and provide fast data transmission using the distributed gueue scheme and the dynamic bandwidth allocation architecture, based on ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode). Performance analyses and simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme in a variety of communication environments.

The state adopts the policies based on the goals pursued by the state and provides a basic policy for administrative activities related to early childhood education. Therefore, early childhood education policy should be established organically in consultant with the social consent in advance. In most countries will bear the costs of child care and early childhood education can reduce the financial burden of parents and early childhood education consumers are able to understand the will of the government to support the child care services, which they need in a variety of way. The conflict is deepening - among policy officials, front-line institutions participating in policy implementation, and parents - surrounding the infant and early childhood education. And the conflict has caused the difference between this policy and claims that cannot find hardly a solution. In this study, we argue how the policy differences between groups involved in the policy to analyze the influence, to find the policy conflict resolution strategies.

The core of the semantic web is ontology, which supports interoperability among semantic web applications and enables developer to reuse and share domain knowledge. It used a variety of fields such as Information Retrieval, E-commerce, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Bio-informatics. However, the reality is that various errors might be included in conceptual hierarchy when developing ontologies. Therefore, methodologies and supporting tools are essential to help the developer construct suitable ontologies for the given purposes and to detect and analyze errors in order to verify the inconsistency in the ontologies. In this paper we propose a new approach for ontology error detection based on the Concept Lattices of Formal Concept Analysis. By using the tool that we developed in this research, we can extract core elements from the source code of Ontology and then detect some structural errors based on the concept lattices. The results of this research can be helpful for ontology engineers to support error detection and construction of "well-defined" and "good" ontologies.

In recent years, the hyperspectral instruments with high spatial and high spectral resolution have become an important component of wide variety of earth science applications. The primary mission of the proposed Compact Airborne Imaging Spectrometer System (CAISS) in this study is to acquire and provide full contiguous spectral information with high quality spectral and spatial resolution for advanced applications in the field of remote sensing. The CAISS will also be used as the vicarious calibration equipment for the cross-calibration of satellite image data. The CAISS consists of six physical units: the camera system, the Jig, the GPS/INS, the gyro-stabilized mount, the operating system, and the power inverter and distributor. Additionally, the calibration instruments such as the integrated sphere and spectral lamps are also prepared for the radiometric and spectral calibration of the CAISS. The CAISS will provide high quality calibrated image data that can support evaluation of satellite application products. This paper summarizes the design, development and major characteristic of the CAISS.

The horizontal cold chamber pressure die casting produces a variety of net shape, complicate-geometry castings with desired mechanical properties. dimensional tolerance, and surface finish. However, top quality castings can be achieved only when optimal performance of thecold chamber (shot sleeve )and plunger is maintained druing the molten metla injection phase of the process. Unforturately, inreality , shot sleeves deteriorate fast and sometimes fail catastrophically due to incorrect design. These early and unexpected failures of shot sleeves cost die casters money and productiivity. To prevent promature failures of shoe sleeves major faulure mechanisms were investigated. with the aid of analyticla solutions robust design criteria for shot sleeves have been developed. The data directly obtained from failed shot sleeves in the die casting industry for automotive parts, support a strong correlation between design and filures. by applying these design criterial we expected premature faulures of shot sleeves can be avoided in die casting industry.
