The Southeastern economic zone was centered on small and medium-sized manufacturing, but industrial changes and corona 19 caused the local economic downturn. This study presented the difficulties of companies related to the aviation specialization industry and suggested ways to revitalize the local economy in order to revitalize the local economy in the southeast region. First, aeronautical specialized parts companies need various support to improve the structural problems of passive industries. Second, the industry needs a systematic education system that develops products and technologies that meet international standards and conducts international certification education to support stable supply and demand of human resources by cultivating professional manpower for systematic project performance. Third, the industry needs financial and administrative support from the government to develop technologies and products that meet high standardization standards. In addition, it is necessary to provide support to systematically improve the limitations and difficulties of companies, such as finding and expanding customers of small and medium-sized companies and supporting investment for cost reduction.

Record management, especially in schools as an institution's information centre, needs serious attention from government agencies. Under record management policy, there needs to be practical guidance on record management specific to schools. This paper aims to construct a record management model based on the Eight Indonesian Education Standards to support school accountability in Indonesia. The urgency of this paper in filling the gap in the Electronic Record Management System (ERMS) role is primarily to support school accountability. It is important to include educational laws and regulations in Indonesia to be a foundation in archive management, including preparing the ERMS. This study aims to develop a model of record management in schools. The final stage in this research is to find the final model. The final model is a model that experts and practitioners have validated. A total of 30 records managers were selected for the interviews. Furthermore, the trial was carried out in 30 senior high schools. The research sampling consisted of representatives of archive managers at selected schools from five islands in Indonesia (Kalimantan, Java, Papua, Sumatra, and Sulawesi). Our research findings show that conceptual models meet valid criteria and significantly impact archivist performance in better schools. The practical implication is that the archival management model based on national education standards policies contributes to practical archives and records management to support school accountability.

As there are more accidents which are more serious in construction site than other industries, it needs the safety management system to be SLIM on the same time, there are still lots of difficulties to prevent those accidents exactly, so it also needs a safety supervision team to prevent the accident, unsafe operation and condition before happening, which is also called as a Man-to Man safety management method. The range of the job site in one personnel's management is very big and large, so it needs the personnel to deep watch the safety operation and prevent any unsafe/fire accidents; the personnel also should find out the unsafe points in the job site, and carefully supervise the dead angle site, then support the totally safety management POINT and realize the ZERO accident.

We are focusing on an approach which handle a general Web as a resource in order to support self-directed learning for a student. Then, we are developing a Web based learning environment "Web-Retracer"for utilizing Web as teaching materials by a user′s Annotation. Although the learner can share the Web resource that the others utilized in this environment, Web resources unsuitable for a student′s needs becomes hindrance about her/his self-directed learning. In this paper, we propose a recommending method of the resource united with a student′s needs on the basis of a student′s learning and Web browsing history. This method analyzed the feature peculiar to a resource, and extracts the resource with which the needs of the feature and a student agreed.

This thesis aims the development of power supply for the BTS of Mobile Telecommunication system. Specially, it receives AC power and it can be possible both supply the uninterrupted and stabile DC Power to BTS and simultaneously maintain full charging the back-up battery that is used in case failing AC power supply. In addition, easy maintenance is also the main purpose of it regardless of front and left side except rear side. In these days, it needs more small size power supply system in order to comply with the user needs regarding more easy maintenance and more less space as become smaller main telecommunication systems. This system can be installed close to wall and support more easy maintenance and it was considered easy expansion in case when it needs.

Purpose: This study was to explore the child's health and learning needs of mother of children with leukemia in a children school of a hospital and to describe the basic material for intervention program development. Methods: Participants in this study was 7 mother of children with leukemia. Data collection consisted of in-depth focus group interviews done from April 21 to 30 in 2005. Results: 3 categories emerged from 9 theme clusters. The categories was 'tutorial service', 'emotional service' and 'disease control'. Conclusion: The results of this study show that pediatric nurses need to pay attention to the learning needs of mother and children in the children school of hospital and develop the program to support the children with leukemia and chronic disease.

A design needs various experience and design knowledge through a whole design process. Despite of all efforts and time, it is not easy to introduce a product that meets all customer's needs and expectation in time. To achieve the product goal, designers need a set of sequential process to find appropriate design parameters and ensure customers' needs and requirements. In this research we propose a design methodology for the initial design of an excavator front group with existing QFD(Quality Function Deployment) and Axiomatic Design to satisfy customer's requirements. It turns out that the proposed methodology can support designers more effectively, objectively, and systematically.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of social support in the experience of job stress among hospital nurses. Method: This study was carefully designed to overcome methodological shortcomings found in past research, and examined two organizational effectiveness variables(job satisfaction and organizational commitment) as outcome variables. The sample used in this study consisted of 602 nurses from 5 general hospitals. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using hierarchical regression and LISREL technique. Result: It was found that: (a) three job stress variables(workload, role conflict and conflict with other medical staff) have negative effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment; (b) social support have positive main effects on the two output variables; (c) the negative effects of job stress variables on job satisfaction and organizational commitment are not buffered by social support, and (d) social support mediates the effects of job stress on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and the size of the mediating effects is small. Conclusion: Further research needs to be done to further refine this study.

This study implemented a health support network project to improve the quality of life of women with musculoskeletal disorders. These activities were intended to analyze the effects of the impact on the quality of life of women with musculoskeletal diseases, continuing to base their future needs for materials and practice so as to provide a method for this purpose. On August 19, 2013 through December, a survey of 320 people living in Seoul included 31 women with symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders. Another, 16 weeks led to a total of 127 people with housewives screened as a subjects for social support networks projects. After the research, the health support network project was implemented, and most musculoskeletal pain was reduced, depression levels were reduced, and a quality improvement was noted in health-related life activities. In particular, mental- health-related quality of life was found to increased. As incidental factors that may cause musculoskeletal disorders, marital status, living with family, low income, and a high depression index were related to low health-related quality of life. Future studies can support continued health at the local business community level rather than with smaller samples. This work can also be supported by follow-up studies to evaluate the effectiveness of program.
