As the recent cultural contents area start-ups are creating remarkable outcomes such as investment attraction together with the reinforced institutional supports from the government, this study aimed to reverify the significance of researches related to correlation analysis between service of Business Incubating Center of Small & Medium Business Administration operated with no separation of business type, and corporate performance, in the aspect of Business Incubating Center in cultural contents area, and also to suggest the importance of establishing the business incubating system in the systematic and rational cultural contents area through the differentiated business incubating service by verifying the significant effects of the business validity of items on corporate performance, and then discovering services suitable for business incubating in cultural contents area, targeting Gyeonggi-do cultural contents area Business Incubating Center recently showing the biggest growth. Especially, contrary to the existing researches, in order to verify the characteristics of Gyeonggi-do Cultural Contents Business Incubating Center, the personal support service and marketing support service were included. It also aimed to understand the effects of the business validity of start-up items on corporate performance. Summarizing the results of this study, contrary to the results of the existing researches saying that spatial & additional support service, management support service, technical support service, personal support service, and marketing support service had significant effects on corporate performance, among the support service of Gyeonggi-do cultural contents area Business Incubating Center, the spatial & additional support service, personal support service, and marketing support service had significantly positive(+) effects on corporate performance while the management support service and technical support service had no significant effects on it. Comparing with the results of the researches on the support service of Business Incubating Center(BI) of Small & Medium Business Administration, the effects of the management support service and technical support service of Gyeonggi-do cultural contents area Business Incubating Center on corporate financial/non-financial performance were not huge. Also, in the results of analyzing the business validity of star-up items, the spatial & additional support service, management support service, and technical support service did not have significant effects on the business validity of start-up items while the personal support service and marketing support service had significantly positive(+) effects on it. In case when selecting companies, Gyeonggi-do Business Incubating Center emphasized the business validity of start-up items. However, the support service provided after the selection did not have huge effects on the business validity of start-up items. Lastly, in the results of analyzing the effects of the business validity of start-up items in Gyeonggi-do cultural contents area on corporate performance, among the success factors of business start-up, the business validity of start-up items was an important element having effects on corporate performance(financial/non-financial) in the cultural contents area.

In this paper, we studied on the effective structure of an e-Learning Korean Support System for foreigner based on computer systems which is to obey the rules of IMS/AICC International Standard regulations based on LCMS and SCORM. The most important task on this study is to support the function of self-study module through the review of the analysis and results of Korean learning and learning customs. We studied the effective PMS detail modules as well as the Standard Competency Module Management System, which related to LMS/LCMS, Learning an Individual Competency Management System, Competency Registry/Repository System, Knowledge Management System based on Community Competency Module, Education e-survey System and Module learning Support Service System. We suggested one of standard Effective Model of learning Korean Support System which is adopted in a various techniques for foreigner.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the role of social support and hardiness on the relationship between parenting attitudes and subjective well-being. The participants of this study were 318 university students and analyses for this study was conducted by using SPSS 15.0 and Amos 7.0. The major results were as follows; Social support confirmed mediating variable between parenting attitudes and hardiness, and hardiness confirmed mediating variable between social support and subjective well-being. That is, parenting attitudes had some effect on subjective well-being through hardiness based on social support. Finally, the needs of development about the counseling and the education contents as a special intervention was discussed, and that contents were reflected social support and hardiness to be improved. Also, limitations and implications of subsequent further study were suggested in this research.

This study examined the influence of social support perceived through SNS on teachers' adult attachment and occupational satisfaction. In order to do so, survey was conducted on teachers and a total of 103 sets of responses were used for final analysis. As a result of the study on social support perceived through SNS, with regards to adult attachment, it was shown that emotional support, informational support, and instrumental support have influence on attachment anxiety. With regards to attachment avoidance, emotional support was shown to have statistically effective influence. In addition, with regards to influence of social support perceived through SNS on occupational satisfaction, it was shown that emotional support and informational support have effective influence on occupational satisfaction. In conclusion and discussion, the implications and limitations of this study were suggested.

This study developed a system model to provide teachers unskilled in counseling with contents and methods of counseling so that they can counsel students addicted to the Internet. The system is composed of three modules, which are counseling contents module that provide contents and methods of counseling, counseling support module that maintains and provides information about students and the results of counseling, and evaluation support module that is for the diagnosis of Internet addiction and questionnaire evaluation. The system was applied to 30 elementary and secondary school teachers in their counseling of students addicted to the Internet. According to the result, we analyzed the problems of the developed system. Based on problems and suggestions raised by teachers participating in counseling, we modified this system model.

The BIM libraries and technical contents in order to develop common technical standards that reflect the contents for a BIM design support should be based. It is essential to redress the technological burden on design office requirements. The technical contents consisted of Material Information, Standard Details and Cost Information are made by system of standard classification. By connecting BIM libraries with each of information including the contents, it derives the consistent BIM data application through the integrated model. In addition, we look forward to introducing and applying BIM more easily through securing common technical contents which remove the pressure of engineering developments of each individual architectural design office and prevent overlapping investments.

A study of 117 Korean immigrant women who had husband and(or) children in Hawaii found the relation between social networks and psychological well-being. Social networks composed supporters, support structure, and support contents. Psychological well-being examined family life satisfaction, family life stability, and women's psychological health. Results showed as followed. First, the choice of immigration place among Korean immigrant women and her family based on other family members and friends lived in there. Second, her supporters were family and relatives, Korean friends, foreign friends, religions, belonged organizations and groups, public agencies in Hawaii, and mass-media. The best supporters of them was family and relatives and they mostly provided mental health to Korean immigrant women. Family, Korean friends, foreign friends, and religions tended to support emotional assistance. Third, the level of psychological well-being was higher. Her level of psychological health was higher than the others. Fourth, the best predictors of psychological well-being were child existence, occupation, and immigration duration. Fifth, psychological well-being significantly distinguished different relations of supporters from support structure of social network. The number and support duration with foreign friends supporter and the support duration and the level of perceived useful support content highly related with psychological well-being.

This study aimed to explore the relationships among organizational justice, social support, innovative behavior of employees in a deluxe hotel in Seoul. In addition, it tries to find out the mediating effects that the social support have contributed to organizational justice and innovative behavior. The results of this study are, organizational justice have a direct impact on social support, and innovative behavior, and social support directly influence to innovative behavior. And social support have a mediating effect between organizational justice and innovative behavior. These results suggest that the new direction of the importance of organizational managements on accumulating organizational justice and the importance of social support and innovative behavior of employees in the hotel industry.

The theses is an analytical comparison research between 'Skills Link' and 'Do Dream' : the former is an effective program to establish a variety of intervention strategies and the institutional foundation for employment support of disadvantaged youth, performed by ESDC in the level of the nation, and the latter is the program which is carried out by K-Dream Center of MGEF in South Korea. As for the research method, comparison and analysis have been fulfilled, focusing on the employment support program. The research includes program background, goal, participation subject, selection standard, program contents, support period, support cost, and program effect. It suggests that we should design the systematic program for the youth in the transition to independency and perform constant support. It is necessary to select beneficiary on the consideration of the characteristics and situation of the disadvantaged youth. In addition, it is required to secure consistency of the program and enlarge the support period. For the sake of successful performance of the independent living program, it is a necessity to motivate the youth and introduce the ways to encourage the business sector to take part in.
