This research consists of (1) building (or molding) the Dynamics Simulation Model on Return Policy mainly used in publications, phonographs, and computer industry; which are seen used in supply chain contract known as effective control mechanism under the varied supply chain situations, and (2) analyzing the effects that return rates and seller's contract parameters have in the outcome of the model and (3) observing how the effectiveness of Return Policy changes under such circumstances where the buyer's sales ability and the seller's risk inclination are taken into account. Thus, the main purpose of this research lies in analyzing what exactly are the effects (and or outcome) that sales ability and risk inclination have in Return Policy, and additionally by conducting comprehensive research on Supply Chain Policy Dynamics Simulation Model, we will try to prove that not only the Systems Dynamics approach is highly contributive in supply chain management but also that it will serve as a foothold in future research. As a result of the research, supply chain achievement level turned out to be high when Return Policy is enforced, and the achievement level was even higher when seller's sales ability was taken into consideration along with the Return Policy. On the other hand, the achievement level decreased when the seller had risk aversive tendencies.

항만산업의 관련기관들은 각기 다른 목표를 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 상이한 목표를 가지는 항만산업체의 최적활동을 달성하기 위한 공급연쇄 모델링 과정을 제시하며, 이를 분석하는 프레임을 제공하고자 한다. 연구의 목표를 달성하기 위해 시뮬레이션 방법을 사용하였으며. 시뮬레이션 변수로서 정보공유와 파트너쉽을 설정하였다.

This paper deals with the application of Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model to make a Service Supply Chain(sSC) of a hospital treatment service. At first, we compare the service supply chain with the traditional supply chain. At second, we apply the SCOR model to a service supply chain of a hospital treatment service and make new process of the hospital service supply chain if we need it. Finally, we explain the applied results and propose the improvement points. The used level of SCOR model is from level 1 to level 3.

Purpose: To explore the application prospect of support vector machine (SVM) in supply chain management and its practical application in supply chain performance evaluation practice. Research design, data and methodology: This paper establishes the performance evaluation index system of supply chain management according to the balanced scorecard (BSC) theory, and establishes the SVM model of supply chain management performance evaluation based on the SVM principle. Results: The performance evaluation results of the supply chain of an electric power equipment Co., Ltd. in Harbin established by using the model are consistent with the actual situation, which indicates the nature and accuracy of the possible reflection of the established supply chain performance evaluation model. Conclusions: The results show that SVM model can be used to evaluate enterprise supply chain management performance indicators, and can improve enterprise supply chain management performance, thus demonstrating the effectiveness of the model.

정보통신기술의 비약적인 발전을 통하여 스마트 제조 시대가 도래하고 있다. 이에 따라 많은 기업은 제조공정의 효율적인 업무를 위해 다양한 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어를 활용하기 시작하였다. 이때 사용되는 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어들은 제조 유통 과정을 거쳐 공급되는데, 이러한 공급 과정에서 각종 보안 위협에 노출되고 있다. 최근 공급망 공격 사례가 증가함에 따라 국외에서는 공급망 관리 체계를 정립하여 공급망 위험을 관리하고 있다. 이에 반해 국내는 일부 분야에 대한 공급망 위험 관리 연구가 진행되었다. 본 논문에서는 공급망 공격 사례를 통하여 공급망 위험 관리의 필요성을 강조하고, 국외 공급망 관리 체계의 동향을 분석하여 국내의 공급망 보안전략 방안의 필요성을 설명한다.

The paradigm of the corporate innovations has been changed from the intra-company innovations to the inter-company innovations. A prevalent approach to the inter-company innovations is the supply chain management. Three key words of the core concept of supply chain management are the long-term relationship, resource integration, and value creation. Specifically, it means that the supply chain management aims to make value creation through the resource integration for the supply chain entities, based on the long-term relationship between buyers and sellers. To make more effective long-term relationship among the supply chain entities, it is very important for the supply chain entities to analyze followings: i) What variables can influence the long-term relationship, ii) How these variables can influence to the long-term relationship. However, previous researches mostly deals the long-term relationship in the marketing area in fragment, and thus few research efforts have been done for the development of conceptual model using supply chain management theories. In contrast to previous studies, our research tried to develop and examine the integrative research model by introducing both the marketing theories and the supply chain management theories, and thus related hypotheses are derived. A multiple regression analysis was performed to examine the influence of the antecedents of the long-term relationship, for the 87 retailers of grocery supply chains. The empirical results confirm that cultural similarity, reputation, interdependency, and trust positively influence long-term relationship (i.e., partnership orientation and partnership symmetry). And results also confirm that the supply implementation factors such as organization integration, information system integration, and process integration playa moderating role between antecedents and long-term relationship. These findings suggest that companies should perceive the importance of managing the process, organization, information system integration in the long-term relationship implementation process as well as the factors such as cultural similarity, reputation, interdependency, and trust in the long-term relationship establishment process.

With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, propelled by digital technology, we are transitioning into an era of hyperconnectivity, where everything and objects are becoming interconnected. A smart supply chain refers to a supply chain system where various sensors and RFID tags are attached to objects such as machinery and products used in the manufacturing and transportation of goods. These sensors and tags collect and analyze process data related to the products, providing meaningful information for operational use and decision-making in the supply chain. Before the spread of COVID-19, the fundamental principles of supply chain management were centered around 'cost minimization' and 'high efficiency.' A smart supply chain overcomes the linear delayed action-reaction processes of traditional supply chains by adopting real-time data for better decision-making based on information, providing greater transparency, and enabling enhanced collaboration across the entire supply chain. Therefore, in this study, a hierarchical model for building a smart supply chain was constructed to systematically derive the importance of key factors that should be strategically considered in the construction of a smart supply chain, based on the major factors identified in previous research. We applied AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) techniques to identify urgent improvement areas in smart SCM initiatives. The analysis results showed that the external supply chain integration is the most urgent area to be improved in smart SCM initiatives.

The primary objective of Supply Chain Management (SCM) is to optimize the cash, material and information flow for satisfying customer demands through coordinating the relationship between Supply Chain components such as suppliers, manufacturers, and inventories, etc. By Supply Chain Planning (SCP), operation tasks or goals, should be done in specific due date, are ordered to each SC component for achieving such objective. However, the achievement for operation tasks or goals is affected by uncertainties in SC. In general, reliability theory Is explained as the probability that a product or system will perform its specified function under prescribed conditions without failure for a specified period of time. Therefore, the reliability of SC can be defined as the probability that SC will satisfy customer demands until the specific due date. In this paper, a basic framework to evaluate reliability is respectively proposed as supply chain components, and then a overall framework to estimate the reliability for SC is also proposed.

Most of supply chain simulation models have been developed on the basis of discrete-event simulation. Since supply chain systems are neither completely discrete nor continuous, the need of constructing a model with aspects of both discrete-event simulation and continuous is provoked, resulting in a combined discrete-continuous simulation. Continuous simulation concerns the modeling over time of a system by a representation in which the state variables change continuously with respect to time. In this paper, an architecture of combined modeling for supply chain simulation is proposed, which presents the equation of continuous part in supply chain and how these equations are used supply chain simulation models. A simple supply chain model is demonstrated the possibility and the capability of this approach.

This study investigate the impact of supply chain contracts on supply chain performance. This study employed Price adjustment contract(PAC) and Quantity adjustment contract(QAC) as two main types of a vertical coordination mechanism. We simulate different types of coordination mechanisms with various degrees of demand uncertainties and several capacity tightness scenarios. This study shows that PAC and QAC significantly enhance the supply chain profits and fill rates suggesting that supply chain performance can be improved by implementing a proper coordination mechanism depends on the level of a capacity tightness and demand uncertainty.
