Reliability Evaluation of a Distribution System with wind Turbine Generators Based on the Switch-section Partitioning Method

  • Considering the randomness and uncertainty of wind power, a reliability model of WTGs is established based on the combination of the Weibull distribution and the Markov chain. To analyze the failure mode quickly, we use the switch-section partitioning method. After defining the first-level load zone node, we can obtain the supply power sets of the first-level load zone nodes with each WTG. Based on the supply sets, we propose the dynamic division strategy of island operation. By adopting the fault analysis method with the attributes defined in the switch-section, we evaluate the reliability of the distribution network with WTGs using a sequential Monte Carlo simulation method. Finally, using the IEEE RBTS Bus6 test system, we demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed model and method by comparing different schemes to access the WTGs.

  • 최근의 건축공사는 고층화되어 가는 추세이며 원가절감과 공기단축, 생산성 향상 등이 요구되고 건설자동화의 도입을 통한 총생애자동화시스템의 도입이 시급히 요구되는 추세이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 초고층 빌딩 건축에 주로 사용되는 커튼월 공법과 제조업에서의 SCM기법, 최신의 RFID기법을 이용하여 초고층 건축물 커튼월의 자동화 관리시스템을 구축을 위한 방안을 제시하였다. SCM기법이란 생산에서 판매에 이르는 전단계의 과정을 연결, 관리하는 것을 의미하고 커튼월은 빌딩 건축에서 골조공사의 공기단축과 단순화를 위해 가장 많이 활용되는 건식공법으로 건설공사에서 가장 제조업에 가까운 형태의 공사로 볼 수 있다. 또한 RFID는 SCM의 구현방법으로 자재의 흐름과 생산프로세스, 그리고 정보관리 시스템의 도구로 사용되며 이들을 활용한 총생애자동화시스템은 생산과정 뿐만 아니라 사후관리 과정에도 효율적이며 높은 생산성과 경제성 향상에 기여한 것으로 기대된다.

  • To obtain visible and traceable information from the supply chain, HW/SW standards for the EPC global network, which process electronic product code (EPC) data read from Radio frequency identification (RFID) tags, are regarded as the de facto industry standard. Supply chain participants install information service systems and provide logistics information to partners by following the EPCglobal architecture framework. Although quality of service (QoS) is essential for providing dependable and scalable services as pointed out by Auto-ID Lab, only a few models for the performance analysis of QoS-related work have been developed in the context of EPC information service systems. Specifically, doing so allows alternative design choices to be tested in an easy and cost-effective manner and can highlight potential performance problems in designs long before any construction costs are incurred. Thus, in this study we construct a model of an EPC information service system for the purposes of performance analysis and designing a dependable system. We also develop a set of building blocks for analytical performance models. To illustrate how the model works, we determine the characteristics of an EPC information service system and then select a combination of these proven modeling concepts. We construct a performance model that considers the response time and shows how to derive meaningful performance values. Finally, we compare the analytical results to measurements of the EPC information service system.

  • SCM은 기업의 성과를 향상시키기 위해 공급사슬 전체를 유기적으로 통합한 전략적 협업체이다. SCM의 활동을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해서는 상호 장기적 관계수립을 위한 변화관리가 강조되고 있다. SCM 시스템의 구현은 공급사슬 내의 기업 및 구성원들의 광범위한 변화를 가져오고, 이러한 변화는 기업 및 구성원의 저항에 부딪칠 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서, 효과적인 변화관리 없이는 SCM 시스템의 성공을 보장 할 수 없다. 또한 본 연구에서는 정보특성 (정보품질, 정보공유)를 통한 SCM 시스템성과를 측정하기 위해 정보역량을 개념을 채택하였다. 따라서, 본 연구는 변화관리가 정보품질과 정보공유를 통해 정보역량에 미치는 상호호혜적인 인과관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변화관리는 정보품질, 정보공유, 정보역량에 모두 유의한 영향을 보였다. 둘째, 정보품질 역시 정보공유 및 정보역량에 유의한 영향을 보였다. 마지막으로, 정보공유 또한 정보역량에 유의한 영향을 보였다.

A Study on the Effect of Packaging Design Considering SCM Aspects on Logistics Efficiency (Focusing on the case of domestic A company)

  • This study conducted a case study and a questionnaire analysis in parallel. In the case study, a study was conducted on domestic manufacturer A by analyzing pallet loading efficiency of RRP(Retail Ready Packaging) products and pallet loading efficiency of MWC(Membership Wholesale Club) delivered products. As a result of the pallet loading efficiency simulation of 50 RRP products of Manufacturer A, it was 80.0% based on the T-11 type pallet and 84.3% based on the T-12 type pallet. It was found It refers that the route of producing the product from the manufacturer A and delivering it to the MWC A in the form of RRP resulted in the decrease of the pallet loading efficiency through the change of the loading pattern and the adjustment of the number of loads. As a result of analyzing the questionnaire about whether the overall efficiency of the supply chain will be improved if the operation of the packaging system considering the SCM(Supply Chain Management) aspect is χ2 = 178.500, there was a statistically significant difference at the significance level of 0.000. Manufacturers and logistics companies answered "yes" the most, but distributors answered "is average" the most, confirming that the packaging can be constructed with the highest operational efficiency. Therefore, as a result of confirming the impact of packaging design considering the SCM aspect on logistics efficiency, it indicates the importance of closer collaboration between manufacturers and distributors.

유전 알고리즘을 이용한 생산 및 분배 계획 (A study on production and distribution planning problems using hybrid genetic algorithm)

  • Rapid development in computer and network technology these days has created in environment in which decisions for manufacturing companies can be made in a much broader perspective. Especially, better decisions on production and distribution planning(PDP) problems can be made laking advantage of real time information from all the parties concerned. However, since the PDP problem-a core part of the supply chain management- is known to be the so-called NP-hard problem, so heuristic methods are dominantly used to find out solutions in a reasonable time. As one of those heuristic techniques, many previous studios considered genetic a1gorithms. A standard genetic a1gorithm applies rules of reproduction, gene crossover, and mutation to the pseudo-organisms so the organisms can pass along beneficial and survival-enhancing trails to a new generation. When it comes to representing a chromosome on the problem, it is hard to guarantee an evolution of solutions through classic a1gorithm operations alone, for there exists a strong epitasis among genes. To resolve this problem, we propose a hybrid genetic a1gorithm based on Silver-Meal heuristic. Using IMS-TB(Intelligent Manufacturing System Test-bed) problem sets. the good performance of the proposed a1gorithm is demonstrated.

  • 공급 기반 전반에 걸쳐 소싱(Sourcing)에서 조달에 이르는 프로세스를 자동화하고 외부 파트너인 공급사와의 관계를 전략적으로 운영하여 공급망 전체의 효율을 높이고자 SRM(Supplier Relation-ship Management)에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 최근 조달청은 국가 조달행정의 새로운 패러다임을 구축하고 공공조달의 경쟁력을 강화하고자 SRM 개념을 도입하였다. 공공조달 환경에서의 SRM을 위해서는 공정하고 객관적으로 공급사를 평가하고 선정하기 위한 계약이행능력 평가모델의 구축이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 공급사의 계약이행능력을 평가하고 이를 등급화하여 전략적으로 활용할 수 있는 SRM 솔루션을 제안하고 이를 통해 국가 공공조달 시스템의 혁신방안에 대해 설명한다.

Green Supply Chain Management Practice of FDI Companies in Vietnam

  • This paper aims to develop a conceptual framework for Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) that takes into account the effect of GSCM drivers on implementing GSCM practices in Vietnam FDI companies. This study has considered organizational commitment, social network, and government support as GSCM driver factors and proposed a structural model of the relationships between GSCM drivers and GSCM practices in Vietnam FDI companies. The empirical analysis used data from 192 questionnaires which used a comprehensive, valid, and reliable tool (SPSS 26 and SmartPLS 3.0 software) to evaluate rigorous statistical tests including convergence validity, discriminatory validity, reliability, and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) to analyze and verify the gathered data and develop the hypothesis. The result of path analysis shows that GSCM driver factors constitute a structured system with different degrees of influence on GSCM drivers and GSCM practices. Organizational commitment and government support has a positive relationship with both GSCM drivers and GSCM practices, while social network only has a positive relationship on GSCM drivers. As a result, the testing of the relationship between GSCM drivers and GSCM practices has been verified and supported. The findings of this study can help managers and decision-makers to push the implementation of GSCM practices in FDI companies.

ICT 고객서비스 및 소매유통 조직의 품질경영 활동과 종업원 만족도 및 로열티간의 관계 연구 (The Relationship among TQM Practices, Employee Satisfaction and Employee Loyalty in ICT Customer Service and Retail Distribution Organizations)

  • Both employee satisfaction and loyalty play an important role in increasing the business performances of organizations in the service industry. However, the influence of TQM practices on employee satisfaction and employee loyalty has not been examined in the ICT service supply chain. This study aimed to investigate the impact of five total quality management (TQM) practices on employee satisfaction and employee loyalty in Korean ICT customer service and retail distribution organizations. Based on an empirical study of 578 respondents in a Korean ICT service company, the study examined the hypothesized relationships among TQM practices, employee satisfaction, and employee loyalty. Using structural equations modeling, it is found that TQM practices are significantly related to employee satisfaction, whereas the latter in turn influences employee loyalty. The results of analysis suggest that the ICT customer service and retail distribution organizations should concentrate on enhancing employee satisfaction of their TQM practices and creating a people-satisfied job environment.

  • 최근 출판계는 이용자의 구매 의사 결정에 있어 메타데이터 활용이 매우 중요한 요소임을 인식하게 됨에 따라, 효율적인 데이터의 작성과 품질 유지, 그리고 공급사슬상의 표준과 교환 시스템에 대해 관심을 갖게 되었다. 도서관계 또한 목록 작성의 경제적 효용성을 추구하면서 좀 더 최초 정보원에 근접한 데이터 소스를 통해 작업을 간소화할 수 있는 모델을 추구하게 되었다. 본 연구는 발생 기원은 동일하지만 각각 출판계와 도서관계에서 각기 다른 형식과 표준으로 활용되고 있는 도서메타데이터의 흐름을 살펴보고 공통의 쟁점과 상호 운용의 가능성을 조망하였다. 최근 출판계와 도서관계를 중심으로 논의되고 있는 각종 이슈들을 점검해 보고 도서메타데이터의 효율적인 생성 유통 방안에 대해 고찰하였다.
