지적도근점과 연계활용을 위한 도시기준점의 위치정확도 분석 (An Analysis on Positional Accuracy of Urban Control Point for Connecting to Supplementary Control Point)

  • 지적도근점과 도시기준점은 설치의 목적과 성격은 다르지만 측량방법, 매설 위치 등이 매우 유사하다. 그렇기 때문에 두 기준점을 연계하여 활용할 수 있다면 도근점 망실에 의한 복구비용의 최소화는 물론 배점밀도의 향상을 가져올 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지적도근점을 기초로 도시기준점의 위치정확도를 분석하여 봄으로써 두 기준점을 연계하여 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 연구대상지역 총 13점의 도시기준점의 위치정확도를 분석하여 본 결과, 각각의 측점에 대한 연결오차의 RMSE가 최소 ${\pm}8cm$에서 최대 ${\pm}11cm$ 오차를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 현행 지적법에서 규정하고 있는 허용오차 범위내의 성과로 지적도근점과 도시기준점을 연계하여 이용할 수 있는 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • In static relative surveying, the difference of between the known cadastral supplementary control station and that of the acquired is 0.000∼0.0006m in GPS alone, GPS/GLONASS, and In the RTK-GPS/TS, 0.010∼0.077m on the non-ambiguity fixed solutions in the urban area, 0.008∼0.078m in the open area. it proved to be valid because it is within the allowed connecting errors, i.e 12cm on the baseline of l00m in 1/1,200 cadastral map.

  • Modern telecommunications are increasingly demanding the addition of complex switching features to switching system software. These improvements also should satisfy customer demands for quick provisioning of new service features. But whenever we have developed the switching system in various types, we met problems that are lack of system engineers and short developments terms. We need new guidelines of software design to meet the demands and overcome our problems. So we propose new software platform, scenario driven call control engine (SDCCE) for ATM switching system software and implement an effective call control software using scenarios for ATM Switching System. A scenario is a set of procedures and supplementary scenarios written in data structure and gives benefits to easy adapt new or modified function by adding a scenario. The goal of SDCCE is to increase reusability and readability of software. Especially, it gives a good software extensibility and maintainability. And when we developed ptmp call processing control software, we could get high productivity by reusing scenarios and procedures of ptp call processing control software. We applied the scenario driven call control software to ATM switching system.

fMRI를 이용한 성인 편마비의 항조절점 운동이 대뇌피질의 활성화에 미치는 효과 (The Effect on Activity of Cerebral Cortex by Key-point Control of The Adult Hemiplegia with fMRI)

  • This study investigated activation of cerebral cortex in patients with hemiplegia that was caused by neural damage. Key-point control movement therapy of Bobath was performed for 9 weeks in 3 subjects with hemiplegia and fMRI was used to compare and analyze activated degree of cerebral cortex in these subjects. fMRI was conducted using the blood oxygen level-dependent(BOLD) technique at 3.0T MR scanner with a standard head coil. The motor activation task consisted of finger flexion-extension exercise in six cycles(one half-cycles = 8 scans = $3\;sec{\times}\;8\;=\;24\;sec$). Subjects performed this task according to visual stimulus that sign of right hand or left hand twinkled(500ms on, 500ms off). After mapping activation of cerebral motor cortex on hand motor function, below results were obtained. 1. Activation decreased in primary motor area, whereas it increased in supplementary motor area and visual association area(p<.001). 2. Activation was observed in bilateral medial frontal gyrus, middle frontal gyrus of left cerebrum, inferior frontal gyrus, inter-hemispheric, fusiform gyrus of right cerebrum, superior parietal lobule of parietal lobe and precuneus in subjedt 1, parahippocampal gyrus of limbic lobe and cingulate gyrus in subject 2, and inferior frontal gyrus of right frontal lobe, middle frontal gyrus, and inferior parietal lobule of left cerebrum in subject 3 (p<.001). 3. Activation cluster extended in declive of right cellebellum posterior lobe in subject 1, culmen of anterior lobe and declive of posterior lobe in subject 2, and dentate gyrus of anterior lobe, culmen and tuber of posterior lobe in subject 3 (p<.001). In conclusion, these data showed that Key-point control movement therapy of Bobath after stroke affect cerebral cortex activation by increasing efficiency of cortical networks. Therefore mapping of brain neural network activation is useful for plasticity and reorganization of cerebral cortex and cortico-spinal tract of motor recovery mechanisms after stroke.

GPS/GLONASS와 TS 결합에 의한 도근점 측위의 정확도 분석 (Accuracy Analysis of Positioning Supplementary Control Point with the Combined GPS/GLONASS and TS)

  • 본 연구에서는 위성측위의 정확도를 평가하기 위해서 위성 데이터 수신에 장애가 없는 개활지역, 신호차단과 다중경로 오차를 유발하는 고층 건물 및 차량통행과 전주 등이 산재한 도심지역을 실험지로 선정하여, GPS/GLONASS, TS/RTK-GPS 결합관측의 적용성을 제시하고, 기존 정지관측기법과의 정확도 비교와 결합관측방법의 활용성을 검토한 결과, 먼저 정적상대측위는 대상지별로 GPS 단독, GPS/GLONASS 결합의 방법으로 도근점의 성과와 0∼0.006m의 오차를 보였고, 실시간 위성측위에서 모호정수(Ambiguity) 고정해를 얻지 못한 RTK-GPS와 TS의 결합의 경우에는 도심지에서는 0.010∼0.077m 였으며, 개활지에서는 0.008∼0.078m 오차를 보였다. 이 값은 축척 l/l,200 지적도에서 측선거리 l00m의 경우 연결허용오차 12cm보다 작으므로 실용성이 있다고 판단된다.

  • In response to the recent surge in aviation demand, major airport and aviation authorities continue to make efforts to formulate arrival procedures that take into account efficient aircraft separation, noise and environmental issues related to carbon (CO2) emissions. In order to ensure efficient traffic control and environmental issues, as a result, a new concept Trombone, Point Merge, etc. have been introduced and widely used. However, these new concept incisions are becoming a factor that hinders operational efficiency and stability due to the restricted domestic airspace such as military airspace and excessive constraints of altitude, speed, etc. which do not reflect the concept of continuous descent operation and eventually needs to be modified to make continuous descent operation as feasible as possible. We herewith analyze and propose the way of improving flight safety and efficiency in the arrival operation procedure by supplementary modification which consequently contribute to the aviation industry international competitiveness.

Downtown Area Cadastral Boundary Surveying Using Real-time GPS/GLONASS Combination

  • To manage national territory and cadastral data efficiently, accuracy and cost-efficiency in cadastral boundary surveying is inevitable. The efficient management of cadastral data is a very important element in national land management. Survey techniques are being introduced. Recently, improvements in survey techniques have been made with the development of satellite surveying, Allowing accurate and fast surveys. If we can calculate the output accurately in real-time in survey fields, it will open a new method in cadastral detail surveying. According to the classification on Law of cadastral surveying, Cadastral surveying can be divided into cadastral control point surveying and cadastral detail surveying. The control point survey can be divided into cadastral triangulation surveying and cadastral traverse surveying. The detailed survey is usually perform by plane surveying. Among these, cadastral detail surveying will be reviewed in this study. In this study, the combination of the satellites, such as US managed GPS and Russian managed GLONASS was used. In the satellite survey in downtown, data interruption symptoms arose(according to the mask angle of the satellite). Therefore; we combined the satellites to get date more accurately. A block of Haewoondae New City in Busan, Korea, which has Numerical Cadastral Law was selected as the sample area for this study. Block II and III are surrounded by high rise apartments. One side of Block I and IV is level ground and the other side is full of high rise apartments. Especially, Block II is surrounded by high rise apartment houses with 20 meters width. In the results of the study Block II did not satisfy the allowable precision, while Block I, II and IV satisfied the allowable precision of the enforcement regulations of Cadastral Law. Therefore, it is judged that the traditionally used Total Station method should be used for supplementary survey on Block II, in stead.

Dynamic Operational Strategies of UPFC in the KEPCO Transmission System

  • The Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) has installed an 80 MY A Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC) at its 154㎸ 'Kang-Jin Substation in South Korea. The device, manufactured by Siemens & Hyusung, has been operational since October 2002. The Korea Electric Power Research Institute (KEPRI), a division of KEPCO was tasked to study operational strategies that could be employed for the UPFC and surrounding reactive support devices concerning problems of low voltages and overloads in the Mokpo & Gwangju areas. Particular apprehension surrounded the possibility of delay in the installation of a new 345㎸ transmission line from 2005 to beyond 2010. The studies were to specifically determine whether these problems could be eliminated by application of a UPFC. The analysis included determining the UPFC operating point under various conditions, investigations of the coordination between the UPFC and a HYDC line terminating in this area, and the design of a supplementary damping controller for the UFPC. This paper summarizes the results of those studies, demonstrating the dynamic characteristics of the operation of this UPFC operation in the Korean power system.

필지중심토지정보시스템 자료를 이용한 지적측량 정확도 평가 (Accuracy Evaluation of Cadastral Surveying using Data of Parcel Based Land Information System)

  • 지적측량은 토지를 지적공부에 등록하거나 등록된 경계를 지표에 복원할 목적으로 각 필지의 경계 또는 좌표와 면적을 정하는 측량으로 크게 기초측량과 세부측량으로 구분되며, 세부측량은 다시 도해지적측량과 수치지적측량으로 나누어진다. 본 연구에서는 전산화사업으로 구축된 필지중심토지정보시스템(PBLIS) 자료에 의한 도해적인 평판측량과 경계점좌표에 의한 수치지적측량을 비교하여 그 정확도를 평가하였다. 그 결과 평판에 의한 도해지적측량 위치오차가 0.766m, 토털스테이션을 이용한 수치지적측량 위치오차는 0.638m로 관측되어 도해지적측량에 의한 성과보다 수치지적측량에 의한 성과가 더 정확한 것으로 분석되었으며, 향후 지적경계측량을 할 경우 PBLIS 사용 가능성을 제시하였다.

Chlorophyll-a의 히스토그램 분석을 통한 녹조발생 우심지역 분류 (Classification of the Algal Monitoring Points by Histogram Analysis of Chlorophyll-a)

  • 본 연구에서는 Chlorophyll-a (Chl-a)값을 빈도분석인 히스토그램(histogram)을 통해 녹조관리가 필요한 지점을 분류 하고자 하였다. 누적도수분포곡선(ogive curve)에 따라 지점별 녹조발생정도를 분석하였고, 히스토그램의 형태에 따라 관리지점을 3단계로 분류하였다. 4대강 중 한강에서 저농도의 Chl-a가 가장 많이 나타났고, 금강과 영산강 지점에서 높은 농도의 Chl-a가 빈번하게 나타났다. 히스토그램의 패턴에 따라 녹조의 관리 정도를 분류 할 수 있었는데, 한강의 경우 집중관리가 필요한 지점이 나타나지 않았고, 금강과 영산강은 대부분의 지점에서 녹조관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 낙동강은 중류 및 하류 지점부터 녹조관리가 필요한 지점으로 분류되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 빈도분석이 녹조발생의 우심지역 판단의 보조지표 활용 가능성 여부를 확인하였다.
