This study aims to evaluate the location suitability of the Living SOC Project in rural areas. For the assessment of location suitability, we applied location efficiency and location equity, respectively. One hundred sixteen national sports centers in 57 rural areas are selected as the target of analysis. The location efficiency and location equity in each sports center revealed a large gap between facilities. The location suitability evaluation results examined in 57 rural areas were similar to those analyzed at individual facilities. The correlation between the location suitability results and rural characteristics was weak. Also, location efficiency and location equity have a fragile relationship. In the light of these results, the location of the sports center, whose supply has been confirmed in rural areas through the Living SOC project, does not consider regional characteristics actively. In addition, it is difficult to say that the location efficiency and location equity of sports centers have been proactively estimated. Therefore, breaking away from the performance-oriented policy and switching to a lifestyle SOC supply policy based on the pre- and ex-post location evaluation system is necessary.

본 연구는 퍼지개념을 적용한 GIS 공간분석법을 도입하고 이를 통해 쓰레기 매립장 입지 평가를 수행하였다. 기존 연구는 GIS의 공간 중첩 분석법을 적용하여 입지분석이나 적지선정 등을 수행하였으나 공간 중첩분석은 보통집합의 불린 논리를 바탕으로 공간자료를 처리하였기 때문에 공간자료의 불확실성과 자료분류 기준의 부적합성을 고려하여 분석할 수 없었다. 그러므로 신뢰할 수 있는 분석결과를 제시할 수 없어 실제 문제에서 적극 활용되지 못하였다. 본 연구는 쓰레기 매립장을 대상 시설로 선정하고 객관적인 접근법으로 퍼지 공간분석 법을 적용하였으며, 구체적인 적용과정으로서 연속형 공간자료에 대한 소속함수의 정의방법과 퍼지분석을 위한 퍼지입력값의 생성, 그리고 쓰레기 매립장 입지평가를 위한 분석인자의 선정기준 및 자료분류기준을 검토하여 이것으로부터 소속함수를 결정하는 매개변수를 추출하는 방법을 제시하였다.

바다숲 조성 해역에 대상 해조류의 최적 적지를 도출하기위해 서식지 평가 방법을 이용하였다. 서식지 평가 방법은 HEP(Habitat Evaluation Procedure)를 이용하여 대상 해조류가 서식하기에 적합한지를 고려하여 수행하였다. 그 결과 바다숲 조성 해역에서 바다숲을 시설하기에 최적으로 예측되는 곳을 계량적으로 선정할 수 있었으며, 적지 선정에는 수심의 변화에 따른 인자인 광조건과 파랑의 변화 여부가 적지의 공간적 변동에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 선정된 적지의 총 면적은 18ha로 분석되었으며, 서식 적합 지수(Habitat Suitability Index, HSI)에 의해 분석된 서식지의 질을 계량화한 결과 0.55~0.907(최고치는 1.0) 사이의 범위를 보였고, 선정된 적지가 등 수심선 방향을 따라 분포하고 있기 때문에 바다숲 조성지에 기반 시설인 해중림초를 투하할 때, 수심에 수평 방향의 띠 형태로 시설하는 것이 가장 바람직할 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this research is to examine resource characteristics affecting the overall recreation suitability of natural recreation forest. On the basis of resource-based approach, we had constructed a conceptual framework for this research and found one dependent variable of the overall recreation suitability and eight independent variables, representing characteristics of recreation resource. After questionnaire surveying of 690 visitors from 10 among 72 natural recreation forests in Korea. We have analyzed the data using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression method. We have found that 1) physical factor of recreation resources turned out to be statistically insignificant and the direction of relationship between independent variable and dependent variable is the same as that of dependent variable, 2) noise, sound and smell turned out to be the most important variable in terms of magnitude of independent variable and wild life turned out to be the next important variable, and 3) noise, sound and smell turned out to have aboutn 3.3 times greater thant that of landscape, judging from the absolute value of standardized regression coefficient. The research findings can be used for planning and designing of natural recreation forests based on recreation suitability of forest resources, and will provide pertinent guidelines for management of recreation resources of natural recreation forests. The approach and method of evaluating recreation suitability employed in this research provide us valid and reliable results and will be highly useful in other resource-based recreation development. We suggest that the differences in recreation suitability between private and public recreation forests and the relationship between user-satisfaction and recreation suitability of natural recreation forests must be examined in the future research.

본 논문은 도시지역의 폐기물 매립지의 적지선정에 GIS기법을 적용한 사례연구를 제시한 것이다. 폐기물 매립지의 적지분석을 위한 여러 가지 평가인자들을 결정하고 데이터의 수집, 입력, 변환을 통하여 데이터베이스가 구축되었다. 또한 위성영상의 처리에 의해 대상지역의 최근 토지피복 분류와 식생활력도(NDVI) 데이터가 평가인자로서 GIS데이터에 통합되었다. 사회경제적 인자와 자연환경적 인자로 구분되는 1차 분류 평가인자들의 가중치를 이원비교법에 의해 결정된 2차분류 평가인자들의 가중치와 조합하여 분석하였다. 사례연구의 결과, 여러 가지 평가기준에 따른 적합성 분석이 가능하였으며, 사회경제적 인자를 중요하게 간주하는 관점에서 2차 분류 평가인자들의 가중치를 중요도에 따라 다르게 부여한 경우에서 가장 높은 적합도가 얻어졌다.

이 연구는 학습에서 중요한 요소인 의사소통으로서의 수학이 우리나라 2007 개정 초등학교 수학 교과서에 어떻게 반영됐는지를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 의사소통 활동의 적합성, 용어 기호 사용의 적합성, 문어적 표현의 적합성, 시각적 표현의 적합성, 수학 및 교육과정과의 부합성이라는 기준에 따라 교과서를 분석해본 결과 교육과정의 의도를 잘 반영하는 부분도 있지만 용어의 사용이나 여러 표현에 있어서 미숙한 부분도 많이 발견되었다. 앞으로 교과서를 제작할 때 교과서 저자들 사이의 의사소통, 저자와 작가, 삽화가 등과 충분한 논의가 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

This research intends to observe the effects of social capital regarding fashion social enterprises on the community sense of participating consumers, and verify the relationship of the effects that such social capital and community sense have on sustainability formation variable(shared values, suitability of values, behavioral flow, cognitive belief and long-term relationship orientation) of social enterprises. For such analysis, a sample of 400 consumers with experience of purchasing products of fashion social enterprises more than once was utilized, and path analysis was conducted utilizing AMOS 20.0. As a result of this research, first, information sharing, social participation among the characteristic factors of social enterprises' social capital had a meaningful impact on shared values, and self-pursuit and significance meaningfully affected the suitability of values. Second, mutual influence, sense of belonging, satisfaction of needs and emotional bond among the characteristic factors of community sense between social enterprises and consumers meaningfully affected shared values, whereas mutual influence, sense of belonging and emotional bond substantially influenced suitability of values. Third, shared values and suitability of values affected the relationship between behavioral flow and cognitive trust, and behavioral flow and cognitive trust both had meaningful impact on long-term relationship orientation.

In this study, device suitability analysis is performed by comparing the performance of SiC MOSFET and GaN Transistor, which are WBG power semiconductor devices in the induction heating (IH) system. WBG devices have the advantages of low conduction resistance, switching losses, and fast switching due to their excellent physical properties, which can achieve high output power and efficiency in IH systems. In this study, SiC and GaN are applied to a general half-bridge series resonant converter topology to compare the conduction loss, switching loss, reverse conduction loss, and thermal performance of the device in consideration of device characteristics and circuit conditions. On this basis, device suitability in the IH system is analyzed. A half-bridge series resonant converter prototype using the SiC and GaN of a 650-V rating is constructed to verify device suitability through performance comparison and verified through an experimental comparison of power loss and thermal performance.

Dipterocarps (Dipterocarpaceae) is a dominant tree family of tropical rainforest in Southeast Asia. Dipterocarps have been exploited for its timber and disappearing fast in East Kalimantan. In this study, we predicted the distribution of dipterocarpus, one of the main dipterocarps genera, by evaluating its habitat suitability using logistic regression analysis with specimen collection points and environmental factors from GIS data. Current distribution of dipterocarpus was generated by combining the habitat suitability classes with an updated forest cover map. Rainfall, soil type, followed by elevation was the main factors that influence the distribution of dipterocarpus in East Kalimantan. Dipterocarpus can be found in a quarter of the current forest cover, which is highly suitable as habitat of Dipterocarpus.

The purpose of this study was to carry out land use suitability analysis of Seoul Metropolitan City based on ecopolis planning concept or environmentally sound and sustainable development. Objectives of the analyses were to save energy by increasing urban density and allocating urban land use types near to public transportation system, to increase food producing capacity by restoring fertile agricultural lands, and to enhance urban ecosystem by expanding and networking parks and green spaces. This study has two phases. First, the land use suitability analyses for commercial, industrial, residential, agricultural, and green spaces were carried out. Second, required urban land use .types were allocated based on ESSD concept. Two alternative land use plans were developed based on two population sizes:existing population of 11million and 4.4million derived by the application of ermergy theory of T. Odum.
