In order to control systems which contain nonlinearities of uncertainties, control strategies must deal with the effects of them. Since most of control methods based on system mathematical models have been mainly developed focused on stability robustness against nonlinearities or uncertainties under the assumption that controlled systems are linear time invariant, they have certain amount of limitations to smartly improve the transient responses of systems disturbed by nonlinearities or uncertainties. In this paper, a nonlinear fuzzy PID control method is suggested which can stably improve the transient responses of systems disturbed by nonlinearities, as well as systems whose mathematical characteristics are not perfectly known. Although the derivation process is based on the design process similar to general fuzzy logic controller, resultant control law has analytical forms with time varying PID gains rather than linguistic forms, so that implementation using common-used versatile microprocessors cna be achieved easily and effectively in real-time control aspect.

Objectives : This study aimed to introduce a new sacral lumbar joint distraction technique in the prone position in Chuna manual therapy for effective lumbar distraction. Methods : The patient was placed in the prone position. Next, clinicians contacted the sacrum and L1, L2, L3, L4 and L5 spinal processes. Then they were pulled in the direction of the head and leg respectively while pressing down with 30% force to maintain the lumbar lordosis. This is a more effective and safer lumbar distraction technique according to the latest knowledge. Conclusions : This technique can be used for lumbar disc herniation in addition to relaxing the existing lumbar muscles, and is suggested to be used as a safe and effective Chuna manual therapy.

Securing food safety, natural and social environmental protection, and activation of rural communities are some of challenging tasks for the 21st century. National consensus on agriculture as a basic and public industry would be needed to solve these challenging tasks. Agricultural policy and extension education should be focused on encouraging farmers to achieve better production and management by developing their motivation and ability. Systematic and organizational efforts to make a better environment for farming and farm management should be the major target of agricultural policy and extension services in the future. To meet changing needs of farmer, agricultural extension services should change programs, functions, information sources, and methods of delivery to adopt experiential learning for farmers. Functions for consultation, suggestion and organization should be extended and advisory services for farmers should be emphasized by providing extension education.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical application of oriental medical therapy(OMT) and psychotherapy to a somatoform disorder patient with chronic pelycalgia and hemiparesis. Methods: We treated the patient with psychotherapy such as relaxation therapy and suggestion. OMT that we used is represented by retention enema therapy. The recovery of the pelycalgia was evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). Results: Following the treatment the patient's pelycalgia and hemiparesis was improved. The sum of VAS score was rapidly decreased(from 113 to 28). Conclusion: OMT and psychotherapy have positive effects on the patient with chronic pelycalgia and hemiparesis.

This paper deal with the stability evaluation and suggestion of progressive failure slope in biotite granite area of Andong. Based on geological site investigation and field test, stability analysis of slope was performed in conjunction with limit equilibrium methods and stereographic projection. Additionally, initial design and construction procedure was critically evaluated. Series of the slope stability analysis reveals the detection of local wedge and plane failure under the current slope condition. It is additionally appeared that a certain synthetic behavior of circle and plane failure exists on the right spot where the overall failure's going in progress. In order to construct more stable slope based on the suitability for the real state of the slope circumstances, this study issues a solution to eliminate the primary factors which cause the instability, by means of the grade of weathering and RMR classification of rock mass.

GOP구조를 제어하여 양질의 영상을 제공하기 위한 방법들이 많이 제안되어 있다. 그러나 기존의 알고리즘들은 GOP 구조를 결정하기 위해 일정량의 영상을 사전 검토하여야 하는 과정을 거쳐야 하므로 계산 량이 증가하게 되어 대용량 프레임 메모리가 필요하고 시간적으로도 지연되므로 실시간 적응에는 적합하지 못하다. 본 논문에서는 매크로 블록을 기반으로 한 실시간 적응적인 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 매크로 블록 기반의 GOP 구조을 이용하여 효과적인 영상처리 결과를 얻었다.

In this note, we deal with a design problem for determining the levels of noise factors in the Taguchi method. Recently, Ree(2009) proposed a new method to determine the levels of noise factors that is dependent on the distribution of the noise factors. We discuss the original suggestion from Taguchi method, propose a way to compare the two methods and investigate the performance(mean square error) of two proposals by examples.

In recent year, as the demand about low vibration and noise vehicle is increased constantly. automobile companies try to a lot of things to achieve this demand. Gear rattle vibration become an emergency problem to be cured at idling. There are two kinds method to reduce idle gear rattle vibration One is optimization of clutch damper design parameters(stiffness, hysteresis torque, preload, length of lst stage) the other is system parameters modification(inertia, drag torque, backlash, etc) But these methods are impossible to estimate influence rate of each gearpair on the idle gear rattle vibration. In this study, 14degrees of freedom nonlinear model is developed to analyze influnce rate of each gearpair on the idle gear rattle vibration and the counterplan to reduce the gear noise is suggeted through the shift system modification.

Purpose: To Provide 3 main principles that needs to be changed for clinical practice and suggest the frame of clinical practice in accordance with the change of generation. Methods: We reviewed literatures related with Clinical Practice. Results: The purpose of physical therapy is to maintain the client's motor and functional ability and enhance the quality of lifestyle. To carry out the principles of clinical practice effectively all the physical therapist must be able to comprehend as follows. First, physical therapy can be different generation by generation. Second, technical terminology must be used when communicate. Third, There are certain ways of process in physical therapy. Conclusion: Physical therapist that is heath care professional occupation in health related, is in need of constant endeavor. Also physical therapist must train oneself self-directed learning.

This study was intended to identify customer's response to CRM of fashion business.488 questionnaires were distributed to male and female respondents aged 16 to 55, and then analyzed by descriptive statistics, oneway-ANOVA, chi-square test, and factor analysis. As a result of customer information management, respondents evaluated taste, interest and demographic informations as most valuable. But they did not value personal and credit information. For CRM concept, 4 factors were determined: continuous care and suggestion, particular service to important customer, customer management program development, and customer convenience consideration. For CRM activity, 3 factors were determined: customization, information offering, and programmed service strategies. Respondents were having positive attitude toward CRM concept and activity of fashion business. Among customer loyalty programs, they affected by immediate and direct programs most. The preference of customer contact methods was differentiated by sex and age groups. Males and teenagers preferred e-mail, and females preferred catalog and telephone connection.
