It is generally analyzed that the subject area of grassland development seen in the North Korea area following unification with the South Korea includes hillland, h o w upland, tideland, and other expected grassland development areas. Possibilities and prospects for grassland development become higher if such grassland is developed by methods of environmental affinity suitable to the geographical and environmental conditions of North korea. First, the grassland development has to be based on grass species which are both cold resistant and suitable to the climate and the soil conditions of North korea. In addition, research on adaptable species, mixture combination selections and grassland establishment methods should be performed along with the accumulation of domestic data. The kind of research can be conducted in such areas as Yenben in China(Yenben University), Taekwanryung and Taeback mountains, where geographical features are similar to those of North korea. This research is possible because research can easily be given access to these locations. Hence, it is desirable to prepare for the unification of the Korean peninsula by caning out basic and applied research, and by way of accumulating data in the relevant fields.

E-Learning is a modern main teaching method starting from the concept of remote education. This research is aimed for proposing cyber lecture library system and designing a cyber lecture component that becomes a basis for e-Learning system Cyber lecture library is a storage system of cyber lectures that can supply high quality data to the needed developers. Component consists of 5 categories and those are text voice, image, animation, and flash. By using this system the developers can save the necessary time and effort in education development. This system also helps students. The students can access various lecture data on a given subject and select the best fit for them.

The purpose of this study provides the conceptual and practical framework on the strategy to enhance services for the visually handicapped in the braille libraries. In order to achieve this purpose, the questionnaires, the interview, and the observation of the data collection techniques are used in the study, and the braille libraries throughout Korea which are in operation are selected as subjects for the research and survey. The results of the study are summarized as follows. 1. Most of the braille libraries, about 70%, are located in Seoul. It thus appears that this geographical unbalance cause the visually handicapped inconvenience in use, who is especially living at the regions where no braille library is located nearby. 2. To enhance the efficiency of the library services for the visually handicapped, first of all, the limited scope of the subject as well as the poor volume of the collections should be resolved as soon as possible. 3. Most of the libraries are neither equipped with necessary facilities to publish in braille nor secured the supporting instruments which facilitate to use library services for the visually handicapped satisfactorily. 4. The collections for the visually handicapped consist of the brailles and the recordings mainly. Because the visually handicapped is difficult to access and visit at the libraries alone, these materials are generally circulating rather outward by postal service than inward. 5. The qualified staff who has the very responsible position for reading and circulation is required to have educational background in library and information science, to have passions for the visually handicapped, and to have abilities to understand and translate the materials in braille.

This study is to develop a new automatic system for the Korean thesaurus browser by which we can automatically control all the processes of searching queries such as, representation, generation, extension and construction of searching strategy and feedback searching. The system in this study is programmed by Delphi 4.0(PASCAL) and consists of database system, automatic indexing, clustering technique, establishing and expressing thesaurus, and automatic information retrieval technique. The results proved by this system are as follows: 1)By using the new automatic thesaurus browser developed by the new algorithm, we can perform information retrieval, automatic indexing, clustering technique, establishing and expressing thesaurus, information retrieval technique, and retrieval feedback. Thus it turns out that even the beginner user can easily access special terms about the field of a specific subject. 2) The thesaurus browser in this paper has such merits as the easiness of establishing, the convenience of using, and the good results of information retrieval in terms of the rate of speed, degree, and regeneration. Thus, it t m out very pragmatic.

Objectives : This research aims to suggest a automatic data extract method for herbal formula combinations from medical classics' texts. Methods : This research was carried out by using Access of Microsoft Office 365 in Windows 10 of Microsoft. The subject text for extraction was 『Euijongsonik』. Using data sets of herb and dosage terminology, herbal medicinals and their dosages were extracted. Afterwards, using the position value of the character string, the formula combinations were automatically extracted. Results :The PC environment of this research was Intel Core i7-1065G7 CPU 1.30GHz, with 8GB of RAM and a Windows 10 64bit operation system. Out of 6,115 verses, 19,277 herb-dosage combinations were extracted. Conclusions : In this research, it was demonstrated that in the case of classical texts that are available as data, knowledge on herbal medicine could be extracted without human or material resources. This suggests an applicability of classical text knowledge to clinical practice.

The future society, a knowledge and information society and at the same time a lifelong learning society, may be defined as the society that will embody the concept of human nature to help all the members of the society live together. The conclusions on the analysis of the types of classrooms $vis-\grave{a}-vis$ the special skills and aptitude training for students, lifelong education programs, and direction of spaces with free access after school hours are as follows : The spaces for school facilities in each domain are elaborated in Table 5. and Table 6. For spaces for special skills, aptitude programs, and lifelong education programs, there are general lecture rooms, special classrooms, and arts and physical fitness classrooms since most of the educational programs consist of culture, jobs, and hobby-related activities. Spaces are divided further into those exclusively for specific subjects and those for common use that can be utilized after school hours. They are presented in Table 8. Based on the conclusion with respect to the laying out of spaces in regular high schools, exclusive spaces for each subject and spaces for common use after school hours should be separately arranged.

The National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws promulgated the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act (UCITA) in 1999. In 2000 and 2002, this Act was also Amended. UCITA provides a comprehensive set of rules for licensing computer information, whether computer software or other clearly identified forms of computer information. Computerized databases and computerized music are other examples of computer information that would be subject to UCITA. It would also govern access contracts to sites containing computer information, whether on or off the Internet. UCITA would not govern contracts, even though they may be licensing contracts, for the traditional distribution of movies, books, periodicals, newspapers, or the like. Part 8 of UCITA provides a remedy structure somewhat modeled on that of Article 2 but adapted in significant respects to the different context of a computer information transaction. For example, 808 of UCITA recognizes the focus in a license context for a licensor's remedy should properly be on recovery for benefit conferred or for lost profit, rather than on damage measurement by a substitute transaction, where the license is non-exclusive so additional transactions are permitted and there is very little cost in reproduction of the information and its redistribution. Section 816 of UCITA also contains very important limitations on the generally recognized common law right of self-help as applicable in the electronic context.

In the current field of Medical Informatics, the information increases, and changes fast, so we can access the various data types which are ranged from text to image type. A small number of technician digitizes these data to establish database, but it is needed a lot of money and time. Therefore digitization by many end-users confronting data and establishment of searching database is needed to manage increasing information effectively. New data and information are taken fast to provide the quality of care, diagnosis which is the basic work in the medicine. And also It is needed the medical database for purpose of private study and novice education, which is tool to make various data become knowledge. However, current medical database is used and developed only for the purpose of hospital work management. In this study, using text input, file import and object images are digitized to establish database by people who are worked at the medicine field but can not expertise to program. Data are hierarchically constructed and then knowledge is established using a tree type database establishment method. Consequently, we can get data fast and exactly through search, apply it to study as subject-oriented classification, apply it to diagnosis as time-depended reflection of data, and apply it to education and precaution through function of publishing questions and reusability of data.

This study is about the basis of satisfactions by patients : One is 'what factors of the marketing by dental medical service have an effect on consumers dental clinic' The other is 'what is the most important part when consumers choose the dental medical ser Seoul and Gyeonggi area unintentionally. Finally 446 people were analyzed. 6 general questions, 5 selective form questions when consumers choose the dental service, 11 satisfactions questions after treating and thought of reuse the dental service 6 (Likert scale) questions. Whether the choice of hospital dental marketing by dental analysis, both male and female hospital medical marketing and use of selected highly suggests that it does not respond. The resulting satisfaction analysis using the Hospital Dental Marketing consumer access to medical care, and then, a full explanation, comfort, quality and level, health care costs, treatment management, and symptom improvement were higher satisfaction with the item, select the dental healthcare after the analysis of the marketing of recycled doctors are otherwise subject the person selected from all entries equal to or higher than the average consumer satisfaction showed a higher medical doctor also higher reuse. Consequently, Through the use of marketing to choose the best dental healthcare need to providing quality care.
