The aim of this study is to select MLMA and Noen Eubanks as representatives of Gen Z's unique subculture 'E-girl' and 'E-boy' to analyze fashion images and determine their meaning through the perspective of persona. To conduct this study, a literature review and case studies were combined and fashion images of E-girl and E-boy appearing on social media were analyzed to identify the personas they expressed. A case study of MLMA and Noen Eubanks' Instagram and TikTok account posts showed that grotesque, kitsch, and gender-related images stand out. The digital personae demonstrated by E-girl and E-boy fashion images were demonstrated to be a strange persona that reject perfect beauty and a playful persona escaping from reality and anxiety. Lastly persona of individual identity was shown to be formed. This study provides a basis for understanding and interpreting Gen Z's culture and aesthetics that will lead to future trends. Based on this study, I hope that various studies on E-girl and E-boy apparel will be conducted, and that by understanding the importance of E-girl and E-boy culture for Gen Z (which is paying attention to fashion trends), this can be used as a marketing strategy to consider their characteristics, with data used to inform design development.

Lactobacillus sp., Acetobacter sp. and yeast were the most dominant organisms in the EM stock culture and subculture product. Lactic acid bacteria and yeast were able to grow in the fermentation process utilizing seawater. EM treatment of higher concentrations using EM stock culture and EM clay balls (1% or 4%) contributed to an early removal of malodor and an increase of DO in the polluted sediments, indicating an odor-removing activity of EM. The EM treatment of higher concentrations (1% or 4%) somewhat appeared to modify the microbial communities within the sediments, which was confirmed by existence of a few unique fragments from the stock culture based on PCR-DGGE. It still remains to be elucidated that EM cultures were directly involved in the malodor removal and potential sediment bioremediation.

The population of indole-forming thermophile was obtained for the first time several samples of soil and compost manure. The population was highly enriched by successive transfer in the tryptophan liquid medium treated with antibiotics and dilution subculture cloning. Both indole-forming thermophile might be a Gram-negative bacterium hitherto unknown, but its pure culture has not yet been established due to the inability to grow on the solid media.

The goals of this study are to analyze how fashion professionals' attitudes toward Grunge style have changed since the 1990s and to compare aesthetic features of 1990s Grunge style and the style since 2000. By searching Vogue and Women's Wear Daily articles from 1992 to 2014 according to the keyword "Grunge", three collections from the 1990s and 59 collections since 2000 were selected for analysis. Although Grunge collections of the 1990s were harshly criticized by critics and retailers as ugly, the more recent collections have been highly praised for both design and profitability. The common aesthetic features of Grunge style in the 1990s and beyond include loose silhouettes, mix-and-match layerings, plaid patterns, floral prints, and striped patterns. However, Grunge style since 2000 has new features such as ornate fabrics, handcrafted details, a formal and dressy look, and faux plaid flannel shirts in chiffon or organza. These features give the style a more luxurious, feminine, and refined appearance. The results of this study indicate that Grunge style of the 1990s changed high fashion beauty standards and today's designers and consumers prefer to mix various styles to create new ones. They typically do not consider the original spirit or identities of the varied styles.

Effects of various NaCl concentrations on salt-tolerant callus of tobacco were investigated. Selection of NaCl-tolerant (S) callus was conducted by subculturing Nicotiana tabacum cv. BY 4 callus in 200 mM NaCl-containing MS medium for more than 18 months. In spite of the long subculture period, characteristics of salt tolerance were maintained very stably. Significant differences were found in ion contents of each callus which was subcultured with treatment of various NaCl concentrations: Na+ and Cl- became higher but Mg2+, Ca2+ and K+ became lower with the increasing external salt contents. Therefore, the ratios of Na+/Ca2+ and Na+/K+ also increased resulting close to those of halophytic property. The contents of chlorophylls and carotenoids in S callus were estimated to 3.1 and 2.9 times more, respectively. than those of non-selected (NS) callus (control). The higher content of external NaCl tended to increase the amount of water soluble proteins and to decrease the amounts of the total sugars, reducing sugars and free amino acids. The activity of peroxidase was increased with higher contents of external NaCl in S callus, but it was maintained at a higher level than S callus at lower NaCl, followed by a subsequent decrease above 80 mM NaCl in NS callus. These results suggest that S callus may have a biological system converting energy source to efficient growth leading to reduction of the growth inhibition under stress environment.

EBV-transformed lymphoblastoid cell lines (LCLs) are used as a resource for human genetic, immunological, and pharmacogenomic studies. We investigated the biological activity of 20 LCL strains during continuous long-term subculture up to a passage number of 160. Out of 20 LCL strains, 17 proliferated up to a passage number of 160, at which point LCLs are generally considered as "immortalized". The other three LCL strains lost the ability to proliferate at an average passage number of 41, during which these LCLs may have undergone cellular crisis. These non-immortal LCL strains exhibited no telomerase activity, decreased EBV gene expression, and a lower copy number of the EBV genome and mitochondrial DNA when compared with immortal LCLs. Thus, this study suggests that sustained EBV viral activity as well as telomerase activity may be required for complete LCL immortalization.

The purpose of this study is to explore the culture of clothing of subgroups among adolescents by residence. In this research informants were selected by selective sampling and ethnographic methods such as field work depth interviews and open-ended descriptions were employed to interpret their culture of clothing. The results were followed. First our adolescents enjoyed the popular song as leisure and these popular culture was their inspiration source of style. Second adolescents were grouping the Kang-Bouk and the adolescents group preferred the style of popular singers and the Kang-Nam adolescents group preferred the musical competence of singers and specific type particularly Hip-Hop style. And in acception pattern of fashion style the Kang-Bouk groups accepted the recent fashion style continuously and wanted to be striking while the Kang-Nam groups accepted the various Hip-Hop styles and sought to comfort and suitability of that style. Third to consider the connotations of marketing the Kan-Bouk groups shopped on the street perceived as fashionable among peer groups and sought to the lower price but the Kang-Nam groups used the shops selling their original ip-Hop style without regard to the price and sites. Although there existed a two years' difference between the first and the second research(1996-1998) subgroups among adolescents according to the residence have had their own culture of clothing constantly. And a segmentation tendency by clothing behavior within the same adolescent generation is revealed more visibly.

Fetishism originated from the cultural and social products is related to many aspects of arts and sciences ; postmodernism psychoanalysis and subculture of pornography. Fetishism was reflected on fashion and now has been one of hot issues in high fashion, Waist was one of the erotic zone of body both in man and woman and sadomasockhistic fetishism was originated from physical damages on this zone. The aim of this experiment was to study what kind of fetishism was revealed on fashion especially in women and men's underwear fetish. In conclusion fetishism which has a long history and now been a one of popular high fashions in Western society is still unfamiliar to Korean fashion society. Researches of fetishism including deviant sex was still restricted in Korean society due to "Confuncianism" which has been a ruling philosophies in Korean culture. However the sex moral in modern Korean society is now being generous year by year and sex is no more a toboo to talk with. Fashion fashion will increase its market share in near future in Korea and 력\ulcorner studies of fetishism is needed.

Flowergenic callus was induced from the ovary surface of Allium fistulosum L. cultured on MS medium containing 0.5mg/L NAA and 0.5mg/L BA or 0.5mg/L kinetin. After 3-4 weeks of culture, the flower buds were developed from flowergenic callus. The continuous production of flowergenic callus was proliferated, when subcultured on the medium containing 0.5mg/L NAA and 0.5mg/L kinetin. However, frequency of flower bud formation from flowergenic callus was decreased as the subculture was repeated. Histological observation reveals that the developmental pattern of flower bud from flowergenic callus was closely similar to that of natural flowers.

The purpose of EMS is to provide emergency patients with prompt and suitable emergency treatments therefore it saves their lives and makes them recover fast to return to normal. The purpose of correctional administration is to return inmates to society as sound citizens after their service by providing various correctional education, reformational programs, vocational training and etc. In this way, the aim of correctional administration and EMS is like mutual agreement by their returning to society safely. Therefore this study makes some propositions like the followings for the safety between many inmates who can have physical injury and exposure to diseases caused by particularity of subculture within correctional institutions and the staffs who work for them. It is said about efficient pre-hospital EMS through various causes of emergency situation in the correctional institution, system, manpower, facility, equipments and problems and so on. 1. Recruit the first-rate EMT(emergency medical technician) as central role of pre-hospital EMS according to each correctional institution and working terms. 2. Equip specialized transference system with symptom of patients and purpose of transference. 3. Emergency medical equipments and first-aid medicines should be equipped for field and ambulance. 4. Educate correctional officers as first responders and inmates within correctional institutions about systematic emergency treatment.
