Protocols for in vitro conservation was developed for Coleus forskohlii. Plants maintained both in field served as explant source. Shoot tips and single node cuttings were used to optimize protocols for in vitro multiplication. MS basal medium supplemented with $0.54\;{\mu}M$ naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) and $8.87\;{\mu}M$ benzy-ladenine (BA) induced multiple shoots in shoot tips and nodes. Shoot multiplication was amplified with a gradual decrease of BA concentration, leading to its final omission after 4 months. Concomitant rooting on multiplication media enabled successful establishment extra vitrum. For in vitro conservation studies, experiments were carried out with 2-3 week maintained in vitro plants under standard and reduced culture conditions (SCC, RCC). In vitro plants could be successfully conserved in full strength MS medium (FMS) under SCC for 6 months without subculture with full potential to regenerate, producing viable shoots and nodes. The root production remained unaffected due to conservation, showing high rooting activity in mannitol and low temperature treatments. Preset low temperature (15 and $10^{\circ}C$) and reduction in media constituents does not appear to favour conservation, although the former accomplished conservation levels equal to (FMS) under SCC.

A stable cell line, BSBS (black seabream spleen), was established from the cells in spleen of black seabream, Acanthopagrus schlegeli, and characterized. Subculture maintained more than 60 passages and mophologically, BSBS cell was epithelioid cell. The cells grew optimally at 20℃ in Leibovitz's L-15 medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum with incubation temperature of 20℃. BSBS cells supported the growth of marine birnavirus (MABV Y-6), chum salmon reovirus (CSV), spring viremia of carp virus (SVCV) and hirame rhabdovirus (HIRRV). Thus, the new cell line may be useful for studying wide range of fish viruses.

Housing culture can be defined as a subculture that characterizes a society, a region, and a time period. Therefore, identifying the housing needs of people is an effective way of understanding the housing culture. The purpose of this study was to identify the research trend of housing culture since 1980s until the recent year based on the keywords of previous literature. Seventy-one research articles were analyzed using content analysis as a research method and analysis framework which was composed of 4 aspects - physical, social, psychological, and living/welfare - was drawn for further analysis. As a main result, housing needs in social and living/welfare aspect were increasing as time passes. In general, researches related to physical aspect showed the highest ratio among 4 aspects. Specifically, research interests in community and social relationship among neighbors, natural environment, and housing welfare has remarkably increased since 2000s. The findings of this study showed that the housing culture is the comprehensive result or the process reflecting the needs and context in political, social, and economical background of those days.

The possibility of strain improvement of cellulolytic fungus, Penicillium verruculosum via protoplast fusion was investigated. The cellulolytic activities of the six fusants, finally selected for their hyper-cellulolytics were 2 times of those of wild type and 1.2 to 4.4 times of those parental auxotrophs. It was confirmed that the nuclear fusion occurred in fusants by their DNA contents and nuclear staining with Giemsa. It was also found that the fusants were aneuploids, and their genetic stability was demonstrated from the subculture for four months.

People have regarded animation as the subculture for childishness or children compared with other art fields. Although many such aspects changed, of course recently, animation has focused on the commercial side rather than the cultural or artistic side as usual. However, the animation of art using various experimental expression is also continuously manufactured among short animations. Therefore, the purposes of this study were to look at Quay brother's animation with an experimental and an authorial disposition rather than commercial side. And then it is going to analyze the grotesque of . Moreover, it is going to consider the meanings who are going to express with this animation through grotesque expression.

This paper is aimed at investigating the factors to grow the new technology based firm(NTBF), K-MAC. NTBFs need an environment in which novelty is encouraged, employees find work meaningful and controllable, learning is incorporated into work, ideas and process improvements are implemented and a balanced focus of the internal and external to the company is fostered. With collaboration between industry and academia, Lynda Aiman-Smith made an instrument of VIQ(Value Innovation Quotient), which is consist of 9 factors, 33 items. VIQ Results can help the company to develop a better understanding of the organization's culture, and its formal subgroups. That is to identify subcultures in the organization, to diagnose potential problems or inhibitors of innovation, to identify organizational strengths for innovation and set a quantitative baseline. Using the VIQ,K-MAC analysed the subculture of innovation potential capability. K-MAC organized the COP(community of practice) with the young employees' participation and try to solve the real problem in the working place. This paper explained the diverse growing trajectory through the TPM concept and suggest for the future strategy.

The article examines the attempts made at economic revitalisation of Ljubljana's inner city and the consequences or "collateral damage" of this process. A lot of attention is given to the wider socio-cultural context, in which art istic practices are embedded in the city, and to the Slovenian population's perception of such practices. Artistic groups and their practices are in this sense used as part of an 'interim development' strategy, i.e. temporary guests(non-statutory tenants) are warmly welcomed because their (sub) cultural capital happens to cultivate the area, making it "cool" and attractive, but when the value of the area's real estate begins to rise their low-income status does not grant them any tenant protection. Regardless of the social role they played in revitalising the city, these groups are therefore gradually ousted from neighbourhoods, which quite ironically are often advertised in the real estate market as the city's "Bohemian" or "cultural" quarters. This makes us aware of the lack of unique alternative or informal spaces, venues for alternative art movements and practices in the cities. These issues are presented on the cases of the alternative spaces of Metelkova and the Rog Factory, both located in Ljubljana'sinnercity.

As a typical subculture, Goth exercises influence on our culture in broad areas. Features of Gothic style, such as dark aesthetics, images of death and fear, and erotic horrification, emerged as attractive themes to contemporary fashion designs. Based on the dark attraction of black color, Goth fashion creates mysterious and fantastic atmosphere as well as grotesque and horrifying mood. 'Hallyu' or Korean wave is a term to describe the phenomenon of fervently loving Korean popular culture. As the fast spreading Hallyu is strongly engraved through the visually conspicuous fashion, we can say that fashion plays important role in diffusing Hallyu. In addition, a number of analyses and researches on the Hallyu, including K-pop, have been conducted, while concentrating keen interest in fashion of Hallyu K-pop stars. Accordingly, this study is designed to examine relations between fashion of K-pop stars and Goth fashion after analyzing features of Hallyu and K-pop and contemplating Goth fashion. Namely, this study will analyze various Goth images shown in K-pop fashion, which is the core of Hallyu, and identify aesthetic features of Goth shown in the fashion of K-pop stars. An investigation and analysis of the Goth images shown in the fashion of K-pop stars identifies the following features : a black aesthetic, eroticism, defiance, reversal of gender identity, and mystery.

Health, a major concept in nursing, has not yet consistent or agreed upon definition. Although effective health care depends on clear communication between health care provider and client clear definition of health would enhance the promotion of quality in health care. There are no agreed definitions or criteria for overall health. An essentialstep would seem to be to determine commonly held meaning about the concept of health. Therefore, the study was aimed at identifying the Adult's perceptions of health concept. The subject's consisting of 312 adults, who were sampled through area sampling from May 10 to May 30,1988. The instruments used for this study were Health Conception Scale, which was developed by Smith, Laffrey's revised and tested its reliability. The data was Analyzed by S.P.S.S. program and the results were as follows ; 1. The results of the reliability test for content of health concept was $\alpha$＝.87. 2. The respondents perception of Health Meaning were inclined to emphasize the functional / role performance dimension rather than clinical dimension. 3. The perceptual level of health concept was proved to be significantly different by the variable : age, sex, religion, area marital status. In conclusion, adult's perception of Health Concept is revealed that functional and role performance dimension is more important than other dimensions. Futher study is necessary to clarify the structure of functional, adaptive, eudaimonistic dimension and systematic study with subculture will be and repetitive verification and modification of this tool is demanded.

A movie's fashion style delivers the overall atmosphere of the scene including the characters's class, personality, spiritual world and inner thinking and even their conflicts in the story. The movie 'American Psycho' directed by Mary Harron and based on from Bret Easton Ellis's original novel ridicules the American yuppie culture of the 1980's through the behavior of the hero Patrick Bateman. The life style of the yuppie sees itself as the high-class embodiment of a particular culture, but the various subcultures such as Glam and Punk show that it is merely a two-faced culture suffering from hypocrisy and mammonism. An analysis of the costumes found in the movie indicated an exhibition of the 1980's Haute Couture fashion, which was mainly occupied by the mainstream social class and of the social phenomenon of post-modernism. The anti-fashion presented in the movie as the resistance culture formed by the subculture was in extreme contrast with the expression of self-actualization.
