Japan's manufacturing is mostly dependent on the automotive industry in Toyota-Kariya cities. However, the nearby city of Hamamatsu is the home of a start-up ecosystem known as Japan's Silicon Valley. How is it possible to evaluate the innovative potential of each regional industry? What kind of guidelines exist for continuing R&D investment when companies' net incomes are negative in the face of the 'Valley-of-Death' or financial crisis? Is it possible to measure the regional resilience ability in the context of the financial crisis? Entrepreneurial innovation is defined as a real-option portfolio consisting of investment decision to commercialize R&D findings. The subcontractor system implies a vertical and tight industrial group. However, a start-up ecosystem means a platform for horizontal and flexible partnership. In this research, the data include the financial indices of each of 18 public companies in both regions between FY2009 and FY2017. The objective of this paper is to clarify the call option or resilience function of equity for R&D investment in the context of the financial crisis in both regions by using Bayesian MCMC analysis.

This study proposes a plan to construct an integrated platform that reduces manufacturing costs and efficiently produce by integrating the systems of main producers, production subcontractors, and raw material subcontractors for the production of food packaging containers. The production plan of food packaging containers and raw materials is established in real time between the main producers, production subcontractors, and raw material subcontractors in consideration of the demand characteristics of each product. It establishes basic information that all processes from the production planning stage to the forwarding stage of the product are linked to each other. The progress of each producer of interlinked processes is shared in real-time to improve productivity and quality of food packaging containers and raw materials and reduce manufacturing costs. By monitoring the system of the main producer and the production subcontractor in real time, the production of food packaging containers is performed in a timely manner, thereby improving productivity. The application of the plan-do-check-action (PDCA) process, which includes planning, execution, evaluation and improvement in the production operation processes of the main producer, production subcontractor and raw material subcontractor, enables improved production compliance rate. The contents of the main producers, production subcontractors, and raw material subcontractors are managed in real time, then a converged production management system is established through the platform proposed in this study to ensure timely supply and demand of raw materials without delay in ordering.

A submittal, as a part of three main project management processes: production control, submittals and change orders, is the transmission of information from the subcontractor to the general contractor to the owner, architect, and structural engineer, for review and approval. The purpose of the submittal process is for submittals to be approved in order to start construction. This benefits the contractor by ensuring that the finished project will meet the expectations of the owner. This paper analyzed a case study regarding the submittal process for the local-based environmental construction company, which typically works as a subcontractor and may hire other subcontractors for additional work when applicable. The aim of this study was to roughly evaluate a project management process and understand the submittal process through the study of a case involving the local company.

하도급관리는 하도급업체를 전문화, 계열화하여 성공적인 건설프로젝트를 수행하는데 있다. 품질관리에서 하도급관리는 하도급업체의 ISO9000시리즈의 품질시스템의 도입에서 그치는 것이 아니라 활성화가 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 효율화를 기하고 체질 개선을 하는 것이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 하도급자가 ISO9000시리즈의 풀질시스템을 유지하는데 저해 요인을 TQM(Total Quality Management)의 개념을 응용한 설문조사로 분석하여, 개선을 위하여 하도급관리자인 원사업자의 역할을 모색해 보았다.

In recent, most of automobile industries adopt the concept of Just In Time production. The paternal manufacturers require their suppliers to supply parts just in time. It is very important for a subcontractor to produce the parts in the appointed time of delivery. This study develops a production information system for Woosin Industry, which is one of such subcontractor of Hundai Motors Company(HNC). The system is developed on Client/Server system. Firstly, three modules are developed, i.e., scheduling module to make a schedule, the subsystem of sales management to deal with the information about order of HMC, delivery of parts, and bill collecting, and the module for supporting material requirement planning and purchace of material.

The relationship between the subcontractor and the subcontractor in current industries, especially in the machine manufacturing industry, should be developed to the "Efficient Q-C-D System" in which the three elements of consideration-Quality, Cost and Delivery condition, are in a state of equillibrium. From this point of view the two parts of a subcontract must cooperate in the whole activity: ranging from the initial products planning, through the manufacturing process, to the final usage by customers. In this report, we tried to present Korean machine manufacturing industry with the model of management system of subcontracts in order that machine manufacturers may assure the quality, reduce the production cost and enhance the productivity with the model.

Due to the work characteristics of shipyard industry, subcontractors are essential and employees of them consist of 25% of the total employee. Problems of their safety management are as follows; - obscurity of safety management responsibility - flimsiness of subcontractor's safety awareness - absence of ability to develop safety techniques and to provide safety equipments - lack of opportunity of safety education The purpose of this study is modelling safety management system of shipyard industry subcontractors to reduce industrial accidents by employees of subcontractors. A phased model contained organization and work responsibility of related departments, safety management planning and evaluation system, safe work supporting system, safety education supporting system.

Most of the construction works in domestic are not direct undertaking work, but by a contract method including subcontracting. Therefore, a general contractor for each project jointly carry out construction work with a specialty contractor for each engineering type. However, in terms of contract, this method is not a joint venture contract, but a subcontract. Accordingly, this system can cause various problems between the prime contractor and the subcontractor. Therefore, this study aims to extract and present the actual obstacle factors in terms of specialty contract company performing specialty construction work for construction project. The presented contents are expected to present the standard for the cooperation system that the prime contractor and the subcontractor can win-win.

본 논문은 건설협력업체의 핵심역량 대하여 일반회귀분석과 퍼지회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이것은 핵심역량이 건설협력업체의 등급에 어느 정도 영향을 주는 지에 대하여 두 종류의 회귀분석으로 확인하기 위한 것이다. 건설협력업체 평가등급에 대한 일반회귀분석 결과에서 건설협력업체의 등급결정에 영향을 주는 핵심역량은 경영과 업체기여도 임을 알 수 있다. 건설협력업체 평가등급에 대한 퍼지회귀분석은 Min, Max, Conjunction 중에서 Min, Conjunction 문제는 100%의 신뢰성이 있어 활용이 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 이상으로부터 일반회귀분석은 종속변수인 건설협력업체의 평가등급에 영향을 주는 핵심역량의 파악이 가능하며, 퍼지회귀분석은 주어진 퍼지출력데이터를 완전히 포함하던지 걸쳐지던지 한 점에 일치하는 건설협력업체 평가등급의 추정치를 보여 주고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

Incheon international airport has been successful, that is, the winner of Airport Service Quality (ASQ) evaluation performed by ACI(Airport Council International) for nine consecutive years. It goes without saying that such an outstanding performance was made not only by airport authority itself but by the collaboration among subcontractors at Incheon international airport. Since Incheon airport is showing more than 80% of outsourcing rate, it is important to mention and study the roles and functions of subcontractors who has made a major contribution to ASQ performance. According to empirical research in this paper, it was found out service attitude, communication skill and interdependence between airport authority and subcontractors were important factors affecting the ASQ score. It is also analyzed that those independent factors have an impact on ASQ performance through the intermediate factor of trust. As a result, service attitude and interdependence between airport authority and subcontractors have statistically a significant effect to the relational satisfaction and ASQ performance. It could be concluded that trust is significant factor determining the causal relationship among service attitude, communication skill, relational satisfaction and ASQ score.
