이 연구는 편목업무 아웃소싱의 효과 분석을 위한 이론적 근거를 확보하는데 궁극적인 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해, 이 연구에서는 (1) 편목업무에 아웃소싱이 도입되게 된 배경을 살펴보았고, (2) 편목업무의 아웃소싱을 둘러싼 찬반 논쟁을 소개하였으며, (3) 아웃소싱을 옹호하는 도서관 사람들의 논리를 이론적 관점에서 검토하였으며, (4) 그러한 옹호 논리에서 발견되는 방법론적 한계를 드러내 보이고자 하였다. 끝으로, (5) 아웃소싱의 효과를 과학적으로 분석해 내기 위한 새로운 방법론을 모색해 봄으로써 후속 연구를 통해 개발하고자 하는 평가도구의 이론적 토대를 마련하고자 하였다.

Construction labor provider system is requested system by professional construction companys of profitless caused by directly hire of construction labor and labor management of difficulty after construction participants system abolition. The relationship between the subcontractor and the subcontractor in current industries, especially in the machine manufacturing industry, should be developed to the "Efficient Q-C-D System" in which the three elements of consideration-Quality, Cost and Delivery condition, are in a state of equillibrium. From this point of view the two parts of a subcontract must cooperate in the whole activity: ranging from the initial products planning, through the manufacturing process, to the final usage by customers. In this report, we tried to present Korean machine manufacturing industry with the model of management system of subcontracts in order that machine manufacturers may assure the quality, reduce the production cost and enhance the productivity with the model.

Subcontracting business than the contracting business in shipbuilding industry is a lot of hazardous job and highly accident because of highly work intensity. In order to prevent the accidents, there is a need to analyze characteristic. of shipbuilding, to apply measures of risk assessment. In this paper, I suggested an improvement of the risk assessment through the actual condition research in shipbuilding industry. In the research method, I analysed accidents occurred until 2011-2013. Carried out the actual site survey while two weeks in May 2014. As a result, 1) The main pattern were caught-in or between, fall on the high level according to analyzed accidents. 2) To apply the weight show clear of magnitude for risk assessment. 3) Risk estimation of risk assessment is desirable to be quantization by accidents analysis, and to be greater than or equal to 4 steps.

By analyzing five in-depth case studies of suppliers in newly emerging Vietnam's motorcycle industry, this paper explores the differences in patterns and processes of capability improvement of suppliers who participate in different kinds of supplier-assembler network with different structures. The paper finds the correlation between the kinds of suppliers' capabilities improved and the structure of networks they participate in. While suppliers in arm-length networks can improve more upstream capabilities (structure design, process desist), suppliers in embedded networks can improve more downstream capabilities (process design, process setup, process maintenance and delivery control). Two capability improvement patterns of firms in newly emerging economy are indicated. The first pattern is asymmetrical improvement, either upstream or downstream capabilities, by participating in either arm-length or embedded networks. This pattern obstructs the suppliers to meet the requirements of new buyers rho come from different kinds of network. The second pattern is symmetrical improvement by joining both arm-length and embedded networks.

It compared subcontractor with contractor that are wages, the labor hour and labor condition of the work environment back are inferior relative. The subcontractor which basically the contract workers evade the dangerous process or the difficult work, the dirty work back what is called 3D the case which does to keep a business is many. so With life it will be threatened consequent health directly. The possibility where the subcontractor will be exposed to danger work came to be high. Consequently it prevents the subcontract which danger work is insensitive from this research and immediacy of the subcontract workers who is weak hygiene circumstance complement the plan it will be able to secure the immediacy safety&health subcontract workers, substantially to prepare in the hazard subcontract proprietor. Thus, this paper aims at presenting countermeasures to substantially secure safety and health of subcontractors by preventing ill-advised subcontracting of harmful and hazardous operations and imposing partial occupational safety and health responsibility to employers to enhance safety and health environment of subcontractors.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest field-oriented policy of regional innovation support system. To accomplish this purpose, we examined the status quo of technical support, performance satisfaction of consumers and practical issues. The key factors influencing core technical innovation of small and medium firms are development fund, R&D employees, experimental instrument, technical information, protection of intellectual property, subcontracting and so on. To make sure of practical effect, therefore, it would rather necessary to implement policy support linking government and supporting means on the ground of needs of small and medium firms than specific method such as funding.

In construction work, safety accidents often occur in combination with unstable physical and human conditions during preparation and execution of work. In Korea, the accident rate is higher to that of any country in the world. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures by fundamental prescription. In this paper, in the case of construction safety management, we tried to find a reasonable alternative through a questionnaire survey to apply to subcontracting and small-scale construction. In conclusion, workers who are well aware of the task could be able to reduce the accident rate by deploying them as safety management officers after receiving the training.

The private brands (PB) of corporate retailers are booming in Korea. This paper examines the effect of the rise of PB on Korean retail and manufacturing. By utilizing both store-level data and firm-level data, I find that the expansion of PB elevates the profits of corporate retailers but does not significantly affect, and in some cases even reduces, those of subcontracting manufacturers. This occurs not only because sales of national brands (NB) decline due to the launch of similar PBs but also because the imbalance in the bargaining positions of the two parties has caused retail margins to be set high while manufacturers' operating profits are set low. The paper provides policy recommendations for fair contracts and cooperative development between retail and manufacturing companies.

정부의 지속적인 중소기업을 위한 불공정하도급질서개선을 위한 노력에도 불구하고 불공정 하도급질서 개선대책이 아직 큰 효과를 내지 못하고 있다. 전기공사업 하도급 거래실태에 대한 조사가 미진한 상태이므로 설문조사를 통한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 국내외 선행 연구 과제 및 사례를 바탕으로 설문조사를 통한 하도급 거래실태현황을 조사하고 분석하여 하도급 공정거래제도의 개선방안을 제시하고 발전방안을 제시하고 있다.
