DTV시스템에서의 정적 화질 테스트를 위한 고화질 스트림의 생성 (Generation of high quality stream for static picture quality test in DTV system)

  • 본 논문은 디지털 TV 시스템의 화질 테스트를 위해 사용될 수 있는 정적 비디오 테스트 패턴에 대한 고화질 스트림을 생성할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고 있다. 이를 위해 정적 비디오 테스트 패턴의 부호화에 적합하고 양자화로 인한 화질의 손실을 최소화할 수 있는 사용자 양자화 테이블을 제안하고 있으며, 정적 테스트 패턴의 부호화 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 비디오 버퍼의 넘침 및 고갈 현상을 적응적인 제로 추가 방법을 이용하여 해결함으로써 최적의 화질을 구현하였다. 제안한 알고리즘을 실험해 본 결과 안정된 전송률을 나타낼 뿐만 아니라 화질 또한 멀티버스트 패턴에서 기존 방식 보다 약 3 dB 정도의 우수함을 보여 DTV 시스템의 테스트에 적합함을 알 수 있었다.

누비기법을 응용한 문화상품 디자인 개발 연구 - 색실누비기법을 중심으로 - (Development of Cultural Products using Quilting Technique - Focused on the colored tread quilting technique -)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop cultural products containing Korean beauty with modern sense by applying quilting with dyed threat among Korean traditional quilting works. Quilting with dyed thread using various colored thread expresses curve, straight and oblique lines harmoniously, is mainly used to make household goods such as a pouch, a spectacle case and a quilting pocket and a circular pattern, a cross pattern and a geometric pattern are shown in this kind of quilting. As for sewing method, half backstitch and full backstitch are used, and products made by this method are pouches stuffing pads in cotton or silk and quilting it finely to make patterns with various colored threads of stuffing cotton between linings and spectacle cases, a packet of needles and case of spoon and chopsticks which give various feelings according to arrangement of colors. Design of cultural products by applying the beauty of curves of hanbok, sleave-seam of jeogori, trimming line of dangeui. We expect that various cultural products with Korean traditional beauty and modern convenience will be developed continually by introducing the artistic strength of quilting with dyed thread to practical life.

TiN의 충진처리가 확산방지막 특성에 미치는 영향(II) : Cu/TiN/Si 구조 (Effect of Stuffing of TiN on the Diffusion Barrier Property (II) : Cu/TiN/Si Structure)

  • Cu와 Si사이의 확산방지막으로 1000$\AA$ 두께의 TiN의 특성에 대하여 면저항 측정, 식각패임자국 관찰, X선 회절, AES, TEM 등을 이용하여 조사하였다. TiN 확산방지막은 $550^{\circ}C$, 1시간의 열처리 후에 Cu의 안쪽 확산으로 인해 Si(111)면을 따라 결정결함(전위)을 형성하고, 전위 주위에 Cu 실리사이드로 보이는 석출물들을 형성함으로써 파괴되었다. Al의 경우와는 달리 Si 패임자국이 형성되지 안흔 것으로부터 TiN확산방지막의 파괴는 Cu의 안쪽 확산에 의해서만 일어나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, Al의 경우에는 우수한 확산방지막 특성을 보여주었던 충진처리된 TiN가 Cu의 경우에는 거의 효과가 없는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이것은 Al의 경우에는 TiN의 결정립계에 존재하는 $TiO_{2}$가 Al과 반응하여 $Al_{2}O_{3}$를 형성함으로써 Al의 확산을 방해하는 화학적 효과가 매우 크지만, Cu의 경우에는 CuO 또는 $Cu_{2}O$와 같은 Cu 산화물은$TiO_{2}$에 비해서 열역학적으로 불안정하기 때문에 이러한 화학적 효과를 기대할 수 없으며, 따라서 충진처리 효과가 거의 없는 것으로 이해된다.

565 Mb/s 광전송용 단국중계장치 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of the Terminal Repeater System for 565 Mb/s Optical Fiber Transmission)

  • 본 논문에서는 우리 나라 디지털 다중화 계위 5차군 전송속도 564.993Mb/s를 실제의 광전송 데이터 속도라 가정하고, 국내 565Mb/s 광전송시스템을 유지 보수할 뿐만 아니라 디지털 광전송용 통신망을 B.S.I.화하기 위하여, 단국중계장치에서 기존의 전송로부호들 중 최적의 전송로부호라 사료되는 mBIZ 전송로부호를 이용한 새로운 전송로 프레임 구조를 제안한다. 제안한 프레임 구조대로 565Mb/s 광전송용 단국중계장치에서 순수정보신호계열의 속도를 변환한 후 pulse stuffing 하는 방식으로 시스템 하드웨어를 실현시킨 결과, 전송 에러에 의한 연속적인 시스템 에러 파급 현상 즉, 도미노 현상을 방지할 수 있었으며, timing jitter와 동부호연속수도 억압할 수 있었다. 또한 광단국장치에서의 total BER을 10정도까지 향상시킬 수 있기 때문에 시스템 SNR을 2dB 정도 개선할 수 있었다.

"음식디미방","규합총서(閨閤叢書)","조선무쌍신식요이제법(朝鮮無雙新式料理製法)"에 수록된 시대적 흐름에 따른 부식류의 변화 (The Changes of Side Dishes in "Eumsikdimibang", "Gyuhapchongseo", "Chosunm usangsinsikyorijebub" according to the Current of the Time)

  • This study examined the changes of side dishes in "Eumsikdimibang", "Gyuhapchongseo", "Chosunmusangsinsikyorijebub" over time. As food ingredients, seaweed, red pepper, salted fish, Korean hot pepper paste have been used in "Gyuhapchongseo". The use of cattle by parts, saltwater fish, Chinese cabbage, powdered red pepper, garlic have increased in"Chosunmusangsinsikyorijebub". Cooking techniques, such as the use of wheat flour, a double boiler by the use of steam, and boiling and then roasting cuisine were mostly used in"Eumsikdimibang", but reduced in"Gyuhapchongseo". In "Gyuhapchongseo", the cooking methods are primarily aimed at a positive visual effect, and slices of dried meat seasoned with spices have increased. In"Chosunmusangsinsikyorijebub", various Tang (Guk), the taste of food changed by controlling the gravy content (Gigimi, Chigye, Chorim), meat mixing oil, vegetable and mushroom together to cook and boiling down the main food ingredients to soak the seasoning were increased. Dog-meat steamed dish using the intestine of dog in "Eumsikdimibang" was changed to small intestine of cattle steamed dish in "Gyuhapchongseo". And seasoned dog meat with choncho in "Eumsikdimibang" influenced on beef tail soup with Korean hot pepper paste in "Gyuhapchongseo", and Yookgyejang soup using Korean hot pepper paste in"Chosunmusangsinsikyorijebub". In steamed young chicken, the stuffing such as soybean paste, choncho, welsh onion, leek and flour in "Eumsikdimibang" was changed to minced beef, welsh onion, dropwort and Shiitake mushroom in"Gyuhapchongseo". The steamed young chicken in "Chosunmusangsinsikyorijebub" with stuffing was added to chicken soup using glutinous rice, and ginseng powder. Now, the chicken soup was changed to Samgyetang with glutinous rice, and ginseng. In "Chosunmusangsinsikyorijebub", various vegetable dishes were cooked with beef.

CAN 기반 휴머노이드 로봇에서의 데이터 프레임 최소화 (Minimizing Data Frame in CAN Controller Area Network for Humanoid Robot)

  • The Controller Area Network (CAN) is being widely used for real-time control application and small-scale distributed computer controller systems. When the stuff bits are generated by bit-stuffing mechanism in the CAN network, it causes jitter including variations in response time and delay. In order to eliminate this jitter, stuff bit must be controlled to minimize the response time and reduce the variation of data transmission time. At first, this paper shows that conventional CAN protocol causes the transmission time delay. Secondly, this paper proposes the method to reduce the stuff bits by restriction of available identifier. Finally, data manipulation method can be reduced the number of stuff-bits in the data field. The proposed restriction method of ID and manipulating data field are pretty useful to the real-time control strategy with respect to performance. These procedures are implemented in local controllers of the ISHURO (Inha Semyung Humanoid Robot).

  • LYNX ESM has not only ESM function but Datalink function. The LYNX boarded equipment Interface and Channel coding is needed for LYNX Datalink to support the mother ship with tactical data included threat radar analysis data of LYNX ESM, navigation data, Radar and Sonar of LYNX. The interface of loaded equipments are various protocol like as ARINC419/429, RS232, Synchro, Sync Serial. The Channel coding of Convolution-Scrambler-Interleaver-Bit Stuffing is applied for recovering the transmission data mixed with propagation errors in sea environment.

친환경 온/오프 다이어프램 밸브 개발 (Development of Eco-Environmental On/Off Diaphragm Valve)

  • Currently, most of all valves using at the semiconductor & LCD manufacturing process are packless type. Such valves are needed to have the functions to protect perfectly from the leakage of fluid by using bellows and diaphragm instead of the grand packing. But not only those valves made in Korea are not available at this point, but also advanced foreign manufacturers do not open enough their data on the basic technology. Otherwise although they open the data a little, they are almost data about stainless steel for pneumatic valves. In this paper, it was focused on the fluid valves for chemical & DI water based on the data of steel valves which are already using commercially. And also this study concentrated to collect the basic developing data of Eco-On/Off diaphragm valve by ourselves.

W-B-C-N 확산방지막에서 질소농도에 따른 Stress 에 대한 연구

  • Stress behavior was studied to investigate the internal behaviors of boron, carbon, and nitrogen in the 1000${\AA}$-thick tungsten boron carbon nitride (W-B-C-N) thin films. The impurities in the W-B-C-N thin films provide stuffing effects that were very effective for preventing the interdiffusion between interconnection metal and silicon substrate during the subsequent high temperature annealing process. The resistivity of W-B-C-N thin film decreases as an annealing temperature increase. The W-B-C-N thin films have compressive stress, and the stress value decreased up to $4.11\times10^{10}dyne/cm^2$ as an $N_2$ flow rate increases up to 3 sccm.

공기압실린더의 누설유량 계측에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measurement Method of Leakage for Pneumatic Cylinder)

  • In this study, a measurement method of leakage flow-rate for pneumatic driving apparatus is proposed. The existing measurement methods of leakage flow-rate of air need disassemble the test component. Therefore, there is no effective method to measure the leakage flow-rate while operating pneumatic driving apparatus. In this study, the leakage flow-rate is measured from the pressure change in an isothermal chamber that can realize isothermal conditions by stuffing the steel wool into it. Therefore, a wide range of flow-rate could be measured only from the pressure response and the leakage flow-rate can be measured during operating pneumatic driving apparatus. The effectiveness of the proposed method is proved by experimental results.
