인지행동 프로그램이 인지기능저하 노인의 인지기능, 우울, 일상생활 수행능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of a Cognitive Behavior Program on Cognition, Depression, and Activities of Daily Living in Elderly with Cognitive Impairment)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of a cognitive behavior program on cognition, depression, and activities of daily living in elderly with Cognitive Impairment. Method: The research design was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. There were 21 subjects in the experimental group and 19 in the control group among 40 senior residents in a Hall for the elderly in the city of S. The subjects scores ranged from 15 to 23 on the MMSE-K(Korean Version of Mini-Mental State Examination) over age 65. The length of time for data collection and intervention was from Jun 26 to September 1, 2006. The cognitive behavior program consisted of 'Facing problem behavior', 'Searching for a coping skill', and 'Training in the coping skill'. It was applied to the experimental group twice a week, fifty minutes per session for six weeks. Result: Cognition(t=-4.232, p< .001) and IADL(t=-2.939, p< .01) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Depression in the experimental group was significantly less than the control group(t=3.870, p< .01). However, ADL in the experimental group was not significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: These findings confirmed that a cognitive behavior program contributed to improving cognition and IADL, and to reducing depression in the elderly with Cognitive Impairment.

인지능 개선 효과 증진을 위한 백삼 추출물 조제 연구 (Study on White Ginseng Extract Preparation for Cognition Improvement)

  • Background: The study was conducted to elucidate the extraction conditions under which white ginseng has cognition-improving efficacy. Methods and Results: Extracts from white ginseng under different solvent and temperature conditions were analyzed for ginsenoside content and inhibitory effect on N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor and acetylcholinesterase. The total ginsenoside contents and amounts of ginsenoside Rb1 plus ginsenoside Rg1 from the 1st extracts (prepared with EtOH/$H_2O$ as solvent) were higher than those from the 2nd extracts (extracted with $H_2O$ after the 1st EtOH/$H_2O$ extraction). The contents in the 1st and 2nd extracts produced at $80^{\circ}C$ were also higher than those obtained at $50^{\circ}C$. Samples from the 1st extraction at $80^{\circ}C$ indicated higher inhibitory activities on NMDA receptors-whose excessive activation is thought to mediate the calcium-dependent neurotoxicity associated with several neurodegenerative diseases-than those from the 2nd extraction. Among the samples prepared at varying temperatures, the extract prepared at $50^{\circ}C$ showed the highest suppression activity on NMDA receptors. Note, however, that the extracts from the 2nd extraction at $50^{\circ}C$ inhibited acetylcholinesterase-whose inhibition could be a therapeutic strategy for neurodegenerative diseases with cognitive deficits and memory malfunction-more effectively than those from the 1st extraction. Conclusions: To enhance the cognition-improving activity of white ginseng extract, it is suggested that the extracts be utilized after being combined the 1st extracts (made with EtOH/$H_2O$ solvent) and the 2nd extracts (prepared with $H_2O$) at low temperature.

상품 개발을 위한 의료관광객의 선택 의도 분석 - 인터넷 정보 원천 기반 (Behavioral Intention of Health Tourists for developing the product - Based on Internet Information)

  • 최근 의료시장이 글로벌화 되면서 인터넷 정보의 중요성이 인식되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인터넷 정보를 갖고 의료관광 추구 편익 요인들이 관광 브랜드 자산 요인을 통하여 의료관광지 선택 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다는 가설을 가진 연구 모형을 갖고 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 건강 및 미용 추구가 인지 및 품질 매개 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못한 반면, 서비스 및 자연 추구가 인지 및 품질 매개 요인에는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 체험 추구가 인지 및 품질에는 유의하지 않았다. 그리고 인지 및 품질 매개 요인은 최종 종속 요인인 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나왔다. 이러한 가설 결과를 통하여 제주 지역 내 의료관광을 육성하는 정책자 입장에서는 기존에 제주지역이 지니고 있는 서비스와 인지도의 향상의 중요성을 감안하고, 이에 기반을 둔 의료관광 상품 개발에 기본적 근간으로 인식해야 할 것이다.

Hipbone 청바지의 밑위길이 변화에 따른 여대생의 청바지 착용 실태 및 인지 비교 조사 연구 (The Study on Actual Condition and Comparison of Cognition on College Women's Wearing Blue Jeans by Change of Crotch Length of Hipbone Blue Jeans)

  • The purpose of this study is to conduce the survey of three groups of college women living in different residential districts, Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and a district, each other, analyze the actual condition of wearing blue jeans, comparative investigate actual condition in each residential district of wearing blue jeans and cognition by change of crotch length and trend through comparison of cognition on dressed blue jeans with short crotch length. By which investigation, it was intended to understand their condition and propose of blue jeans as may offer fit with short crotch length. As the result of this study, it presented college women had hipbone blue jeans in order of $2\sim3$ and more than 4 in all of residential districts, they purchased hipbone blue jeans with crotch length in order of for middle crotch(23 cm) and short crotch(21cm) commonly in all of residential districts, and they care a lot for exposing back waist and hip of hipbone blue jeans without reference to residential district. They had a bad feeling for exposure, and as an alternative to deal with this, they answered mostly on 'wearing hipbone underwear' or 'wearing long upper garment', and there was significant difference between residential districts in silhouette and exterior fitness of crotch length among important factors when wearing hipbone blue jeans.

아밀로이드 베타에 의해 유도된 인지 및 기억능력 손상에 대한 김치의 보호 효과 (Protective Effect of Kimchi against Aβ25-35-induced Impairment of Cognition and Memory)

  • 김치의 EtOH 추출물을 이용하여 in vitro 상에서 DPPH와 ${\cdot}OH$ radical 소거능을 측정하였고, ICR mouse의 해마 부위에 $A{\beta}$를 주입시킨 AD model을 이용하여 김치 추출물을 2주간 투여한 후 물체 인지, T-maze, water maze의 실험방법을 이용하여 인지능력 개선 효과를 살펴보았다. 김치추출물은 우수한 DPPH와 ${\cdot}OH$ radical 소거능을 나타내었다. 또한 AD 동물 model에서 해마 부위에 $A{\beta}$를 주입한 control군의 경우 물체 인지, 기억 및 학습능력의 손상을 확인할 수 있었으나, 김치 추출물을 100과 200 mg/kg/day를 투여한 군에서는 물체 인지 실험에서 새로운 물체에 대한 호기심 정도가 높았으며, T-maze 실험에서는 새로운 길에 대한 탐색 정도도 뛰어난 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Water maze 실험에서도 도피대를 찾아가는 반복 훈련을 할수록 도피대를 찾아가는 시간이 점차 단축되는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 도피대를 기억하는 능력도 향상됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과에서는 김치 추출물이 radical을 소거함으로써 산화적 스트레스로부터 보호하여 인지능력 및 기억능력을 향상시키는 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 김치의 산화적 스트레스 개선 효과 및 AD 예방에 대한 상관관계에 대한 작용기작 연구가 이루어진다면 우리나라 대표 식품인 김치의 섭취로 인한 AD 예방 효과에 대해 명확하게 규명할 수 있을 것으로 사료되어진다.

인지와 낙관적 편견이 여대생의 산부인과 방문의도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Cognition and Optimistic Bias on the Intention to Visiting Obstetrics and Gynecology of Women College Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the intention of visiting obstetrics and gynecology of female college students by considering their perception and optimistic bias. Methods: The study included a total of 135 female college students under the age of 25. The data collection period is a descriptive research study conducted online from April 8, 2019 to April 16, 2019. The collected data were analyzed using the correlation of t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression using SPSS 20.0. Results: The degree of intention of behavior for visits to obstetrics and gynecology was $3.10{\pm}1.06points$ on average. Intention of behavior for visits to obstetrics and gynecology had significant variance depending on sexual experience (t=3.09, p<.001). The intention of behavior for visits to obstetrics and gynecology had positive correlations with the cognition of visits to obstetrics and gynecology (r=.422, p<.001), the optimism bias (r=.419, p<.001). Influence factors emerged the optimism bias, cognition and sexual experience with explanatory power of 30.4%. Conclusion: The results of this paper can be used to prepare the basic data for the development of educational programs to promote preventive gynecological visits of female college students. Through this, the preventive screening rate, the quality of reproductive health in women's lives.

중학교 남녀학생별 가정교과에 대한 인식 및 학습효과 -경남지역을 중심으로- (The Learning Effects and the Cognition of Home Economics by Sex in Middle Schools)

  • The aims of this research study is to clear the differences of the learning effects and the cognition of Home Economics by sex in the middle school and to collect the future-oriented educational dates, after implementing the 6th education curriculum. The results of the study are as follows ; 1. Most of students had the cognition that Home Economics is a subject matter of a needful knowledge and skill for the family life, half students a cultural subject matter for the modern life. The former was supported by female students, the latter by male students. 2. Most of students were interested in actual training fields of cooking and hand-sewing, had a strong interest about a field of physical and social-psychological growth. The differences by sex interest about significant in these fields. 3. Most of students had positive responses in the learning effects of Home Economics. The most useful field was cooking and the worst was the structure and method of sewing machine. 4. The shortage and the dissatisfaction in the learning of Home Economics were lacking of the actual training hours, the old-fashioned teaching methods and the shortage of teaching materials etc.

국가간 적대감 유형이 소비자 인지와 소비행동 방향에 미치는 영향 : 고립공포감의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Animosity Type on Consumer Cognition and Consumption Behavior Direction : Based on the Moderating Role of Fear of Missing Out)

  • The purpose of this study aims to investigate how consumer awareness and purchasing behavior are affected by the type of animosity against the nation. This study classified animosity into three categories: sociocultural, economic, and war-based. Additionally, the consumer's cognition toward animosity was split into two categories-empathic concernt and personal distress-and the direction of consumption behavior was split into two categories-individual brand avoidance behavior and collective bandwagon behavior. The concept of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) was introduced for the direction of consumption behavior, further validating the moderating impact. Structural equation modeling method was used to measure the general consumption behvior of Korean consumers' animosity. The results were analyzed using a total of 279 samples. As a result, animosity motivated by war and by economics had a substantial impact on empathic concern, while animosity motivated by socioculture had a significant impact on personal distress. Personal distress had a good impact on an individual's brand antipathy behavior, which in turn led to brand dislike and avoidance. Empathic concern also had a positive impact on the phenomena of group sympathy, which leads to identification of conduct and social conformity. Also, it was proven that the group that had a high level of FoMO reacted strongly to the phenomenon of group collective behavior.

지각과 인지를 바탕으로 한 실내공간의 빛 표현특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Expression Characteristics of Light in Interior Space based on Perception and Cognition)

  • Apparently light does exist even if it does not have certain form that an object might have. The history of architecture can be told as the history of light. As various master architects as well as scholars mentioned, light has been recognized as one of the most important aspects in perceiving space. Although there are complex multi dimensions in body sense and perception, experiencing space through light is preliminary formed by the outline to the degree of brightness. Light gives space specific and unique character by limiting or enlarging the space by wrapping an object or by reflection of material surfaces or by the intensity of light itself. It is fundamentally important to recognize the essential relationship between light and perception of space through various medias such as material, form, movement and so on. Three types of space perception and cognition by light that have been categorized after studying the most significant writings on light become the core method to further analyze the selected case projects. In this research, we will study how interior space is expressed through different light conditions with above mentioned characteristics and how such expressions can be applicable to the design of interior space.

  • 금융기관의 경쟁력을 창출하기 위해서는 전 임직원들의 경쟁력 마인드와 업무현장의 실제적인 경험에서 우러나온 노하우, 은행내외에서 생산되어 유통되고 있는 명시적 지식정보 등을 서로 공유할 수 있는 조직문화가 갖추어져야 한다. 여기에 지식정보관리의 중요성에 대한 인식과 발상전환이 이루어져야 한다. 이 연구는 지식정보관리에 대한 중요성을 중심으로 국내 은행들의 지식정보공유에 대한 영향과 그 인식수준의 다양성을 조사하고 분석하여 은행에서의 바람직한 지식정보관리의 당위성을 은행의 역할과 개선방안 측면에서 모색해 보고자 한다.
