본 연구는 대학생의 학업스트레스가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감과 사회적지지의 영항도 함께 살펴보았다. 연구 대상은 B시 소재 K대학에 재학중인 학생 320 명을 대상으로 배부하여 295부를 회수하였으며, 그 중 불충분하게 응답한 4부를 제외한 291부를 최종 분석하였다. 전공만족도는 학업스트레스와 통계적으로 유의한 부적 상관관계가 있었고, 전공만족도는 자기효능감과 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 전공만족도는 사회적지지와 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 마지막으로 각 요인별 영향에 대하여 살펴본 결과, 학업스트레스, 자기효능감, 사회적지지가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향에 있어 사회적 지지에서 정보적지지를 제외하고는 모두 유의미한 값이 나타났다. 대학생의 전공 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 학업스트레스를 낮출 수 있는 요인에 대해 연구하고 그에 따른 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요하며, 자기효능감과 사회적지지를 높일 수 있는 교육방법과 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다. 이는 대학생들의 전공만족도에 긍정적인 영향이 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시와 전공만족도 간의 LMS 학습효과의 매개역할를 파악하고자 J시의간호대학에 재학중인 241명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 23.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시는 LMS 학습효과(B=.65, p<.001)와 전공만족도(B=.62, p<.001)에 정적인 영향을 주며, LMS 학습효과는 전공만족도에 정적인(B=.19, p<.001) 상관관계가 있어 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시와 전공만족도의 사이의 관계에서 LMS 학습효과가 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 전공만족도를 향상 시키기 위해서는 디지털 리터러시뿐만 아니라 LMS 학습효과을 향상 시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of adaptation of dental hygiene department students to campus life, and to provide basic data to prepare management strategies for effective campus life adaptation. Methods: Three hundred students in the department of dental hygiene in Busan Metropolitan City and Gyeonggi Province were surveyed from October 1 to October 30, 2020 and 291 questionnaires were used in the final data analysis. Results: Better adaptation to campus life was observed in subjects who participated in club activities, possessed an extrovert personality, were well adapted to the dental hygiene department, and had no conflict in interpersonal relationships, thereby showing a significant difference. Regarding the factors affecting the degree of satisfaction with the department, the higher the degree of satisfaction in the major, excellence in major, and coping ability, the higher was the degree of satisfaction with the department. Conclusions: For effective campus life adaptation of the university students as a way to increase the degree of satisfaction with the department, increasing the ability to adapt to campus life through achievement of pride in the major and participation in various interpersonal activities is a possibility. It is necessary to develop a program to create an environment for good adaptation to campus life.

이 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 전공 만족도, 전공선택 동기, 전공몰입을 파악하고, 전공몰입의 영향요인 그리고 전공선택 동기의 매개역할을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 자료 수집은 대구·경북지역에 소재한 간호대학에 재학 중인 228명이었으며, 자료 수집은 2020년 11월 7일부터 11월 16일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 전공 만족도, 전공선택 동기, 전공몰입은 높은 것으로 나타났다. 전공몰입 영향요인으로는 전공만족도와 전공선택 동기가 예측되었다. 전공 만족도와 전공몰입의 간에 전공선택 동기는 부분매개역할을 하였고, 구체적인 분석에서는 개인적 동기가 부분매개역할을 하였다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학생의 전공몰입도를 향상시키는 기초정보를 제공하게 되며, 간호학 선택과정의 중요성을 시사하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate undergraduate nursing students' volunteering activities, volunteering motivation- needs, sociability and satisfaction in their major for those who take the social service activities, and to provide basic information for operating the credit system of social service activity as service-learning system. Method: This study is a descriptive study and the participants were 363 of 2nd- and 3rd-year students at a nurses' college in I City, who completed the basic course of volunteering, and the survey was conducted during April 2004. Result: The group who participated in counseling service as a volunteering activity was high in volunteering motivation-needs, sociability and satisfaction in their major. In the group who performed volunteering through circle activities, those who volunteered for children, who participated longer and who had an active attitude showed high volunteering motivation-needs. In the group who had volunteering activities during weekdays, those who took an active attitude toward volunteering showed high sociability. Those who were somewhat dissatisfied with volunteering activities, however, showed significantly high sociability. Satisfaction in the major, namely, nursing was higher in senior students, in those who participated in volunteering activities for the first time at college, those who had religion, those who are active in volunteering activities and those who were highly satisfied with volunteering activities. Considering that active attitude toward volunteering activities and high volunteering motivation-needs enhance nursing students' satisfaction in their major, it is necessary to upgrade the current volunteering activities to the level of service learning. That is, it is necessary to develop new service learning in nursing curriculum that utilizes volunteering activities as well as what they learn in major for community societies.

Purpose: This study examines the clinical practice satisfaction and major satisfaction of dental technology students who have experienced clinical practice to identify whether there is an effect on employment intention of satisfaction level as a basis for increasing the employment rate of dental technicians. Methods: A survey was distributed among 150 dental technology students, and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and frequency and correlation analyses. Finally, multiple regression analysis was used to verify the research hypotheses. All statistical analyses were carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 27.0 (IBM). Results: The students exhibited high levels of satisfaction with their clinical practice (4.20) and dental technology major (4.07). Further analysis showed a positive correlation between intention to work in dental laboratories and satisfaction with a dental technology major (practice; r=0.437, p<0.05); clinical practice organization (r=0.682, p<0.05); and satisfaction with the clinical practice institution (r=0.650, p<0.05). Statistically significant positive associations (p<0.05) were also observed between clinical practice form and environment, satisfaction with dental technology major, and school region (i.e., metropolitan area). Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that high levels of satisfaction with clinical practice and dental technology major can contribute to increased employment rates among dental technicians by promoting their intention to work in the related industry.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of nursing professionalism, satisfaction with major, and self-leadership on nursing student career preparation behavior. Methods: Data were collected from August 1 to August 31, 2014. Participants were 400 students who completed self-report questionnaires covering career preparation behavior, nursing professionalism, satisfaction with major and self-leadership. The SPSS/WIN/PC 21.0 program was used for descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlational coefficients and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The average scores for career preparation behavior, nursing professionalism, satisfaction with major, and self-leadership were 2.51, 3.80, 3,89, and 3.51 respectively. There were positive correlations among career preparation behavior, nursing professionalism, satisfaction with major, and self-leadership. Age, academic year, nursing professionalism, self-leadership, general satisfaction in satisfaction with major were significant predictors of career preparation behavior. Conclusion: It is necessary to provide career educational programs considering according to the academic year of nursing students and to develop educational programs to improve the nursing professionalism of nursing students.

With 1002 students around 8 colleges nationwide joining, the survey was on their knowledge before entering their school, and thereafer, the degree of their satisfaction in their major and professors & lectures. 1. When they chose their major, the most influential was their parents and relatives, the largest number of 435(43.5%) replied, About the motivation for selection their jajor, 454(45.4%) answered the most it seemed to be a bright future specialty. On that question, more freshmen(51.0%) answered theyu expected good trend than sophomores and juniors and more women students(48.8%) did so than men ones.(P<.05) 2. While 619(61.8%) were familiar with major before applying, only 68(6.85%) knew their major very well at that time. More freshmen(62.5%) applied in the state of well-knowing what their major is than sophomores and juniors did.(P<.01) More women students(40.9%) applied not knowing it than the counterpart. About the time for choice, 795(79.5%) answered the most one of application days. More women students(81.0%) chose their major during the application time(P<.01) 3. The satisfaction survey shows 438(43.8%) are satisfied and 165(16.5%) are not. More men students(47.2%) are satisfied.(P<.01) The factor their satisfaction is their major come together with aptitude(44.7%), 196ppl), and the dissatisfaction factor is the difficulty of the theory and practice.(30.8%, 171ppl) 4. If they could change their major, 454(46.6%) wouldn't do so, while 541(54.4%) would shift their major to other fields. More freshmen(49.5%) wouldn't change than sophomores and juniors. Neither did more men students(4938%) than women. Within the same grade, there's no meaninful difference.(P<.01) 5. On the satisfaction in the lectures of the professors of their major, 464(46.5%) said the lecutres are excellent, 102(10.2%), they are not. About the lectures of the liberal subjects, 193(19.4%) said are excellent, 365(36.6%) are not.

본 연구는 방사선(학)과 대학생을 대상으로 전공 선택 동기 및 전공 만족도 정도를 파악하고 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 시행되었다. 2021년 6월 20일부터 7월 20일까지 부산, 경남 소재 대학에 재학 중인 1~4학년 학생 308명을 대상으로 하였다. 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회적 동기 보다 개인적 동기로 전공 선택을 했을 경우 적응을 잘 하는 것으로 나타났으며 전공 만족도의 하부요인 중 일반 만족, 주변 관계 만족 시 대학생활 적응에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 건강한 대학생활 적응을 위해서는 학교, 교수, 학생 사이에 친밀함을 확보할 필요가 있으며 전공 만족도를 높이기 위해 급변하는 교육의 정책변화를 인지하여 학생들에게 다양한 교육을 경험할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 방사선(학)과 학생들의 성공적인 대학생활을 영위할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 임상실습만족도, 진로의식성숙이 취업취업스트레스에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 K지역 소재 K대학의 3,4학년 간호대학생 157명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문을 통해 데이터를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 간호대학생의 취업스트레스는 전공만족도(r=-.270, p<.001), 임상실습만족도(r=-.283 p<.001), 진로의식성숙(r=-.424, p<.001)과 유의한 상관관계를 나타내었고, 간호대학생의 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도(β=-0.005, p<.05), 임상실습만족도(β=-0.126, p<.001), 진로의식성숙(β=-0.369, p<.001)에 의하여 17.7% 설명력을 나타냈다. 따라서 간호대학생의 취업스트레스를 줄여주기 위한 교육 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하다.
