Emotional intelligence is investigated in terms of a composing machine as a modern abstract art form. Music has the longest tradition of being an art form which has an explicit formal foundation. Formal aspects of traditional and modern music theory are explained in terms of simple numerical relationship and illustrated with examples. The exploration of art in the view of intelligence, information and structure will restore the balanced sense of art and science which seeks happiness in life.

In a sensory evaluation, the data obtained by a result of evaluation have a wide dispersion and fuzziness because human sense organ is used as a means of measuring sensation instead of measuring instruments. These dispersion and fuzziness are caused by all kinds of time error and have a great influence on a sensory evaluation, but most of previous papers don't deal with these time errors. In this study, a comparative judgement capacity of an evaluator is discriminated by means of the eigen-structure analysis on the premise that evaluation value of sensory evaluators obtained by a paired-comparison become different by the order of sample presentation

Data visualization is the automation process and the discovery process to data sets in an effort to discover underlying information from the data. It provides rich visual depictions of the data. It has distinct advantages over traditional data analysis techniques such as exploring the structure of large scale data set both in the sense of number of observations and the number of variables by allowing great interaction with the data and end-user. We discuss the principles of data visualization and evaluate the characteristics of various tools of visualization according to these principles.

Based on the Hilbert $C^*$-module structure we study the reconstruction theorem for stationary monotone quantum Markov processes from quantum dynamical semigroups. We prove that the quantum stochastic monotone process constructed from a covariant quantum dynamical semigroup is again covariant in the strong sense.

This paper reports findings from a written assessment which was designed to investigate Chinese primary school students' understanding of the equal sign and equation structure. The investigation included a sample of 110 Grade 3, 112 Grade 4, and 110 Grade 5 students from four schools in China. Significant differences were identified among the three grades and no gender differences were found. The majority of Grades 3 and 4 students were found to view the equal sign as a place indicator meaning "write the answer here" or "do something like computation", that is, holding an operational view of the equal sign. A part of Grade 5 students were found to be able to interpret the equal sign as meaning "the same as", that is, holding a relational view of the equal sign. In addition, even though it was difficult for Grade 3 students to recognize the underlying structure in arithmetic equation, quite a number of Grades 4 and 5 students were able to recognize the underlying structure on some tasks. Findings in this study suggest that Chinese primary school students demonstrate a relational understanding of the equal sign and a strong structural sense of equations in an earlier grade. Moreover, what found in the study support the argument that students' understanding of the equal sign is influenced by the context in which the equal sign is presented.

Herzog & de Meuron have been tried to diverse skin construction process and effects on their lots of projects. The purpose of this study is an understanding of the characteristics on a skin construction of "Prada Aoyama Tokyo". The results of this study are as follows. First, Skin is an element for impacting inside spatial sense by accommodating relationship between structure and skim. And skin is not only something for expression but also spatial matter. Especially their principal of building form is an effects by relationship between structure and skin.

Comic book has a different story structure from western movies, i.e. New Character->reaction->food->master mediation->effect of food->disappearance ->conclusion. Comic book is full of media traits. The master is like a shaman, who console people with food of memory. Food also is a media, which carries message of memory instead of savor itself. Restaurant is a media, in which many events occur and rhetoric of rumor pervade. Foods of memory massage our feeling sense, like a media. In conclusion, comic book has a analogous role to that of Marshal Mcluhan's Media theory.

The purpose of this study is to understand an appreciation and a perceptive structure of "keijeok" image by Semantic Differential Technique and Factor Analysis. The data used in this study was obtained by the questionnaire survey carried out in Pusan metropolitan city. 15 adjective pairs in the survey were evaluated by the Semantic Differential scales graded 7 ranges from 1(very good) to 7(very bad). A total of 452 samples were collected by the survey and analyzed for this study. The results are as follows; First, 15 variables comprehended to "keijeok" image were estimated as a positive conception(LT 4.0). What's more, residents may perceive "keijeok" image as intangible and aesthetic aspect such as "fresh", "pleasant", "clean". Second, the result of factor analysis shows that factor I which express the major conceptual meaning of "keijeok" image tends to have intangible or aesthetic adjective pairs rather than concrete, whereas factor II which has the weaker meaning compared with factor I may represent a functional aspect of "keijeok" image. It can explain that the perceptive structure of "keijeok" image may be largely influenced by subjective sense, then added or concreted with objective conception or environmental situation. The results can be considered as an important matter which should be reflected at the stage of environmental planning for people's amiable and desirable place.

Two half circular structures are developed in the northern and southern blocks which divided by the WNW-trending lineament around Uiryeong-Haman area, southern part of the Gyeongsang basin. By displacing one half circular structure to the other one about 750 m, a perfect circular structure is reconstructed. Thus the WNW-trending lineament is a left-lateral fault displacing the circular structure. The NNW trending ridges are dragged with anticlockwise sense near the WNW-trending fault, which indicates also the existence of a sinistral movement.

In Lacanian terms, the real, which is a non-representative Ding an sich, is indirectly approachable only in and through language. This 'speaking of the real' is made possible through a restoration of the missing link between one signifier, S1 and another signifier, S₂, as is manifested in the Lacanian formula of metaphor. In Freudian terms of textual metaphor, the missing link is restored by substituting a new edition for an old edition of one's historical text of life. This is what this essay means by the metaphorical/dualistic structure of the analytic/literary text. And this is a way of talking about an intertextuality between literature and psychoanalysis in the sense of the 'text as psyche' and the 'psyche as text.' Applying the 'signifying substitution' to the Oedipus complex, the Oedipal child can find a meaning(s), "my erotic indulgement with my Mom is wrong" by metaphorically substituting S₂: the Name of the Father for S1: the Desire of the Mother. This meaning leads to the constitution of the human subject and the formation of the incest taboo, one of the most significant distinctive features of the human being as distinguished from the animals. We can see a similar metaphorical structure of S1-S2 taking place in the literary texts such as Macbeth and "Dover Beach": in the course of the stage of life being substituted for the primal scene in the former, and the plain of Tucydides for a bed scene in the latter, respectively.
