We investigate a uniform local asymptotic normality for likelihood ratio processes based on an independent and identically distributed local asymptotic problem. Our tool is an empirical process theory.

The demand for Wireless LAN (WLAN) access to use their network and the Internet is surged dramatically over the past year. Since WLAN provides users' access from anywhere in the workplace without having to plug in, it therefore leads the WLAN market to grow steadily. Unfortunately, the first WLAN implementation designed primarily for home networking did little to address these security issues. Moreover, although the 802.11b standard published by IEEE in 1999 improved WLAN connections LAN-equivalent speed and security from the 802.11 standard. However, there still are several flaws such as the weaknesses in the Authentication and WEP encryption schemes in the IEEE 802.11 WLAN standard. In this paper, we propose WLAN architecture for providing the strong centralized authentication, encryption, and dynamic key distribution on a WLAN. Additionally, this proposed architecture is able to support roaming users and is flexible and extensible to future developments in the network security.

Multiconductor transmission line(MTL) equations are solved by FDTD method to examine the coupling between incident electromagnetic fields and multiconductor transmission lines. The measurement of induced voltages on UTP Category 5 and STP Category 5 cables which are used as LAN cables is carried out using a TEM cell where uniform and strong TEM fields can be established. The comparison between measured and simulated results shows good agreement. It is also found that grounding of shield foil at both terminations and small grounding resistance give good shielding effects for STP Category 5.

Since subscribers, who pay the same communication fees, have a strong desire to take similar services with the other users, it is an important issue to provide fairness among those subscribers wherever they are located. Therefore, in this paper we propose a QoS packet scheduler that can provide fairness among wireless LAN terminals and evaluate its performance using computer simulation. The key idea of this scheduler is to reduce the CW value of the wireless LAN terminal that has failed in sending its packets due to channel transmission error in order to offer the wireless MM terminal a higher transmission priority which is the idea of service compensation. We evaluate its performance using NS-2 network simulator, compare its numerical results to those of IEEE 802.11e without this scheme, and conclude that this scheme can reduce throughput difference between similar wireless LAN terminals.

In this paper, which sees the Strong-ARM SA1110 it used the main CPU and RTP in VoIP system. It will be able to apply the information communication field it embodied. It used the Tynux_box2 with the hardware side and it composed a VOIP system. And it used the RTP which is a real-time protocol in software control portion. The development environment of the paper that used the Target board and a Linux PC for connection used the RS-232C, USB connection, Ethernet LAN. The VoIP the environment for a communication used the wave file in the substitution which changes analog signal with the digital signal. And For the communication of the both sides it used the socket. This paper explained the fact that against a general technique from the operation of VoIP system. Using the Embedded linux development board which explained an operational process of the RTP protocol.

In this paper, 60GHz band transmitter and receiver for wireless LAN are designed and implemented using the broband amplifier and mixer fabricated by standard 0.1${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ MIMIC process of MINT. Output power and gain of the RF transmitter are 0 ㏈m and 1.7㏈, respectively. Noise figure and gain of the receiver are 4.2㏈ and l5.7dB, respectively. Considering the sensitivity and LOS test, this system can communicate with BER of below than 10$^{-6}$ at a distance more than 35m. DSSS, which is strong for concealment and disturbance, is adopted.

The problem of estimating a smooth distribution function F at a point $\tau$ based on randomly right censored data is treated under certain smoothness conditions on F . The asymptotic performance of a certain class of kernel estimators is compared to that of the Kap lan-Meier estimator of F($\tau$). It is shown that the .elative deficiency of the Kaplan-Meier estimate. of F($\tau$) with respect to the appropriately chosen kernel type estimate. tends to infinity as the sample size n increases to infinity. Strong uniform consistency and the weak convergence of the normalized process are also proved.

The existing wireless LAN standard IEEE802.11b has many vulnerabilities from security point of view. The authentication mechanisms in IEEE802.11b have many vulnerabilities. As a result to complement the weak of IEEE802.11b authentication, the IEEE802.1x had been developed in the sense of providing strong user authentication with appropriate mechanism. But this mechanism does not perform AP authentication and there are also some weak points. And in confidentiality and message Integrity case, WEP is weak from key stream reuse attack, IV reuse attack and so on. For that reason, in this paper we propose secure wireless LAN system. Our system provides strong user authentication, confidentiality, and message integrity based on existing IEEE802.1x framework and TLS.

With the strong growth of social networking sites such as Facebook in recent years, the potential of exploiting customers on Facebook is increasing. Presently, trading activities on Facebook is rapidly developing. Therefore, businesses have become increasingly competitive when selling products on Facebook, so as to retain customers as well as to satisfy customer, which is of paramount importance. This study was conducted to assess the factors affecting the satisfaction of individual customers in Vietnam when buying goods on Facebook. This study uses multivariate analysis techniques (Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling) to determine the factors affecting customer satisfaction when buying goods on Facebook. Research results from 268 individual customers in Vietnam indicated trust and convenience are the two important factors related to customer satisfaction when buying goods on Facebook. Customer satisfaction is the result of consumer experience throughout the different stages of purchase. The more the shopping experience, the more the customers are satisfied when buying products. The price and products do not affect customer satisfaction (prices are easy to compare and products are easily understood on the Internet; hence, these two factors are not considered as determinants of customer satisfaction). Furthermore, this study provides recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
