The Simple Virtual Environment (SVE) library is the application programming interface fur creating the virtual environment easily. Even though it has a lot of efficient features, applying transformation to absolutely positioned objects is difficult. In this paper, we designed a simple method with which it is possible to rotate the absolutely positioned object freely. To test the method, we designed a simple virtual environment. The environment is designed with people, street and building objects. To reduce time consumption of displaying high-detailed people models, we only used texture-based objects. The person objects are modeled as quadric-shape and textured with front-view images of people. To make more realistic environment, objects always change its orientation themselves following to the user location. The result and the testing environment will be demonstrated.

For its simplicity and cost effectiveness in implementation, the Inverted DGPS is well suited for some specific applications like automatic vehicle location systems, where the monitoring station needs accurate position of the vehicles in the street. In the Inverted DGPS, the user sends its GPS position and associated satellite informations to the reference station, and the corrections are made at the reference station to get differentially corrected user position. A fundamental requirement in IDGPS is that the user and the reference station must use the same satellites when the corrections are made. But in practice, it is not often satisfied. Inverted DGPS is also suffered from performance degradation as the baseline become large like DGPS. IDGPS system using multi-reference station can resolve this problem. In this paper a simple multi-reference IDGPS algorithm is proposed and some experiments and analysis are peformed. Experiment results show that IDGPS can achieve the positioning performance as accurate as the DGPS can provide.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how future images are embodied in contemporary fashion design. To find out future images expressed in contemporary fashion design, this paper characterized the future society as information society, network society, pluralistic society, and global village. Cyber design and techno-style expressed through metal or lustrous material which is influenced by information symbolize future image. Also, minimalism which is characterized as simplicity and purity affects the contemporary fashion design. The network society which affets t the horizontal and functional social system diminishes the meaning of socio-economic status. Therefore, street fashion has diffused to high fashion, and the formal wear has tendency to be changed into casual wear. In addition, the meaning of status symbol in contemporary fashion design become decreased. The pluralistic society affects to search for one's own personality and identity. Also, contemporary fashion design is influenced by post-modernism and deconstructionism. In order words, genderless, ageles, seasonless, and infra fashion appeared. The global village emphasizes extension of universality in life style and search for world quality. so, ethnic fashions appear frequently in contemporary fashion design. Also, the effects of Korean traditional costume to contemporary fashion design has increased.

In this paper, an array antenna is designed far base station of a street micro-cell in urban areas. It has a rectangular radiation pattern. The current distribution of the array is decided by using a modified Woodward-Lawson sampling pattern synthesis method. To confirm the realization of the array antenna with rectangular pattern, 12 array antenna with a planar type monopole fed by stripline is fabricated and measured. In the results of the measured values, H-plane pattern of the antenna nearly yields a rectangular radiation pattern.

Vehicle platoons starting a stopline are dispersed while travelling along the street and the delay at the next intersection depends on the arrival pattern of dispersed traffic flow. In this paper, the platoon dispersion charactiristics of our country, especially the time gap between passenger cars and buses caused by the dwell time at bus stops, were investigated through travel time surveys. Based on the survey results, on improved analysis method of intersection delay is proposed.

Community noise has been great concerned in public. A traffic noise from a road or a railway has affected too mush damage on quiet living environment. In this paper, a measured noise signal on a street has been applied to extract a noise source and a path by using a complex cepstrum. An example shows that the waveform of the source and the path could be separated if a temporal windowing is properly applied.

In this paper, the noise barrier effect on the street has been examned. As a tool of the path analyses, a cepstrum analyses of signal processing technique has been implemented.

There are some kinds of greenfield in city. Greenfield is very important about cleaning air pollution. A green field is consist of street-trees, parks, river etc. Plants of greenfield normally take in carbon dioxide and exchange it for oxygen and water vapor; it now appears that plants can also take in other, more dangerous gases, through the tiny openings, or stomates, on their leaves. It is calculated the quantity of taking $CO_{2}$, and emission of $O_{2}$ and We analyse the economic effect about that in this paper.

Lane detection technology is one of the most important issues on car safety and self-driving capability of autonomous vehicle. This paper introduces an accurate lane detection scheme based on OCC(Optical Camera Communication) for moving vehicles. For lane detection of moving vehicles, the streetlights and the front camera of the vehicle were used for a transmitter and a receiver, respectively. Based on the angle information of multiple streetlights in a captured image, the distance from sidewalk can be calculated using non-linear regression analysis. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme shows robust performance of accurate lane detection.

This paper concerns developing a real time on-line light facility management system using internet and building a database system for control box and street light. Also, we designed the system to minimize the disparity with the conventional management system by referring to a old management ledger format. Thus, the proposed method may enable the system manager to administer the light facility efficiently and to reduce the manpower cost, and time economically.
