본 연구에서는 전처리 공정을 거친 천연가스로부터 에탄 이상의 성분을 회수하기 위한 탈메탄탑에 대한 전산모사와 공정 최적화를 수행하였다. 전처리된 천연가스는 탈메탄탑 상부의 차가운 기상류와의 열교환 및 프로판 냉동 사이클이 포함된 예냉공정을 거친 후에 기상과 액상이 분리된다. 기상은 터보 팽창기를 거치면서 생산되는 동력을 residue gas의 압력을 높이기 위한 압축기에 전달한 후에 부분적으로 응축되어 탈메탄탑 상부로 주입된다. 액상류는 줄-톰슨 팽창 밸브를 거친 후 더욱 냉각되어 탈메탄탑의 중간부로 주입된다. 원료 대비 에탄의 회수율은 75% 이상으로 정하였으며, 탈메탄탑의 탑저에서 에탄에 대한 메탄의 몰비는 0.015로 정하였다. 한편 프로판 냉동 사이클의 heat duty를 최소화시키기 위해서 원료를 분리하여 side reboiler와 열교환시킴으로써 냉열의 일부 회수할 수 있었다.

최근 유럽연합의 eSTREAM 공모사업에서 소프트웨어 분야에 선정된 Salsa20/12 알고리즘은 제한된 메모리의 8비트 MCU 상에서 AES보다 우수한 성능을 보여주는 스트림 암호이다. 또한 이론적 분석에 따르면 시차분석공격에 대한 취약성은 없으며, 전력분석 공격의 어려움에 대해서는 하위수준(low)로 평가되었으나, 현재까지 실제 전력분석 공격의 연구 결과가 발표된 바 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 기반 Salsa20/12 에 대한 상관도 전력분석 공격 방법을 제안하고 실험을 통하여 검증하였다. 실험을 위해서 프로그래밍이 가능한 8비트 RISC 계열의 AVR 마이크로프로세서 (ATmega128L)를 장착한 실험보드에 전력분석 공격의 대응방법이 적용되지 않은 시스템을 구현하고, 해밍무게 모델을 적용한 전력분석 공격을 실시하였다.

This research was planned to propose some suggestions on the management of stream water quality in the closed valley areas of the Puk'ansan National Park during July 1998 to June 1999. A closed valley area should designate whole valley area. Stream water quality monitoring should include investigation on cations ($Ca^{2+}$, $Mg^{2+}$, $K^+$, $Na^+$), anions ($Cl^-$, $SO{_4}^{2-}$) and suspended solids. A counterplan for stream water preservation and its practical application should be considered before closing a valley area. Also, the results of stream water quality in the closed valley areas in the National Park should be informed to the public. Discharged water from private areas such as a Buddhist temple, shelter, resting place, shopping center, etc. in the National Park should be checked and cleaned. We need to establish regulations on the utilization of stream side area in the park, and trails near the closed valley should also be included in the areas.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the forms and styles of pond at private housing in terms of diachronically influencing characteristics in the Choson Dynasty. From various literatures and records, we have selected 73 cases of pond. We have analyzed the types of pond based on square type, squared type with islets, and modified types and found the following results: 1) Chronically, shapes of pond had been chanced from the three prototypes into their features of deducting side or edge, adding a triangular or trapezoid shape, and installing more islets, and replaced their figures with gradually progressive from side having a straight lined shape to a curved one. 2) As for characteristics of arranging ponds, we found three patterns of arrangement - the juxtaposition with a similar shape of pond, juxtaposition with a different shape of pond, and the juxtaposition with a pond having different topological level in the light of the relation with a stream and a pond. We can conclude the two changed patterns of ponds at private residence in Choson Dynasty that the one had been transformed shapes of pond with sides of pond, and the others had been transformed juxtaposition with either a stream or a natural stream. From this research we can find an important implications in understanding patterns and types of garden in the Choson Dynasty from exploratory approach and in the future the relationship between topographical characteristics of private residence and Confucian ideas, and shapes of pond is needed to be examined in explanatory manner.

본 논문은 Digital Audio Compression(AC-3) Standard 인 A-52를 기반으로 하였으며 Borland C++3.1 Compiler를 사용하여 AC-3 Decoding Algorithm 구현하였다. Input Stream은 DVD VOB File에서 AC-3 Stream만을 분리하여 사용하며 최종 출력은 16 Bit PCM File이다. AC-3의 Frame구조는 Synchronization Information, Bit Stream Information, Audio Block, Auxiliary Data, Error Check로 구성된다. Aduio Block 은 모두 6개의 Block으로 나뉘어져 있다. BSI와 Side Information을 참조하여 Exponent를 추출하여 Exponent Strategy에 따라 Exponent를 복원한다. 복원된 Exponent 정보를 이용하여 Bit Allocation을 수행하여 각각의 Mantissa에 할당된 Bit수를 계산하고 Stream으로부터 Mantissa를 추출한다. Coupling Parameter를 참조하ㅕ Coupling Channel을 Original Channel로 복원시킨다. Stereo Mode에 대해서는 Rematrixing을 수행한다. Dynamic Range는 Mantissa와 Exponent의 Magnitude를 바꾸는 것으로 선택적으로 사용할 수 있다. Mantissa와 Exponent를 결합하여 Floating Point coefficient로 만든 후 Inverse Transform을 수행하면 PCM Data를 얻을 수 있다. PC에서 듣기 위해서는 Multi Channel을 Stereo나 Mono로 Downmix를 수행한다. 이렇게 만들어진 PCM data는 PCM Data를 재생하는 프로그램으로 재생할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 MPEG-4 데이터를 MPEG-2 A/V 스트림에 효율적으로 삽입하기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 mp4 파일로부터 MPEG-4 객체인 IOD(Initial Object Descriptor), OD(Object Descriptor), BIFS(Binary Format for Scene) 및 미디어 데이터를 추출해 낸 후, MPEG-2 TS 프로토콜을 이용하여 사용자가 원하는 시간에 MPEG-4 데이터를 재생할 수 있도록 MPEG-2 A/V 스트림과 동기화하여 전송하는 기술이다.

Relative bow-motions of a ship in wave are investigated by using linear theory. The relative displacement is assumed to be composed of incident wave elevation, motion response, dynamic swell-up and ship wave elevation. Radiation problem is solved by distributing sources on the hull surface and wave elevation in a uniform stream is obtained by integrating Havelock's function with centerplane source distributions. Relative displacements for I.T.T.C. S7-175 model are calculated. Dynamic swell-ups make the relative displacement larger except small heading angles. Amplitudes of relative motion on weather-side are generally larger than those on lee-side. Ship wave elevations in a uniform stream also give considerable contributions and our calculations are verified to be reasonable in comparison with experimental results.

Side stream cigarette smoke (SSCS) is known to be as harmful and hazardous to human health as is active smoking. In this study, we investigated the relationship between the exposure to SSCS and its stimulatory and subacute effects on the progression of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). A methionine and choline-deficient plus high fat (MCDHF) diet was administered to C57BL/6 mice for 6 weeks. During the first three weeks of MCDHF diet feeding, each diet group was exposed to SSCS (0, 20, $40{\mu}g/L$) or fresh air for 2 hrs per day and 5 days per week. Additional experiments were performed by increasing the concentration (0, 30, $60{\mu}g/L$) and exposure time (6 hours per day) of SSCS. According to histopathologic analysis and serum levels of Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT) and Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST), there were no differences in hepatic fat deposition, fibrosis, apoptosis or liver damage in MCDHF-fed mice based on SSCS exposure. There were also no differences in the expression of inflammation-, oxidative stress- or fibrosis-related genes between MCDHF-fed mice with or without SSCS exposure. Therefore, it is concluded that SSCS with current exposure amounts does not have additive detrimental effects on the early stage of NASH.

본 연구에서는 CFD 모사와 PIV 기법을 이용하여 실규모의 사이드 스트림 방식의 막 모듈을 대상으로 유입부의 수리구조를 개선하여 모듈로 유입되는 유입 유량을 수직으로 균등하게 분포시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 이를 실험적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 사이드 스트림 방식의 막 모듈을 대상으로 유입 유량을 수직으로 균등하게 분포시킬 수 있는 방안을 CFD로 설계한 결과, 내부 유입 수리구조에 유공 격벽을 설치함으로써 모듈내로의 유입유량은 표준편차 기준으로 약 40% 정도 감소됨을 확인하였다. 또한 CFD 결과를 검증하고 사이드 스트림 막 모듈의 편중된 오염의 원인을 조사하기 위해 수행된 입자영상유속 측정 결과로부터 유입구 반대편 유공에서 막 모듈 내부로 들어오는 수체의 유속이 상대적으로 커 수체의 모멘텀이 유입구 측벽에 강한 전단력을 발생하지만 유입구 반대 측벽에서는 사류가 형성됨을 확인하였다.
