국내 재난현장 응급의료시설 관리방안에 관한 연구 (A Management Strategy for Emergency Medical Facilities in Domestic Disaster Sites)

  • Purpose: Despite the fact that the needs for disaster emergency medical facilities to minimize casualties are increasing, research for emergency medical facilities is insufficient compared to research for DMAT investment. A management strategy for emergency medical facilities in disaster site needs to be proposed. Methods: Recently there was introduction of mobile hospital system using unit modular method, but it was found out to be used only in disaster emergency training. Emergency medical facilities in disaster site require various tasks. Examination for our research was carried out through consultations with emergency medical and mobile hospital expert because there is no practical use case to apply Emergency Medical Facilities in Korea. Result: In this research we proposed a management strategy to manage and operate emergency medical facilities composed of tent, unit module and container in the aspects of management efficiency. Implications: It is highly expected to establish a foundation for fast and accurate disaster emergency medical facilities deployment by applying the results of our research to Emergency response manual of disaster emergency medical service.

ETRI AI 실행전략 5: AI 전문인력 양성 (ETRI AI Strategy #5: Nurturing AI Professionals)

  • As artificial intelligence (AI) technology becomes more important, the demand for AI talent is increasing. However, there is a shortage of AI talent around the world, and it is difficult to secure. Therefore, it has become more important to nurture the AI workforce. The private sector and government in Korea and other countries are making an effort to cultivate AI talent, and ETRI has proposed "Nurturing AI Professionals" as ETRI AI Strategy #5 to meet both internal and national demands for AI talent. ETRI has suggested three key tasks to implement AI Strategy #5. The first one is to create a "top-notch AI talent training project: the ETRI AI Academy" to strengthen AI research capabilities. The second one is "nurturing AI engineers specialized in local-based industries: the ETRI AI Business School" to help supply the necessary AI workforce in the industry. The third one is the "contribution to AI education service for people: ETRI AI Literacy" to raise the public's understanding and utilization of AI.

  • 중국은 국가의 발전계획 목표를 바탕으로 한 기업의 사회적 책임(CSR) 정책과 평가기준으로 기업의 경영활동을 평가하고 있다. 이러한 평가는 중국 시장에 진출해 있거나 또는 진출을 희망하는 한국 기업들에게 매우 중요한 이슈로서 중국의 CSR 발전과정 및 특징에 대한 이해가 선행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 이에, 본 연구는 중국의 정치적 특수성을 기반으로 한 CSR 발전 과정과 동향, 관련 제도 및 기업사례를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 중국사회와 대중이 요구하는 CSR에 대한 이해와 경영전략으로 활용하고자 하는 기업들을 위하여 CSR 이행전략의 제시와 CSR 교육 프레임을 제시하였다.

Servo control strategy for uni-axial shake tables using long short-term memory networks

  • Servo-motor driven uniaxial shake tables have been widely used for education and research purposes in earthquake engineering. These shake tables are mostly displacement-controlled by a digital proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller; however, accurate reproduction of acceleration time histories is not guaranteed. In this study, a control strategy is proposed and verified for uniaxial shake tables driven by a servo-motor. This strategy incorporates a deep-learning algorithm named Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) network into a displacement PID feedback controller. The LSTM controller is trained by using a large number of experimental data of a self-made servo-motor driven uniaxial shake table. After the training is completed, the LSTM controller is implemented for directly generating the command voltage for the servo motor to drive the shake table. Meanwhile, a displacement PID controller is tuned and implemented close to the LSTM controller to prevent the shake table from permanent drift. The control strategy is named the LSTM-PID control scheme. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed LSTM-PID improves the acceleration tracking performance of the uniaxial shake table for both bare condition and loaded condition with a slender specimen.

Basic Seed Stock Maintenance and Multiplication in Indian Tropical Tasar Silkworm Antheraea mylitta Drury-A Strategic Approach

  • Daba ecorace of Antheraea mylitta Drury (Lepidoptera: Saturniidae), the semi domesticated Indian tropical tasar silkworm being reared outdoor; the egg and silk yields are dependent of genotype environment interaction. The insufficient maintenance and multiplication of its P4 seed stock need a coherent as well as scientific strategy to safeguard breed potential, being commercially applied ecorace. The sort-out lines of P4 stock studied over five generations highlighting on commercial trait up gradation suits for a tropical crop season, revealed enhanced performance. The line with high pupal parents (T2) shown improved fecundity (12.9%) and the line with high shell parents (T3) recorded higher shell weight (40.0%) and silk ratio (24.1%). While, the line of high pupal female and high shell male (T4) reveal enhancement in fecundity (9.0%), egg hatching (14.1%), shell weight (50.0%), silk ratio (35.2%) and absolute silk yield (52.0%) indicating the need and role of varied basic seed stock lines. The approach could improve economically vital egg fecundity and cocoon shell weights besides balancing them in same line for commercial operation. The progressive show of lines (T1 to T4) along successive generations (G1 to G5), in spite of passing through seed crop (Jul-Aug) and commercial crop (Sep-Nov) seasons emphasize their compatibility. The study infers that the strategic plan of combining preferred parental phenotypes, methodical selection for desired commercial trait(s) through generations with best possible genotype environment interaction has enriched P4 stock with elevation in needy trait(s) besides assuring choice of suitable lines for seasons and regions and timely replenishment of basic seed of Daba ecorace.

시계열 선형 분석을 통한 뉴로피드백 훈련 전, 후의 주의력 결핍 성향과 정서적 성향에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Reserch on the Effect Neurofeedback Traing before & After About Emotional and Attention Deficit Characteristics by Timeseries Linear Analysis : for Primary Student)

  • The purpose of the study was to examine the effectiveness of Neuro Feedback training by observing the pre and post brainwave measurement results of about 50 (experimental group 25. comparative group 25) subjects who have shown psychological difficulties in studying. attention deficit, and personalities. The study took place at Neuro Feedback training Center B. in between the months of July 2006 and May 2007. The methodology involved in the study included the Coloring Analysis Program of the Brain Quotient Test. As the brain waves are adjusted by timeseries linear analysis. the brain function quotients can reflect the functional states of the brain. Through the test, three parameters relaxation, attention and concentration-were initially measured for one minute each and the lowest parameter out of the three was selected as the training mode or improvement target. The training took place two or three times a week. for about 40 to 60 minutes per session. Because the clients have come to the training center at different times. the researcher sampled the results of only those who had attended more than 30 training sessions. The tool used to measure the psychological reaction was POMS (Profile of Mood State). while the tool used to measure the emotional and attention-deficit characteristics was the Amen Clinic ADD Type questionnaire. Hypothesis testing included t-test. The result of the study showed the Theta: SMR ratio of (left)p = .013. (right) p = .019. The result also confirmed the differences of both ATQ(left) p = .011. (right)p = .030 and SQ(left) p = .017. (right) p = .022. The result confirmed of emotional p = .000. attention-deficit characteristics p = .000. The result of the study suggest Neuro Feedback technique's possibility in positively affecting the subjects' mental state and attention-deficit characteristics.

와인교육프로그램 수강생의 충성도 군집별 교육프로그램의 중점관리점 도출 (Core Managing Points in a Wine Training Program Deduced by Loyalty)

  • This study aimed to classify attendants of a wine training institute according to loyalty for wine training service program and to deduce the core managing points in a wine training program by IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). Self-administered questionnaires were collected from 192 trainees and statistical data analysis completed using SPSS ver. 18.0. As a result of clustering analysis based on trainee loyalty from both attitude and behavioral perspectives, four classification groups were identified: a "genuine" loyalty group, a "latent" loyalty group, a "mendacious" loyalty group, and a "low" loyalty group. For the genuine loyalty group, the importance of total service quality was 4.32 on average whereas the performance was measured as 4.22; thus there was little difference between importance to quality and performance. However, for the other three groups, especially the low loyalty group, there were significant wide gaps between importance to quality and performance. According to IPA, different service quality items were posted on the 'Focus here' quadrant (a domain with high service quality importance but low performance) by group, while the other three quadrants had several common items regardless of the group. Finally, the core quality managing points were different depending on the level of trainee loyalty. Therefore, it is necessary to plan and conduct a wine training program that reflects the characteristics and needs of its students, which will lead to a differentiated management strategy according to the level of loyalty.

  • The article reveals and theoretically substantiates the trends of foreign language teachers' professional training in universities of Ukraine in terms of European integration, which are systematized in three areas: macro-level (system of education), meso-level (universities) and micro-level (subjects of educational process). The article aims to substantiate the trends of foreign language teacher training in the context of European integration and the main directions of creative use of constructive ideas of European experience in the innovative development of education. The article lights up the system for improving foreign language teacher training in universities, which is based on updated goals, content and approaches to the implementation of basic concepts, principles and features of teacher training in European experience, enable us to improve the quality of teacher training, its competitiveness in the European labor market. In the article developed the conceptual model of strategic development of the university in the conditions of European integration. It is emphasized that information technologies provide great opportunities for the development of professional skills and intellectual potential of future professionals. At present, the computerization of the educational process in higher education institutions is considered as one of the first and most promising areas for improving the quality of education. The article offered directions of internationalization of educational activity of university in the conditions of European integration. Diagnostic tools for the development of the university in terms of integration into the European educational space, individual rating and ranking of structural units of the university have been developed; main directions of activity of the laboratory of the skill of the teacher of higher school and methodical recommendations on the creation and the organization of work of scientific laboratories.

4차산업직종 공공직업교육훈련에서의 플립러닝 적용사례 연구 (A Case Study of Flipped Learning Application of Public Vocational Education and Training on the 4th Industry Occupation)

  • 본 연구는 4차산업직종 교육훈련방식 변화 요구에 맞춰 플립러닝 운영사례를 적용해봄으로써 직업교육훈련방식의 변화가능성과 교수학습 지원의 시사점을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 공공직업교육기관인 P대학 융합기술교육원 임베디드 시스템과, 대졸자 대상 직업교육훈련과정 중 총 2개의 학습모듈에 플립러닝 전략을 적용하여 시범운영 수업을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 플립러닝 적용에 대한 학습만족도는 평균 4.0, 수업추천 의향은 평균 4.2로 나타났으며, 기존 강의식수업과 비교했을 때, 교육훈련생 56.1%가 플립러닝 수업에서 몰입도가 더 높았고, 교육훈련생 36.9%가 학습 에너지는 더 소모된다고 응답하였다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 4차산업직종 교육훈련방식 적용을 위한 사전학습 참여에 대한 제도의 필요성, 플립러닝 지원을 위한 교수학습 역량강화 방안을 제안하였다.

적외선 영상, 라이다 데이터 및 특성정보 융합 기반의 합성곱 인공신경망을 이용한 건물탐지 (Building Detection by Convolutional Neural Network with Infrared Image, LiDAR Data and Characteristic Information Fusion)

  • 딥러닝(DL)을 이용한 객체인식, 탐지 및 분할하는 연구는 여러 분야에서 활용되고 있으며, 주로 영상을 DL 모델의 학습 데이터로 사용하고 있지만, 본 논문은 영상뿐 아니라 공간정보 특성을 포함하는 다양한 학습 데이터(multimodal training data)를 향상된 영역기반 합성곱 신경망(R-CNN)인 Detectron2 모델 학습에 사용하여 객체를 분할하고 건물을 탐지하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위하여 적외선 항공영상과 라이다 데이터의 내재된 객체의 윤곽 및 통계적 질감정보인 Haralick feature와 같은 여러 특성을 추출하였다. DL 모델의 학습 성능은 데이터의 수량과 특성뿐 아니라 융합방법에 의해 좌우된다. 초기융합(early fusion)과 후기융합(late fusion)의 혼용방식인 하이브리드 융합(hybrid fusion)을 적용한 결과 33%의 건물을 추가적으로 탐지 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 실험 결과는 서로 다른 특성 데이터의 복합적 학습과 융합에 의한 상호보완적 효과를 입증하였다고 판단된다.
