In order to overcome the disadvantages of banner ad, pop-up ad, interstitial ad, which are existing web advertisement forms, native ad is actively utilized. Native advertising is considered to be a useful advertising technique in that it can reduce users' rejection and attract attention. However, in recent years, there have been a lot of fake news and fake contents that have turned articles or video contents into advertisements. The purpose of this study is to understand how firms can coordinate and control native advertisements in a rational way. For this analysis, we conducted a survey of 308 social media users using quota sampling method. As a result of the verification, it was found that the more negative the perception of the evaluation of the advertisement, the less the level of persuasion about the advertisement and the negative impact on the website where the advertisement is exposed. In addition, this study examined the influence of the negative stimulus factors on the qualitative performance of the firm. As a result, it was found that source non-expert had the highest effect on skepticism on ad. Also, platform overflow has a direct effect on the evaluation of the website as well as the negative evaluation of the advertisement. Moreover, this study provides concrete implications for the subdivision market by verifying the differences between the paths according to the level of website involvement.

As there is severe competition in the global foldable display market, strategic technology planning is required. Patent analysis as a tool for technology planning has frequently been used due to data characteristics such as openness, formality, and detailed information. However, traditional patent analysis has various limitations such as quantitative approaches are limited in evaluating contents of patents and identifying core technologies of firms as they rely on number of patents, and qualitative approaches have time and cost problems as researchers have to investigate each patent on a case-by-case basis. In this research, we analyze core technologies of firms in the foldable display sector analyzing patent co-classification Network. Results show that the number of patent applications has rapidly increased since 2014, and 92% of these patents are held by two panel manufacturers, SDC and LGD, and two device manufacturers, SEC and LGE. Network analysis shows that the two panel manufacturers' core technologies are similar and two device manufacturers are notably different. This research provides implications to the sector. Moreover, this study provides unique results drawn from co-classification network analysis, and therefore, our research suggests patent co-classification analysis as an effective tool for technology planning.
This study aims to analyze the environment for the open-source records system and to identify the risk and requirements for the success of the strategy in Korea. For this, Chapter 2 presented a review of the strategic benefits of open source to public organizations, developers, and users. It also discussed the process of cooperatively developing and releasing the source code and the technology infrastructure supporting open source. In Chapter 3, six representative open-source projects in the field of records management were selected, and case studies were conducted. To derive comprehensive implications, we have divided the main development body of open-source projects into international organizations, international cooperation systems, national archives, and software development companies. We also analyzed the background and purpose of each project, the agents of development and funding, the governance model, the development period and cost, the business model and software architecture, the community composition, and the licensing strategy. Through this, we have derived four critical success factors. In terms of technology, a component-based design was required; therefore, we proposed a microservice architecture and a model-view-controller design pattern. Next, it was necessary to reestablish system requirements of records center and archives. Moreover, we also proposed a dual licensing strategy to allow developers to easily participate in open-source projects. Lastly, we emphasized a strong governance structure and an effective cooperation framework to create a sustainable community. For a record system to be open-source successfully in an organization-centered market, the roles of software developers and end users should be exercised more in the community. To achieve this, it is important to build various collaborative tools and development infrastructure from a planning stage to a centralized one.
A Collection Policy provides a direction to an archive, but also provides a foundation for developing practical measures of planning and collecting process. In terms of a Collection Policy, it enables detail collection as regulations or codes cannot be as defined as the level of collection, thus, it allows systematic and strategic approaches in collecting former presidents' records. In the case of United States, where the same presidential system exists as South Korea, although the individual Presidential Libraries and Museums have different periods of collections, the Collection Policy was implement a half century ago that is used as a foundation data for record collection. However, the Presidential Archives in South Korea do not have a Collection Policy implemented that the collection is based on 'collection regulations' and 'collection plans.' In the comparison of the Collection Policy at the Presidential Libraries and Museums in the United States and the "collection regulation" and "collection plan" at the Presidential Archives in South Korea, it shows that while the Presidential Libraries and Museums' Collection Policy applies the characteristics of individual presidents that the collection comprises the records from more than the appointed period that it includes various personal records of relating figures, events, regions, and even personal interest; the records are written in detail to the detailed scale and procedure. On the other hand, the Presidential Archives in South Korea, the records collected based on 'collection regulations' and 'collection plans' do not sufficiently apply the individual features of the former presidents that the collections remain as general and unclear. This is due to the absence of a Collection Policy that systemizes and sustains professionalism and consistency of collection plans and procedures. Hence, this study is conducted to propose collection policy implementation measures by analyzing the Collection Policy of the Presidential Libraries and Museums in the United States and identifying implications for applying individual president characteristics.
The purpose of this paper is to propose measures to respond to NK's nuclear threat by applying the concept of offset strategy in the US and the fourth industrial revolution technology innovation. Through this study, the concept, technology, and organization were examined to find measures to counter the NK's nuclear threat. The concept was to review the US offset strategy and consider the strategy of paralyzing the enemy's center as an operational concept. And the technologies that can support the 4th Industrial revolution and the 3rd US offset strategy. The organization analyzed the implications for the reform of the National Defense Reform 2.0 and the reorganization of the acquisition of the US DoD. Through the US offset strategy review, it is necessary to reconcile the strategic concepts of Korea and the US, and the interoperability of technologies and the cooperation fields of the ROK-US alliance. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the capability of responding to NK's nuclear threat in connection with the 4th Industrial Revolution and the National Defense Reform 2.0 promotion. It is necessary to develop the concept of operational performance applying the new paradigm for the NK's nuclear issue and to apply advanced science and technology. And that it is necessary to organize effectively in conjunction with the National Defense Reform 2.0.

Environmental changes, which are strongly requiring technological cooperation, such as technological development and strategic alliances according to industrial ecosystem change, have a significant impact on not only product quality but also services. Thus, there is a need for 'servitization' that can satisfy the needs of customers and the ecosystem of businesses through the convergence of manufacturing companies and services. This study uses the Expectation-Confirmation Model to examine the impact on user satisfaction and Continuance Usage Intention. Research(Study) was conducted on users who are using high-tech-based cars. For this, we used Expectation Confirmation(match expections for the user's pre-and post-use relationships), Perceived Ease, Perceived Usefulness, User Satisfaction and Habitual Use and using Continuance Usage Intention as a dependent variable. Their causation was examined with the spss 26.0 and smartpls 2.0 statistical programs. As implications of this study, Expectation Confirmation has been shown to have significant positive effects on Perceived Ease, Perceived Usefulness, User Satisfaction and Habitual Use. For this results, the expectations before and after the use of high-tech cars lead to improved daily lives convenience and(or) work efficiency, leading to user satisfaction and further Continuance Usage Intention. Motors consider it important to pursue the work improvements that consumers want and use it useful in daily lives in the production and sale of high-tech cars. It is expected that it will create natural habits for services that users are satisfied with, and that these habits will affect the continuous growth and understanding of the trend of change.
Purpose: Before COVID-19 pandemic, Chinese mid/low-priced hotel industry has been steadily growing in recent years, and internal and external competition has been intensifying. Under these circumstances, this study started with a strategic objective to increase the quality of service, thus enabling customer satisfaction and revisit intention. For enhancing the competitiveness of Chinese mid/low-priced hotel business, we plan to establish a model using SERVQUAL, O2O platform, and identify their relationship through empirical analyses. Research design, data and methodology: Through the consideration of the existing literature, this study intended to identify the characteristics of service quality in Chinese mid/low-priced hotels and to consider their impact on customer satisfaction and revisit intention. We also wanted to examine the moderating effect of the O2O platform between the characteristics of service quality and customer satisfaction. A survey was carried out on customers using mid/low-priced hotels in China and empirical analyses were conducted using regression analyses. Results: First, in the hypothesis of service qualities' effects on customer satisfaction were identified with significant positive effects. Second, in the hypothesis of service qualities' effects on revisit intention, "tangibles, reliability, and empathy" have shown significant positive. Third, in the verification of the moderating effect of the O2O platform, there were "positive partial moderating effects" between service qualities and customer satisfaction. Finally, the effect of customer satisfaction on revisit intention was positive significant. Conclusions: In order to satisfy their customers, improvements in service quality should be made first. In addition, customer satisfaction had a positive impact on revisit intention. In order to revitalize Chinese mid/low-priced hotels, differentiation strategy is also needed for specialized customers such as college students, and basically, efforts should be made to optimize the O2O platform. O2O platforms should establish optimal platform construction strategies based on the customer's perspective. After all, in the case of Chinese mid/low-priced hotels, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the latest hardware infrastructure and O2O platform of software infrastructure, and to improve customers' advanced online and offline experiences. Finally, regarding the hypothesis that was rejected among service qualities' characteristics, we tried to discuss the reason and find the implications of these.
This study is designed to examine the effects of information source's social distance on message attitude and online word-of-mouth intention (e-WOM). It also examined the moderation effects of blatant persuasive intention of message, the normative interpersonal influences, and the informative interpersonal influences on the relationship between social distance and advertising effectiveness. This study employed an experiment: 2(far/near social distance far/near) ${\times}2$(high/low blatant persuasive intention of message) ${\times}$(high/low normative interpersonal influences) ${\times}2$(high/low informative interpersonal influences). The results of this study are as follows. First, closer social distance led to more positive message attitude and higher online word-of-mouth intention. Second, when blatant persuasive intention of message is low, the effects of social distance on message attitude and WOM intention were more noticeable while those effects were less significant for high blatant persuasive intention of message. Third, there were no interaction effects of social distance and normative interpersonal influences on advertising effectiveness. Fourth, the effects of social distance on message attitude and WOM intention were more significant for high informative interpersonal influences than for low informative interpersonal influences. Implications of study findings are provided for strategic use of corporate Facebook page to generate positive consumer responses.
Previous studies show that VR images can influence consumers' attitudes and behaviors by evoking imagination. In this study, we introduce a reality-based closed-loop 3D image (hereafter Virtualgraph). Then we try to see whether such image would increase evocativeness in a mobile commerce environment and whether higher telepresence of the visual image of a product can increase the purchase intention of that product. In order to find the above, we developed a model comprised of constructs containing telepresence, perceived value price, perceived food quality, and vividness of visual imagery questionnaire (VVIQ). We used Virtualgraph application to conduct an experiment, and then conducted an interview as well as a survey. As results of the experiment, survey and interview, we found the followings. First, users evoke imagination better with Virtualgraph than with still images. Second, increased evocativeness affects purchase intention if the perceived quality of fresh food product is satif actory. Third, increased evocativeness makes users value products higher and do even much higher when the perceived quality of fresh food product is good. From the interview, we could find that the experimental group had higher purchase intentions and perceived products as more expensive ones. Also, they perceived images of products clearer and more vivid than did the control group. We also discuss the strategic implications of using Virtualgraph in mobile shopping malls.
Recently, as consumer interest in DIY increases and the industry develops, theoretical interest in DIY is also gradually increasing, but in-depth research has hardly been conducted. In particular, research on DIY marketing from a marketing perspective is lacking, and moreover, the influence of the characteristics of individuals participating in DIY has hardly been studied. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to supplement the limitations of these existing studies by examining the effect of individual characteristics on DIY experience and intention to continue. We propose affect intensity, need for cognition, and self-efficacy as personal characteristics that influence DIY experience. In addition, we hypothesized the effects of these variables on the DIY experience such as sense, feel, think, act, relate, and the effect of the DIY experience on intention to continue DIY. We analyzed 231 copies of data for consumers who have experienced DIY in various fields, and the results are as follows. As expected, it was found that affect intensity positively influenced sense and feel, need for cognition had a positive effect on think, and self-efficacy had a positive effect on act and relate. As expected, it was found that affect intensity had an effect on sense and feel, need for cognition had an effect on think, and self-efficacy had a positive effect on act and relate. And it was confirmed that all DIY experiences had a positive effect on the intention to continue DIY. This study provides theoretical and strategic implications by confirming the influence of personal characteristics of DIY consumers and approaching DIY from the perspective of a comprehensive experience.
