Convergence Study on the Effect of Hair Beauty Salon Store Image, Price, Human Service, and Trust on Customer Satisfaction (헤어 미용실 점포 이미지, 가격, 인적 서비스, 신뢰가 고객만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구)

  • The purpose of this study is a convergence study to find out the relationship between store image, price, human service, and trust on customer satisfaction among the shop selection attributes of customers using hair beauty salons. This study analyzed the data of 500 copies of questionnaires for women who used hair beauty salons within the last 6 months using the SPSS v.22 statistical package program. As a result, store image (B= 1.321, p= .004), price (B= 1.189, p= .032), human service (B= 1.013, p= .000), trust (B= .782, p = .000) was found to have a meaningful positive(+) effect on customer satisfaction, and the ranking of influence was store image (β= .445), human service (β= .377), and price (β= .252). ), And trust (β= .167). Therefore, through this study, it was found that the higher the store image, personal service, price, and trust of the customer's hair salon, the higher the customer satisfaction. We confirmed the detailed influence of the effect of customer's shop selection attributes on customer satisfaction. Among them, store image and human service were found to be factors influencing customer satisfaction. It is necessary to find an economical and efficient way to improve store image, and to cultivate competency to strengthen human service. The results of this study are expected to be used as a basis for establishing a differentiated marketing strategy of cosmetic services industry.

Consumer Segmentation based on Consideration Set of Stores and Importance of Store Image (고려점포군에 따른 소비자 세분화와 점포이미지 중요도에 관한 연구)

  • Consumers evaluate stores by comparing stores that we, in their minds, similar and are competitive with one another; and in this way, the term "consideration set of stores" is defined as those store alternatives the consumer is aware of and evaluates positively. The purpose of this study is to aid in understanding the consideration set of stores in store choice processes in apparel product purchases. More specifically, this study aims to clarify the relation between consideration set of stores and importance of store image. As a result, the respondents of quantitative study were classified into seven groups by the number of stores and store types they considered: 1) "small-road shop sets group" ; 2) "small-market sets group" ; 3) "small- department store sets group" ; 4) "small-department store/outlet sets group" ; 5) "large-department store/market sets group" ; 6) "large-department store/road shop sets group" ; and 7) "large-department store sets group". Further, significant differences among the groups in the importance of store image were observed. For example, low prices were an important factor in both the small-market considering group and large-department store/market considering group when choosing a retail store, there were also differences in the considering groups in that for the small-department store considering group, store mileage-discount cards were important whereas ample space for relaxation around the stores were important retail store selection factors for the large-department store/road shop considering group. This study may provide a useful direction to retailers in finding out who the target customers and competitive stores are and allow retailers to make proper marketing strategies.

Study on the Clothing Selection Criteria and Purchasing Satisfaction according to the Outdoor Wear Benefit (아웃도어 웨어 추구혜택에 따른 의복선택기준과 구매만족도에 관한 연구)

  • This study made an analysis on the relation and influence between outdoor wear benefit, clothing selection criteria and purchasing satisfaction. Survey was conducted targeting 20s-30s males and females who have experience of purchasing outdoor wear and 335 sheets of questionnaire were used for final analysis. And statistics package SPSS16.0 was used for analysis of collected materials. A group seeking the trendy brand turned out to give considerable thought to the brand and trend and purchase less than 100,000won at the discount outlet. A group pursuing functional practicality puts an emphasis on the activity and use, and purchases at the internet shopping mall or department store. Regarding material, function, design, style and color as important, a group pursuing individuality and appearance turned out to purchase clothing at various places such as discount outlet, specialty store and internet. A group that is indifferent to clothing appeared not to care about specific elements when selecting outdoor wear. The result of study showed that consumers of outdoor wear show purchasing satisfaction in respect of design, style, color or trend.

Relaying Protocols and Delay Analysis for Buffer-aided Wireless Powered Cooperative Communication Networks

  • In this paper, we investigate a buffer-aided wireless powered cooperative communication network (WPCCN), in which the source and relay harvest the energy from a dedicated power beacon via wireless energy transfer, then the source transmits the data to the destination through the relay. Both the source and relay are equipped with an energy buffer to store the harvested energy in the energy transfer stage. In addition, the relay is equipped with a data buffer and can temporarily store the received information. Considering the buffer-aided WPCCN, we propose two buffer-aided relaying protocols, which named as the buffer-aided harvest-then-transmit (HtT) protocol and the buffer-aided joint mode selection and power allocation (JMSPA) protocol, respectively. For the buffer-aided HtT protocol, the time-averaged achievable rate is obtained in closed form. For the buffer-aided JMSPA protocol, the optimal adaptive mode selection scheme and power allocation scheme, which jointly maximize the time-averaged throughput of system, are obtained by employing the Lyapunov optimization theory. Furthermore, we drive the theoretical bounds on the time-averaged achievable rate and time-averaged delay, then present the throughput-delay tradeoff achieved by the joint JMSPA protocol. Simulation results validate the throughput performance gain of the proposed buffer-aided relaying protocols and verify the theoretical analysis.

Evaluation Criteria For Clothing Stores by Clothing Attitudes for Korean-Chinese College Female Students (중국조선족 여자대학생의 의복태도집단별 의류점포선택평가기준)

  • This study examined the shop selection standards and preferred shops depending on the clothing attitudes identified by the psychological characteristics of consumers. To this end, this study selected the Korean Chinese college women in Yanbian. The study was conducted against 300 college students from May to June, 2002. Questionnaire was used for studying the subject of the thesis. Each question was rate4 in 5 point scale, where 1 means 'not at all' and 5 means 'definitely'. The data of this study was statistically analyzed using the SAS PC program. The t-test and $X^{2}$ were conducted to identify the evaluation criteria for clothing store and the preferred shops depending on clothing attitude groups and the factor analysis was carried out to analyze the clothing behavior factors. The results of study are summarized as described below. The clothing attitude of college women was classified into four factors: fashionable, brand-oriented, aesthetic and modest. The subjects were divided into two groups with higher average score and that with lower average score by factor, respectively. As a result of study on the evaluation standards of shop selection and preferred shops depending on the clothing attitude, for the evaluation standards of shop selection, three factors, fashionable, brand-oriented and modest factors, showed the significant difference between two groups. There was a significant difference between two groups in fashionable and brand-oriented factor and the preferred shops.

Factors influencing mulberry fruit farmers' choice of sales channels and farm revenue

  • Under the global economic system, farmers are developing various sales channels in addition to traditional sales channels due to continuous changes in the market environment and consumer behavior. As a result, many farmers have started direct marketing, and the government is implementing policies to support direct transactions to secure farm income. The purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting the selection of sales channels such as wholesale, farmsite sales, and store sales of mulberry fruit farmers using a multinomial logit model, and to present basic data for a difference in revenues by sales channel. As a result of analyzing the factors influencing the selection of sales channels of mulberry fruit farmers, it was found that the number of family members, the presence of successors, and the size of the mulberry fields have more impact than demographic characteristics such as the age and farming experience of farm owners. In addition, as a result of comparing the revenues of mulberry fruit farms by sales channel, it was found that farms with store sales as their main sales channel earned statistically significantly more revenues than farms with farm sales as their main sales channel. Based on these results, there were some suggestions for selection of sales channel for mulberry fruit farms.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand major factors of site selection of convenience stores in Busan and Gyeong-nam Region. This will be done by analyzing correlations of sale, profit and localization factors and choosing the major correlation factors out of them and carrying out regression analysis to analyze each factor's influence extent. the competition factor : It is shown that the competition factor has significant result with the sale and the profit and the effect of that is proved the biggest among all location requirements. Therefore, the competition factor is the most important factors above all. By providing recently standards and implications of site selection of stores, this study suggests a guideline for site selection not only to prep entrepreneurs and store developers but also prep entrepreneurs of retail store.

  • This study investigated commercial power theory of traditional market through the analysis of literature review. Consumers' store selection models are made up a theory based on normative hypothesis, theory of mutual reaction, utility function estimation model, and cognitive-behavioral model. Detailed models are as follows. Normative hypothesis based theory is divided into Reilly's retail gratification theory and Converse's revised retail g ratification theory. Interaction theory is composed of Huff's probability gratification theory, MCI model and Multi-nominal Logit Model (MNL model). There are four models in retail organization position theory such as central place theories, single store position theory, multi store position - assign model, and retail growth potential model. In case of single store position theory, theoretical and empirical techniques have developed for a decision to optimum single store position. Those are like these, a check list, the most simple and systematic method, analogy, and microanalysis technique. Aforementioned models are theoretical and mathematical commercial power measurement and/or model. The study has rather limitations because the variation factors included in formula are only a part of actual commercial power. Therefore, further study shall be made continuously to commercial power areas and variables.

A study on the consumer behavior and attitude toward low-sodium convenience store foods

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: This study aims to explore the potential of convenience stores as platforms for healthy food consumption, including low-sodium options, in response to the increasing trend of meal behaviors at convenience stores and the growing demand for healthy eating. SUBJECTS/METHODS: In the study, 627 Korean participants aged 10 to 39 were involved. A self-reported questionnaire survey was used and questions were regarding purchase patterns, consumption behaviors, perceptions and selection attributes of convenience store foods, and consumer perception factors for low-sodium options. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 (SPSS, Version 26.0 for Windows, SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). RESULTS: The study uncovered significant disparities in the consumption behavior and perception of convenience store foods, as well as variations in the importance and satisfaction levels with convenience store food attributes, including consumer perception factors for low-sodium options, based on sex and age. Furthermore, it was observed that awareness of the need for low-sodium options significantly influenced purchase intentions. CONCLUSION: This study analyzed consumer attitude toward low-sodium convenience store foods to assess the potentiality for promoting healthy eating in convenience stores. These findings indicate the important role that convenience stores can play as platforms for healthy food sales.
